Awesome... got what I need... service was wonderful... very helpful...This is where you would get a good drill bit and a metal saw blade for the reiprocating saw that really cut.Where you will find a nut and a bolt that can not be found anywhere else.Staffs are down to earth and take time to help you.

Very few supplies. I went for a simple ceiling light fixture with a pull chain and they did not have one in stock we only had a very few lights in stock. Ive been to many many Ace hardwares this one seemed very low stocked

No problem with the staff or store at all. All the problems with the i need a manager haircut who saw me trying to back into a tight space so I could load heavy material, and whipped it in while I was changing gears. Not positive, but pretty sure your husband doesnt actually love you, and your friends sigh when you come to ladies night dinner. Your kids dont call because you are insufferable. The world would be better off if you just sat down somewhere and didnt get in the way of real life.Hope your bird feeder wasnt too heavy to carry 20 ft from the door.

My favorite hardware store. The staff are friendly and well organized.

Tappan the equipment portion of the store very and knowledgeable of equipment. I have bought Stihl equipment from here, but going back twice to see if they had a blade attachment for this equipment, items never in stock. Found different Stihl dealer to purchase equipment from that are more attentive to restocking items.

Always a good experience. A hometown feel and they will remember your name and needs if you visit often.

Very friendly staff and convenient location. Prices are a bit higher than larger supply stores, but you pay for the convenience. They have a pretty wide selection of tools, hardware, plumbing supplies, HVAC supplies, gardening etc.

Not quite as good service as Wesleyan Ace Hardware but more centrally located and a bigger store. Assistant #3 finally did assist and I got my products and on my way.

Had everything I needed and the people there very nice and helpful.

Went twice. First visit an employee asked if I needed but had no expertise or input on my plumbing problem. The second visit with a different employee got me in and out of the store and confident that he helped me find the correct part.

They are super stars 🌟 they will help you with anything, great service.

Love coming to get small things, a lot of times theyre less expensive than tha big box stores.

Although I didnt purchase anything on this trip, there were a few home items in stock which I have need of. But due to budgeting, I must prioritize which of the items are most important. Neither of the items were discounted. Regular prices were a bit excessive. However, customer service was great!

Although Ace is not usually my first choice for many items, they are however well stocked enough with various goods, tools and other great buys you would look to get at a bigger box store. They also have services the box stores dont like custom auto key replacement.

Ace Hardware is my favorite hardware store.

I usually visit Riverside Ace Hardware during off peak hours. The staff is always eager to help however they can. Sometimes thats just pointing me where to go for what I want. Other times its helping to weigh the pros and cons of the products Im considering or recommending a product based on my descriptions of needs. I prefer to shop here when I can rather than Lowes or Home Depot.

Recently visited this store. Upon entering the store not one person greeted me. A employee squeezed right past me and couldnt even take the time to ask if I was finding everything alright. The store only had a few customers inside of it as it was not busy.I have shopped in Ace hardware in many places. Every store was attentive to the customers needs.Hope this store survives the impending recession with its nonchalent poor customer service.It only takes a second to greet someone properly.
