Went there to buy another key for my car (remote key together) Excellent Customer Service, was done in a short time, key works great!

Someone always asks if I need help finding anything in a sincerely helpful way. I was there tonight and there were 2 checkout lanes open. Another person and I both got into line at the same time while someone was checking out at each of the available registers. As soon as we reached the line, two employees rushed over to open additional registers so that we didnt have to wait. It is refreshing to visit a store that obviously focuses on customer service!

I have been shopping at todays hardware for a decade now, and I have always found the store Associates to be extra helpful and knowledgeable. They have assisted me with returns and warranty issues, that I am certain other places would not touch. Th e quality of materials purchased is always top notch. I am especially fond of John Linderman and Robyn, who have tirelessly helped me with warranty and purchase issues. I will never shopped anywhere else for hardware materials, grills or grilling items,

What an awesome place!. Saved ACE hardwarees reputation when the self proclaimed Manager from the Riverside drive location ruined it by refusing to cut a simple regular key. Because it wasnt purchaed from him.! I can understand the reason, but there was no excuse to cop an attitude with me over it. I asked if that is a new policy? Because they cut my keys for me all the time...he said well im the manager, and i said im not cutting it! I explained and showed it was a brass key and not a laser cut/sidewinder key. He still had the attitude and walked away. I went to the Forstyh road location, they looked at the key and were puzzled why he would t cut it and was able to get it cut no problem. I will continue to shop at this location from now on. I hope the riverside location eventually gets shut down. In todays economy customer service is king. Period.Thank you Forsyth road location you are the best!!

Very helpful staff. I ask for help every time because they know where everything is in the store. Dont waste time walking around looking, if you need something in particular just ask for help. Its a small store and they do not carry everything.

I went to get a key made there,and I ended up having to wait almost 3 weeks because they kept on using the automatic machine which kept messing up the key. Finally on my fourth trip back to the store they finally decided to do it by hand and it worked.

Excellent customer service, but not always the cheapest price. Ace brand seems to be a good deal. I havent had any problems with Ace brand products, and you get the best of both worlds. This store closes at 7:00p.m. during the week, so check your local Ace Hardware hours. A great place to grab something quick, or if you need fast help. Definitely good to get in and out and have assistance, unlike Home Depot and Lowes. Having had three good experiences consecutively, I know bestowe the coveted 5 star rating.

This place is off in a hidden path, but the service is great along with a great variety of merchandise.

The folks at this store are always courteous and helpful. I always try to shop at Independent American Owned businesses but being on a fixed income sometimes it makes it harder to do so. I purchased a 24 T8/T12 Replacement Lamp G13 Base for $12.99 at this store and found that Walmart has a similar one for $6.88...thats about half the price...Im sure its probably made in China but so are the Leit Brand that Ace sells.

The last of the real Hardware stores. If you need a specific gadget or anything they always have it. Great selection of any hardware you will need. Also buy my Stihl equipment and parts. They have a repair shop as well.

Theyre not a big box store, they dont have absolutely everything, but what theyve got theyll help you find. Their advertising theme used to be Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man. I dont know why they dont run that anymore, except that their helpful hardware man is often a helpful hardware woman.Their garden store is the best their plants are first-rate.

Never forget about Ace hardware. if youve been looking for it and cant find it 9 times out of 10 you will find it there.

I had to get a key made, it was a nice little experience. They were doing covid line, do it took a few mins in line, but when I got inside right at the front checkout counter, she made my key in a few mins and I was back out the door. And my key works perfectly.

I have been going here for years for various home repair and maintenance goods and services! Their customer service is top notch and everyone is always so friendly. Most of all, I love their garden department -- wonderful quality and selection of plants! They are a great store and I plan to continue shopping there for a long time.

Friendly helpful service. Nice selection of chainsaws, but they seemed to be out of stock on a few of the mid priced ones. They have a good selection of items throughout the store and its convenient when not looking to take a trip to a bigger box store. I have ordered ship to store items in the past here and I was pleased with the purchase. All in all...worth a visit!

Though you may pay a little more, Ace carries a lot of products that you cant find at the BIG hardware stores. There is always someone available with expert advise. Its a great place to shop for nearly anything.

It felt Twilight Zone-ish. It is 2018 right?1. Customer service is not just for advertisement purpose with these guys.2. They have an incredible variety of products.3. They have people with the right answer to help with whatever project I am involved with.4. The BEST variety of plants anywhere...really, it is amazing. If you want boxwoods go anywhere. If you want that Fiddleleaf Fig Tree you saw in Architectural Digest...Ace. I purchased a Before The Storm Iris so purple it is almost black!5. I could go on but the last thing Ill say is, Freshly made and buttery delicious 25 cent popcorn? Did I TZ to 1940?!!!
