Our RV trailer’s tire blew out. We called them right before closing, along with 10 other tire companies. They were the only ones willing to help us out despite the fact that they were about to close. They worked on it for about an hour because the damage was pretty bad. This was such a huge help!! We needed it to be fixed asap so we could also get back on the road, as we had a 2hr drive ahead of us.Truly great customer service. They all worked together overtime, including the owner and helped us get back on the road!

This is a great place. The shop owner is very down to earth and easily going. He knows what he is doing. Much better experience than the other shops I been to.

Super helpful and fast service. I rolled in without an appointment and a low tire (turned out to be a nail). I was on my way from Santa Cruz to the San Jose airport, so on a bit of a tight schedule. They got me right in and took care of the problem within about 45 minutes.I had my kids with me so they recommended a couple nearby bakeries within walking distance for a drink/snack while we waited.They were kind and understanding that car problems in vacation needed quick attention and Im grateful for their help.

I dropped my car at the shop for tire replacement. I left the car at the shop and a visual inspection was performed by one of their team members. Since new tires delivery was scheduled for the following day I left the car at the shop assuming that it will be safe. After paying and picking up the car I arrived home to see that someone hit the front bumper. I immediately called the shop to report the damage but to my surprise they refused to take any responsibility not to provide details of their insurance company. This is the most unprofessional experience I have had in the past 20 years. Beware of this business

Justin helped me out, very pleased with everything. Quick turn around time, second time this place has shown honesty and integrity. He even helped me install my own store bought wiper blades before it started raining.

My car that had been sitting needed an oil change and they were able to take me in with no hassles and get my car back to sitting in storage! Lol. But seriously, they are great! Fast and fair prices! I selected this operation to install tires that i purchased from Amazon. They communicated well before the appointment, but then failed to install the tires in a timely manner. It took them over three and one-half hours. They seemed very short handed. That said they did a good job, the tires seem well balanced. But I would not plan to wait for the installation.

I have been coming to this location for 3 years. Each time there is someone new working at the front and on my car. This particular time, I was told that my car oil cap was the wrong size and that it could potentially break, fail, and cause them to replace for $1,000. They could not talk to the tech who last worked on my car because he is no longer working for them.Apparently I spoke with 3 different people over the phone, all giving me varying information about the task at hand. (They were the last to work on my car, by the way) After having the oil changed, I left with 3 PSI higher than my tires can take and my TPS went off. I told them I was going on a long road trip the following day, so need my car in shape.. The next day, while 30 minutes into my commute I notice my hood flapping. They didnt close the hood of my car properly and could have caused it to fly off during our drive. I am VERY disappointed by the lack of ownership/leadership and accountability and would NEVER recommend nor return.

I bring all my cars for tires, oil changes, brakes and regular tuneups. Tyler and the entire group are great. The best customer service around.

My experience with LG Tire & Wheel was disappointing. I brought a loose tire in to repair a flat. The flat was repaired. When I unloaded the tire and it hit the ground I noticed a thud. The tire had zero air in it. They set the bead of the tire and never filled it. That’s hard to understand when it’s already hooked to air and they don’t fill it. What gives, first time for everything.

I came in for it and oil change and tire rotation. They only changed the oil. My tires were not rotated. I realised that after I came home. The whole reason I went there was they had the capability to rotate tires otherwise I would have gone to Jiffy Lube who would have done it while I waited. I had made an online appointment For the services. Not happy

Purchased tires through Amazon, picked Tire Choice in Los Gatos, CA. Great choice. Got a bad tire that required 8 ounces to weights to balance. They said it would get me on the road, but to get Amazon to send out a new tire. Had the bad tire replaced... no more vibrations at highway speed. Thanks, guys!

They were kind on the phone, had a great location (and bikes you could borrow) and had me out the door with a tire that’s good as new in less than 30 minutes. Would absolutely recommend.

These guys are the best - much better than the big chains.Let me share two stories:- One of my tires had a puncture with a slow leak. LG Tire had time to take my car on the spot and 2 hours later they had patched the tire for me. Not only that - they did not even charge me a penny for it! WOW!- Different occasion: day before Christmas (Dec 23) I noticed that one of my tires was totally flat, and the timing couldnt be worse since I had planned to drive 3 hours that night to go celebrate Christmas with family. The guys at LG Tire took the car in right away and replaced the tire not only promptly, but they did a flawless job too.I sincerely recommend this place!

Was down the street and noticed one of the front tires was extremely low. I happened to be at a doctors appointment and they suggested Los Gatos Tire and Auto. I drove in and walked to the counter and was quickly greeted by Garrett, a very nice guy. Told him about my situation and he said theyd get to it shortly. I walked back to the doctors office for my appointment and when I was finished I walked back to check on the status.They were done! These guys treated me with yesteryear professionalism and courtesy. This review is long overdue. Back in Sept. I purchased a new set of tires in my home town. I had a business meeting in Los Gatos and drove the next morning there. I drove into town and picked up a screw in one of my brand new tires. These guys must have felt bad for me as they got me in and out immediately, no hassles and gave me the be best price that anyone could charge......... I would come here again for me next purchase and still may if I have to make a trip there again and my tires need replacing.

They have charged us to diagnose issues with our car repeatedly, then not actually fixed the problem. Over 1000 bucks later, they want to charge another diagnostic fee to diagnose the issue we already paid them to fix...then when we replaced the part that supposedly was diagnosed as the problem the car stalled again and THEY WANTED TO CHARGE US THE 200$ diagnostic fee AGAIN. Do not go here, they don’t know what they are doing and can’t actually diagnose issues, tyler alone fix them and they will try to take all your money in the process.Update 6/21/19After attempting to argue, they acknowledged the mechanic hadn’t actually even looked under the hood, but only because we could prove he hadn’t. They did refund the original diagnostic fee.

When I go back, they say, sorry, we are full for the day. Cant help you.. Why did you tell me to come back in the first place. You try and not go to a chain, but you end up with a clerk who just lies to you.Save your time and dont visit a shop that lies.

I spent a couple hours searching by phone for a place that knew how to patch a leaking tire on a Tesla X which uses foam-insulated ContiSilents. The call was answered instantly and I was imediately assured that it would not be a problem. Best part is they did it for free.

My roommate came in today to get a new tire. the staff, knowing we would be driving between california and oregon tomorrow, claimed that our brake pads were down to 1mm and needed replacement. he specifically said that it would be unsafe for us to make the drive. it sounded suspicious so we went to les schwab for a brake inspection where they told us that both the brakes and suspension had plenty of life left. staff here may be scamming you for extra services on your car! please be careful.

I came to visit since my tire flattened. The found a small hole and patched it in 20 minutes, for free! The guy at the front desk and the workers are all kind and patient. Will definitely visit again if I have other problems.

I had a nail in my tire resulting in a slow leak. As I pulled in I noticed three mechanics standing around outside chitchatting and laughing with each other. I asked them if they could check out my tire and they said “we’re very busy today. Leave your car and will take a look at it tomorrow sometime.” They have five service bays and only one car was being serviced.

The staff is very knowledgeable and is always super helpful.
