Bought a fridge in March 2021 and now since late of May 2021 the fridge is finally Acting up.The freezer over freezes but the fridge is barely cold. All of our food and milk is getting bad. If you have a family I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE!!!!! Please buy from someone who knows why they are doing.I wasted my money and delivery fee. This store is not reliable if you have kids to feed and make sure it’s cold.The lady and the owner are sooo clueless and have no professional communication skills. It was awkward.

Bought a used washer at a great price. Man seemed to be very nice and humble. Had a problem with the washer upon arrival but called him and the next day he came and fixed it and was very polite. Washer works fine and comes with 3 month warranty which is really good.

Mario the tech. Is very unreliable he says hell be. At a specific time and never shows all the reviews i read are absolutely true. Its amazing. He has bussiness. I even told him please come my food will start to spoil he doent care. I guess very irresponsible. Beware read the reviews

-100 *I bought a used fridge here for$250 plus $30 delivery. The guy was nice to bring it to my backyard. I notice after a week, the food isnt kept frozen. I called multiple times for him to come and take a look. They never picked up and it took 4 text messages and 3 days for him to respond. It was 1.5 weeks until he came. He said he fixed it so I paid another$100. The fridge doesnt keep cold at all and he does absolutely nothing to fix it! I was robbed of $380 and have a big piece of junk in my backyard that will take much effort to remove.

This scammer doesn’t deserve any stars!!On Sunday Oct 13th 2020 I called MSM appliance repair, they didn’t answer but sent a text right away asking what I needed. I stated I needed my refrigerator fixed ASAP.Mitch Monsen came that day 2 hours later. He stated he needed to order a part for the fridge and would be back on the 19th or sooner if the part came early. He told us we would have to pay for the part up front so I gave him 370 dollars. (I shouldn’t have gave him the money up front but I was just hoping for the best) Well the part arrived Saturday Oct 17th 2020 and come to find once he got here he realized he ordered the wrong part. All this time I’m having to text him for updates on this situation, you would think as professional he claims he is he would give me updates. He said he would make this right and expedite the right part and be back ASAP! About a week later he still didn’t show up with the part so I began asking hey what’s going on? He said it hasn’t arrived yet. I asked if I could see the tracking number so I know when the part comes in and he said I can’t give you that information. At this point I knew he was scamming me and called him out on it and and he got mad and ended his service with me. He said he would send the money back but never did. So ya I’m out of $370 but I’m just giving you all a heads up. Do not use this guy!

Several people in the neighborhood told me that he refurbishes items off the street and at times are infested with bugs dont come here ...

Bought a washer from him a year ago, i had a problem and wanted them to fix it since i purchased it from them and they ignored my call and at one point i had to block my number and they answered. Were suppose to send someone over and nothing, not even a call back. BAD SERVICE & BAD APPLIANCES!!!!!!
