My headset was terrible, the mute button didn’t work on it and the scroll on the side didn’t work to turn up or down the sound volume. Was playing Valorant and it was lagging the whole time. Didn’t feel very welcoming in there

Nice place kept clean with clean restrooms, snacks are priced very well, the equipment is good the atmosphere is good. They offer hourly rates 5 hour rates and all day rates, you must purchase a membership but it comes with 3 hours of time, I purchased the membership and added the 5 hour package I didnt use my whole 8 hours there so my time will be saved to my account and ready to use next time I go in. Im pretty sure the employees name was Juson, he hustles does his rounds and cleans after every guest, give him a raise! I recommend this spot if you are looking to game on some great equipment and in a good environment.

Computers were so bad 🤦‍♂️. Games were lagging and crashing the entire time. Ended up playing without music on all the lowest settings bc the computer couldn’t handle it. Borderline unplayable. Staff was even rude on top of it lol

Amazing place I go here frequently, great computers the atmosphere and the staff are great and really do their best to make sure you’re taken care of. Leo is the best, this man really goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience.

This place is outstanding. I go here to play regularly because of their equipment and internet speed. If you wanted you could play Overwatch on Ultra settings with no frame rate or latency issues.The staff is super friendly and helpful and the prices are definitely reasonable. The place is clean, including the bathroom and the staff sanitizes the equipment after each person leaves.Anything you want to play you can. If a game is not on their computers already, you can download it. Also allowed to use your own peripherals as long as its USB.Really a high quality place and I recommend it to anyone wanting a top tier gaming experience.

This is a very nice place to game or work. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The equipment and internet are very good. It’s 12 dollars for a membership and it comes with three hours of time. They also have some options to purchase snacks and drinks. I have no complaints. Other than that, this is my favorite place to game.

Very good devices, atmosphere and employees except one or two things. 1st one is too bad sound cards in their PCs which causes too quiet sounds in games and second one is too loud music in the room which is bad if you wanted to hear every enemys step in game. Overall is 4/5

This place is absolutely fantastic. Staff are unbelievably friendly and accomodating and the facility is up to par. Way to go gentlemen, you run a state of the art establishment!

Good spot. Good prices. Great setup. My only complaints are that it got a little uncomfortably hot. They need to have the AC on more. I also wish they had some diet/lower calorie snacks/drinks for sale.

This is probably the best PC bang in the LA area. I have been to a lot in LA and this by far takes the cake. They have significantly expanded from their first location and I have to say they did a superb job with their atmosphere. The PCs all have gaming chairs and the rigs are pretty fast. Highly recommend.

Took my 9 year old son here and we had a blast .He is big into his gaming and we figured we would try this place out . Im glad we did . Great proces and the staff was awesome. They were always willing to help and were eager to do so. Highly recommend!!!

Really cool and modern looking lan center with a lot of cool lights, hardware, chairs. Prices are pretty good and good selection of drinks and snacks. A really cool place to get some gaming in and stays open late till 4am, depending on the amount of people.

I just checked it out, and now am a huge fan! It rocks that you can bring in your own food/beverages while you game. Perfect place to play league and dominate with your team.

I love this place. The Staff is awesome you can eat while gaming, they have a huge selection of games, the rgb lighting is awesome incredible and I mention how great the prices are. The first time I went to cyber city one of the staff members and me had a full on Shroud Aand Ninja debate on twitch, they are so nice and everyone gets you. If your a gamer get over here because this is a gamers dream world.

Good spot nice staff good computers. Only complaint is the music is way to loud. Anyone playing a game that requires sound will be very annoyed. Cant hear anything but the music when gaming.

I’ve been coming here for a couple months, they’re very accommodating. the staff is very personable and helpful. the PC systems/desk set ups are good and the chairs are comfortable. They have a multitude of snacks and beverages. The only reason i took off a star would be that the inevitable bathroom, it could use some help from community to keep cleaner. usually has a pool of crusted urine underneath it. cmon boys n bugs!

Its not expensive but its not cheap either. They sell snacks and drinks and its a lot of fun. Some computers do lag sometimes for some reason though.

Nice friendly environment for casual and competitive gaming, customer service made it really easy to sign up and get started on their machines which are well up to spec with nice peripherals. They had a huge array of games available with all the usual ones youd expect; kept up to date to play straight away.

Loved the place when they opened up across from me! I LIVE ACROSS from them and a bunch of homeless people come and chill here and they support that! HORRIBLE! After time, I can expect to always see homeless people there or at their back entrance! 🤮

If you want to go to a internet cafe with decent wifi and specs, this is the place you would want to go to. Their computers can handle some triple A games.

This place is expensive and a run of the mill joint with fancy lights-poor quality. 88PC on Western and 11th is by far the place, half as cheap.

Very clean, good prices, not what youd usually expect out of a pc cafe, but in a good way-- its americanized, if that makes sense. its friendlier. the staff isnt necessarily as attentive as i would have liked, but i was also with a rather technologically inept group of friends, so we needed more assisstance than the people who usually frequent such an establishment.

Called to find out if I could just get on the internet and make prints and handle internet business person answering was curt very rude and said No! He also said there was a 12 dollar sign up fee...every job Ive ever worked the owners want you to help make them money not run people off!!!

The persom working at the desk was a very friendly guy. The enviornement there was fine, but I was hearing some guy being generally loud and unpleasant as he was playing league. Im sure it annoyed quite a few others there too. I guess thats the price of paying when you play publically.

Good gear. great monitor colors. friendly staff.I came here to watch the Dota 2 International Championships and meet people doing the same. I met and played with people that showed up for the same reason, so I can talk about the gaming experience.The monitors are 27-inch BenQ and high contrast, really beautiful.they have nice steelseries mice. I think they are all optical and have on the fly dpi switching. some mice had the standard 5 buttons, but some had 2 more buttons to be ambidextrous. I didnt test them though so dont quote me on 7 bindable buttons.micepads are pretty big, but not the huge ones real low sens gamers might use.I dont know if its something on my end but the voice comms in dota were very silent. I had voice as well as general game volume at max. youtube was at like 5 pixels of volume and still not silent compared to voice. they do have different headset types per station, though. and I couldve probably gone on some dedicated talk program, or better yet talk to teammates you have next to you. :DI am not knowledgeable in keyboards so I cant comment much. they are not 10-keyless, but the keyboards arent so huge to separate your hands so much.the chairs are comfortable, have armrests and have height adjust which is actually really good for hand leveling, coming from a usually lap mouse player.In terms of games I mostly just play dota and guitar, but they had a good selection of games that are popular right now including starcraft, counter strike, hearthstone, league of legends, diablo, world of warcraft, heroes of newerth, team fortress, borderlands 2, left 4 dead, battlefield, call of duty. speaking of in game, I was able to install autohotkey to play like I do at home. unfortunately, I didnt have my script online because I guess I didnt press the Begin Upload button when I was preparing. oh and some computers had Dota Reborn and some didnt.the computers are very up to date and ran well. the connection to dota servers was as good as its gonna get in LA, 60ish ping. I did a speed test and the computer I was at got about 10 megabits per second downloading, 1 uploading. so I guess you could do some low def streaming, but probably just skype or google hangout. many computers did have webcams.I took a sweater because you never know when people are gonna blast real cold AC, but it actually wasnt needed. I dont know if it was just good weather in hollywood area LA or a subtle AC. the tournament was shown on 4 TV above the players monitors, 2 on each wall. awkward to bend neck up to watch but you can turn around and watch on the other wall. unfortunately Im near sighted and forgot to bring my glasses, my bad. they sell snacks, drinks and microwave soup, burrito and hot pockets in case you get hungrier. oh and they have a restroom.the man holding shop was watching the game, showing his excitement, adding like a second commentary. real nice. he let people know how the day went in the tournament and helping people get setup on the computers. even played a game with someone who I assume is a regular as more store help came in. and he was starting up a queue stack but I was leaving by then. I was tempted to stay because of the friendliness.there are 2 bus lines I took nearby (the metro 210 and 14) which both connect to the the Red line (subway.)In conclusion, most thing are great about this place with some things depending on taste like they always do (ie. mice, keyboards, mousepads and headsets.) they do have a USB hub on the side for you in case you might want to use them. Im sure it would be no problem with anyone to use your own equipment. VERY HIGH STANDARD, not just good enough. Give them some business!

The cafe is small but they have a very good pcs and the most important is they have a very good staff i forget my walet over there and theres 2 credit cards inside it +200$ when i back in the next day to ask about it i found it

So glad to have another PC Bang in town. Dreamlab was a hike for me (westside), and this place has steelseries periphs and a way cleaner bathroom.
