I actually work here and have for two years, and from what Ive seen we generally have about a 95% customer satisfaction rate from those who walk in the door or call us, whether we have what a customer needs or not. We try to help as best we can, whether thats repairing/replacing a hose or fittings, or referring you to somewhere that can to the best of our abilities. Walked in with 2 hoses need for a forestry machine, they had me out the door in 15 minutes..

Saturday morning June 20 I was in a bind ... Called American Hose and not only was they open the young man went out of his way to solve my problem...

They do the best they can with what they have, and always do their best to help the customer. If you have a problem and a hose in hand, they very likely will be able to help or send you towards help.
