Awesome store for kpop albums! Super clean and organized and there was a wide selection of albums, cds, posters ect.

Store is organized well and makes it easy to find the album youre looking for. Staff are sweet and knowledgeable. Its hard to resist coming back because of the freebies they include with your purchase(I got fairly large member specific posters of a group I love.)

BEST STORE! This place is organized so nicely and had everything I wanted. The prices were so good too. The girls working there were so nice, and they gave us free photo cards of our favorite idols. I highly recommend going here!

My first time here and I had to come back twice when I was visiting LA. I loved how they had a variety of albums. I loved how everything was labeled so I was able to find what I wanted right away. Staff were friendly and willing to help!

I visit this store when I go to LA, didnt know until a few months ago they had an online store. Was super nervous, but they were simply perfect. Ordered my stuff on a Friday, and it shipped the following week and got to me in under a week.Came with freebies that I didnt even ask for and it was so nice. They knew exactly what I wanted and I couldnt be happier. Did a pre order with them and I know if anything like the experience I had the wait is well worth it.

The staff is very friendly but I do wish they could limit the number of people entering, especially if its a large group lingering for a while. If they could do in-store pickup again thatd be great too! Otherwise their prices in-store are competitive compared to other stores.

I loved the selection and the freebies but the cashier at the front with the immense amount of attitude and eyeliner was not it for me like she almost ruined my experience but her co worker with the long blonde hair was really sweet but that girl’s attitude was enough to make me not even want to shop there, like girl you could at least pretend to be nice to me and then talk about me all you want when I leave . Still I’d give it five stars if it wasn’t for her :)

Amazing! This place is cheaper than Amazon and it has tons of groups. Albums + Lightsticks + Other Stuff. Also when you are about to pay they ask for your bias in the group and then they give you a postcard or Photocard sometimes both!

Love this place! Grew up up the street from there. And every time Im back in town I make sure I go and restock on EVERYTHING to bring back home to Texas. Make sure to hit up the beauty shop, clothes (love buying at the two shops right next to the beauty shop), cafe upstairs, and everything between the cafe to the left side of the food court!

This is something you don’t really get at a lot of other stores btw!! ☻︎♫ ~ Most people come here for albums, so album prices vary based on what you buy! Most albums that I have bought from here include BTS, Twice and Enhypen. (hopefully getting seventeen and stray kids too soon!) The albums IN STORE cost from 18-30 bucks. I went there yesterday and honestly, I was skeptical at first because I never heard of this store, I only heard of the top stores nearby. When I was there they told me to write my name and phone number so they can give me a call letting me know that theyre ready to take us in instead of waiting in line. Theyre so nice they gave me two photo cards. Theyre so organized as well, Im coming here again !!

My go to spot for albums and merch! My items are always shipped quickly and they are very transparent with any delays or issues with orders. They have a reward system to earn points towards future purchases. Everything is wrapped safely in bubble wrap to prevent any damage while shipping. 10/10 recommend.

All your kpop needs can be met here. Various kpop groups with some of their various albums. You do get some goodies when you make a purchase. Got some bits post cards and a free poster. Pretty small store so it is limited to like 10 people at a time. They do temp checks but shopping time is unlimited.

I visited this store with my aunt and a friend of hers when I visited last week and I got some freebies. That really made me happy. I wish I bought more stuff but I was able to snag BTS 2020 Seasons Greetings and it made me very happy bc back in Texas, I can never find it where I go and the fact that they had all the BTS albums was even better. I was able to purchase one more album to add to my collection. It made me feel a lot better to get a free poster and some photo cards after spending so much. It was organized great and J loved the covid precautions they took

Ive only ordered for shipping so I cant speak to the in person experience but the whole online experience was flawless. The site is easy to navigate. Checkout was super easy and I received my order quickly. I ordered an air kit and then later a CD (boxed with extras) and both were wrapped and packaged really well. Ill order from them again.

It was smaller than I expected considering how many kpop groups and solo artists there are but I dont care size matters not its awesome they got a screen playing music videos and they gave us a free poster for it being our first time there plus there was a box of used ones that were returned or something which were free with a purchase

I love kpop and this is like heaven. The store is not as big as I would have like, but it does have a lot of merchandise. It has all the latest and old albums. I was looking for Boa, BTS, Monsta X, and Mamamoo. It has a lot of BTS and Monsta X, but I don’t see much of Mamamoo or Boa. They do have their albums. The place is well organized and the staff there is helpful for the most part. I liked the kpop songs playing in the background - it made me want to dance while I was in the store.

They have a huge selection of albums, light sticks, keychains, pins, varying from BTS to GOT7, Monsta X, Sunmi, EXID, The Rose, ATEEZ, etc. One of the best Kpop stores I know, but in store prices here are a little more expensive than if youd shop elsewhere. But I think their wide selection makes up for it, since you really cant get some older albums anywhere else but LA. Another perk is they give you freebies with every purchase! For example, I came to buy a Got7 figurine and the girl behind the counter asked me who my bias was in Got7, and she gave me two photocards and a two extra photos. Just so theres no confusion, the freebies arent official! Theyre just great to have in case you wanna stick a photocard in your phone without having to worry about getting it dirty or anything.

If you bought the groups albums they gave free photo cards also some free photo cards too.

I received my order in perfect condition and it was packed neatly with plenty of bubble wrap. And the best surprise of all was the extra photocards and photo postcards that was included that was an unsuspecting treat I definitely recommend ordering from this company for all of your Kpop needs.

Love coming here best place to get your albums I come here at least twice a year I have to drive 5 hrs but 100% worth itAlso I order a lot online since I live a bit far and I recommend, shipping is really low compared to other places I’ve bought from : D

It was a great experience and shop. The prices on albums are lower than any other kpop store I have gone to. They also give you freebies to keep.

Ive never been to the store location itself, but they have a good selection of Kpop merch through their online store, which is easy to navigate and place orders. Their customer support is also pretty good, although Ive not had to contact them more than a couple of times.My only real complaint is how ridiculously long it can take to get my order shipped, even on in stock items. Sometimes it takes 7 to 10 days before it even gets packed and a shipping label put on it. (Not just during busy holidays, but any time of the year.) And then it ends up sitting somewhere (?) for a few more days before it actually starts moving.I can order direct from Kpop outlets in Korea for the same overall cost and receive my order in just 3 or 4 days from the time I place the order, which is what Ive been doing for the past 6 months or more. But, I do still order from Choice Music when the Korean retailers run out of something and I sometimes get lucky and find leftover stock at Choice.

They wanted 9 dollars for shipping (the cheapest shipping possible) and it was over a month and it still did not ship. I emailed them multiple times asking nicely if they can give me a rough estimate on how long it might take to ship out my order and all the times they responded saying they cant give me an estimate date. I guess to go to the actual store it might be fine but I really do not suggest ordering online from choice music la.

Very clean, friendly staff, organized, a little pricey but good quality. If you buy an album or something, they offer two cards from whichever band or group. Very nice cards too.

I stop by every time Im in LA, to stock up on albums and goods and enjoy the atmosphere. I was helped most recently by a girl with her hair colored specifically for the Seventeen show we were in town for, who was absolutely wonderful to our group! Very polite and personable, and extremely helpful when asking after a specific and rare WannaOne item! Knowledgeable and friendly, I honestly hope she is on shift next time I am in town!

Choice music is very provocative when talking about idols and they often make astonishingly inappropriate comments about said idols. Along with showcasing illegal methods of “supporting” these artists.

I love the store, there are so many variations of music groups there and I respect that. The prices are pretty straight forward though. Just how the company would give them. Whats cool is that they give you a free photo card of whoever your bias is with a purchase.

I REALLY dont think US fans realize how amazing this store is. I could describe soooooo many instances where I had to either cancel an order (from another kpop store/website... more than once) and reorder my order at Choice Music LA.Or worse, (in this recent example) where I bought 3 orders of albums & merch (about $300 worth of items ... and each order had a pre-order that ALREADY RELEASED in August & September) from SM Global Shop (back on July 21st, 29th and 31st).In August I ordered 2 different orders from Choice Music LA (AGAIN both orders had pre-orders that already released in August & September) and I ALREADY received them. PLUS I ordered 3 restock items yesterday and they just shipped it out today!AND not only have I NOT received my SM Global Shop orders, but I havent even received an email saying anything at all has shipped out. And its October.I will NEVER shop at another US kpop store again except for Choice Music LA (when Im not buying kpop albums & merch overseas from SK).Thank you so much for actually shipping my items out this year lol maybe Ill get my SM Global Shop items in 2021.Edit: (update on SM Global Shop) it is now mid October and I have placed 2 more orders (with pre-orders from Music Choice LA ... I live on the east coast btw) since I wrote this review. 1 has already been shipped out and the 3 restock items I ordered previously, took freaking 2 days to get to my house!!The 3 orders I placed in JULY from SM Global Shop are STILL nowhere to be found. And both these stores are in CALIFORNIA.

This is seriously the best store I have ever been to. I went there for the first time when on my trip to see BTS in Pasadena. Great service, literally any album you want, and I ordered online for the first time because I couldn’t get enough from just being there I had to order it from home!! Best online purchase experience EVER. I got updates on where my package was and when it arrived I couldn’t be any happier!! The album was in PERFECT shape AND there were so many freebies!!! They are very organized. They have a bunch of different types of merchandise for kpop groups. They are located at the top of the shopping plaza. Also tucked into a corner. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about idol groups. It is a good place to check out by yourself and with others.

The times I gone in is either really full or kinda empty. But everyone from workers to costumers are nice. Its a great place to go if you want to buy some kpop related things. 👍

Great Store I love it gave me a great service.

Never been to the store but I use their online shop (I found them after covid lockdown) and I find their prices are consistently fair. Even when they stock something thats being resold at ridiculous prices Ive seen it priced fair. Thats speaks to their solid business ethics. Their IG is always updating their shipping schedule and they have been very transparent about how they handle the shipping delays and keeping their staff protected and out of harms way, even if it means shutting down shipping entirely. Hey if I get my album a week later and someone didnt get covid because of it then Im more than happy to continue shopping here.They also do a ton of giveaways online I cant even keep up. Its a nice gesture and something they dont have to do, very nice of them.

My daughter is a really big fan for KPop and she really like this store. They had a lot of options for KPop fans from posters to music. Only draw back is that the store is smaller than I expected and the workers are a bit slow checking in customers due to COVID19.

My experience with Choice is always magical. Always a great experience going to this store. I dont know why people say that the cashier/employees dont greet customers when I know they do. Anyway they have great customer service, VERY reliable, and generous. Always going out of their way to have happy customers. My friend used to work here and every single time I go to Choice they are always happy & friendly. Also prices are affordable.

LOVE the food court here

I gave 3 stars because this is a really honest review. If you ask my kids they’ll give this place 5 stars. I don’t know anything about K-Pop but if you have kids that love K-Pop this is the store to go to. They have almost everything the kids need for their K-Pop fix and light sticks for those who need official ones for the concert. Whenever we go to LA we usually end up stopping here for them. I came here once on my own and the employees here are very friendly as well as helpful in finding the newest albums my kids wanted. So overall this is the place as well as the only physical place I know of in LA to get all your K-Pop needs, I even saw that they had a booth at KCON 2019; this tells me this place is the real deal.

The store layout was quite confusing at first, the albums were sorted by group, but not in alphabetical order. Im guessing it was by entertainment company, as EXO, Red Velvet, and SHINee were on the same vertical shelf. Stray Kids, DAY6, and Twice were also close together. Choice Music stocks new albums slower than competing stores in the area. The K-Pop store down the street had fresh new albums that were released less than a week ago, while Choice Music still lacked new releases from the previous month. If youre looking to buy new releases, I dont recommend this shop. However, in comparison to the competing store at the adjacent mall, the prices here are slightly cheaper here (~$1-2 less). With your purchase, you are given an unofficial postcard and photocard of the group you purchased an album for. During my trip, I bought Light Us by Oneus, and I got to choose which member set I wanted! As a warning, SM Entertainment does not allow Choice Music to print pictures of their artists, so if you buy an album for an SM artist, youll have to choose a non-SM artist set as your freebie. Overall, nice store and good customer service.

For Kpop fan lovers, good prices

I was visiting California and I really wanted to come here since I really like kpop. There was so many different groups!! I bought 9 twice albums. 2 Japanese ones and 7 korean ones. The prices for the korean ones were around 18-20 dollars which is pretty good and the Japanese ones were 35-50 dollars which was understandable because Japanese albums usually cost more than korean ones. They gave me some freebies with my purchase. They asked me for my favorite members and they gave me 2 posters, 5 postcards, and 5 photo cards! I think it depends on how much you buy for the amount of freebies you get. They also had a box of free posters and some banners for free! They sold lots of things besides albums like lightsticks, posters, stickers, lanyards, and more!! I would definitely come here again next time I visit California!! I am definitely going to order online if I can’t go to Cali!

Nice place for K-pop music

I go here because my son is a big KPop fan and the people are very friendly. My favorite part is that outside they have a big food court with a delicious variety of Korean food! 😋

The staff is very friendly make you feel welcomed. Have many albums and posters of new artists and old, the environment is safe and home-like. Would highly recommend this store, they give you a free poster/post card of the bias of your choice and it’s very sweet :) 💗

I loved the store, but the albums are a bit expensive in my opinions, because normally they albums that i find near me are only 17 to 19 dollars max, but i really do recommend this place, especially if you live close because i do live pretty far from there. they have many great selections and the staff is always so kind

My favorite K Music store. I make it a point to visit every time Im in L.A. They have a loyalty rewards program, are very active on social media, generously doing giveaways and there are always quality freebies with each purchase. It is well organized in its little space and the staff is always pleasant.

Good source for K-pop cds, posters, and all things related. They have most current artists represented, though not entire catalogs. No obvious method to arrangement by artist, but the popular ones have dedicated shelves, and there is a new releases section. Prices seem to be a tick higher than at Music Plaza for older items.

You guys could at least update the website and say your close. I drove 4hrs just to see a sign saying you guys are closed but clearly your website states that you’re open.

Ordered an album from online and it took so long for them to get it shipped I had to email them multiple times asking if they were ever going to send my album. After they shipped it days later i got an email saying my stuff would be here in 2-5 days and it’s been past 5 days and I still don’t have my item. Very upset that I paid $8.00 and it’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my album. only giving 1 star because the website was easy to use and they have a good selection but if you want something to come in quick don’t order from here.

My Fancy You album arrived fairly quick considering the influx of pre-orders. I love that they bubble wrapped it in multiple layers to ensure that it would be protected from shipping mishaps.I have also ordered my candybong from them and it is just perfect. Full disclosure though, they opened the tube it came in to check that the bong works. I have no problem with it whatsoever. Just a warning to people that want it for collective reason. But they do have space for special instruction. Im sure that they would honor it if you do wish to have it unopened.Oh and they give you free choice gang postcard(s) with your favorite group per order. That is a very nice bonus.I highly recommend them. Go check them out.

My daughter loves KPop and we have been there many times. You can order album on line to pick up at the store. Lines are long and can be crowded on weekend but teens love this place because they have albums, posters.

We had a nice time shopping here but unfortunately they seem to have been out of most of the items we were looking for which kinda made our 3hr trip a bit boring. The staff was very nice though so I think Ill just order online now.
