I went to my sisters in Texas and we stopped in and this places is absolutely 100% on customer service. Now a days it is hard to find excellent customer service glad to see it still exists. Maggie is super helpful she has a great crew. Irene is very knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning. They have Louis Vuitton and they are authentic. I highly recommend this place.

This is my favorite pawn shop in Lubbock. The staff are very friendly and attentive and their prices are competitive. They also have a good stock of used guns and are the cheapest FFL in Lubbock for firearm transfer of ownership that I know of.

Been going to Lubbock Pawn for 5 years! Excellent service and friendly staff! I thought I lost my ring, and the owner worked with me 😭❤ I was definitely willing to buy it back but they went ahead and let me get it out for the pawned price. Very clean store with a big variety of everything.

The Spanish lady with the marks on her face in the pinkish purple shirt is very rude, she doesn’t know how to communicate or speak to customers. Tried to hold a conversation with her and it was like talking to a wall. Seem like they have good stuff but wouldn’t spend my money here

Take my son in all the time, bought him a .410 the other day, then found same gun at Academy $30.00 cheaper and in box never handled. Very upset! Do your research first, I assumed items were cheaper than other stores! Staff is nice, friendly, but I feel like I got screwed!

Made three gun purchases with them and plan on many more, always a friendly atmosphere, have a great selection to choose from and the only place in town I can find decently priced peices of history!

I’m surprised to see all the negative reviews of these guys. I’ve been using them for FFL transfers since they were Empire Pawn on 50th street. Never had any problems with any of them. They charge a flat fifteen dollars to transfer a firearm. They are always friendly. If you pay attention there are good deals to be had there. Merry Christmas and happy New Year.

The staff is awful. The store is awful. Very little to offer, unless you are interested in a firearm (oh wow). I will admit it is very clean in there but thats probably because only a handful of people go here, and for good reason. As soon as you walk in the main guy will follow you around, being very pushy. He will try to sell you every overpriced item the store has, even if you didnt inquire about it. He was very sketchy as well. I had to make sure an item I was looking at came with all the attachables or not, and he was clearly uneducated about the product or did not care or simply both. The rest of the staff just sat back and peered at me without saying a word, like I WASNT supposed to look around the store or be there period. Then my product I bought did not have a great sound quality at all and I tried to take it back within 30 MINUTES and they would not take the product back, would not let me pay the difference on another item, or merely take the item back. They wouldnt let me sell them the very item they just sold to me unless I wanted 65% less of what I had to pay for it!!!! Needless to say, I will never go here again and it damn near ruined the experience of Pawn shops for me period. I much prefer Cash America Pawn. People there are friendly and will try and get you better deals, these people are only money hungry. They are only worried about their pocketbooks, not the customers satisfaction.

First place I will go to for gun purchases. The staff is all very friendly and ready to answer questions. I really appreciate how patient they are letting you handle the guns and suggesting different models. They also do layaway!!

Worst pawn shop ever they wouldnt pawn a 400 dollar projector because the fan was loud. Brand new the reviews all say great projector but loud fan. Do your homework! I wish I could add my screen shot.px4 pico projector

I cant say enough great things about this Pawn Shop. I have bought two new semi-automatic handguns, a new A/R 15 and a used 1911 handgun. Every buy was an awesome experience. The staff there seems very knowledgeable about the firearms. Loyd is a great staff member there. They also have gun accessories as well. They have a layaway plan on their guns which is a huge plus. Especially if you like to collect guns. I dare anyone find a better deal on guns in town. Ive tried and ended up back at Pawn Lubbock on 19th. I honestly do not know any gun seller in town that has layaway. If there is Im not aware of it. I highly recommend Pawn Lubbock for anyone looking to purchase a new or used gun.
