Friendly and efficient service at great prices! Everyone here is always kind and down to earth with me about my cars needs. They explain everything that needs to be done and never do anything without my approval. They give me a heads up when its time for another service. This place makes it easy and convenient for me to take care of my car. So glad theyre close by.

Even though I showed up literally minutes before they closed on a Saturday, they got me right in, did my oil change and sent me on my way!!! Great customer service. Will definitely be my choice locally in the future!! Stop by and see them, they will take great care of your ride!!

This place never has the right people in place to do a job. Or equipment is always broken. Seems mighty convenient that the pumps for the cheaper oil stay broken. Twice I have gone there for a service and twice they were unable to assist. Waste your time at your own risk!

Overpriced. Never deal with them again. Charged $10 more for a special oil filter that cost no more than any other.

I went to Jiffy Luve Friday to get an oil change, I specifically asked for an oil change only. James proceeded to tell me that my antifreeze was low and I needed some of that. I was okay with that, he said it was 2.99 a quart and I needed 2 quarts. He then asked if I wanted some type of oil treatment for $20, I told him I wasnt paying $20 for that so he tried to get me to get the treatment anyway saying he would give the the antifreeze free if I got the oil treatment. I said no again I didnt want it so when he called me to pay for the service, my bill was $66 and some change, he had charged me for that oil treatment that I said I did not want...I told him that I was not paying for it, he then said he gave me a discount but only took off $10, still that is unacceptable! No matter what I said, he still charged me $20 for something I did not ask for. He then asked for my receipt and wrote $15 off next oil change, so I looked at him and said I wont be back again! Jiffy Lube staff need to listen to their customers! Im very disappointed in him. Do better for the next lady customer, I feel like he took advantage of me because Im a woman. I wont be going back again.

Went in for service today and money was taken from my granddaughters wallet that she had left under the seat, unbeknownst to me. I dont take accusing others of thift lightly....but I know that $20 was taken while my vehicle was being serviced. Never going there again!!

Richard, Tom, and Randall are AWESOME!!! Came in last month with my fiancees car to get an oil change and inspection. During service Richard came in to go over some recommendations for service. While a few of them sounded fishy he was never pushy or trying to force me into buying stuff. He also mentioned that her brakes and tires were actually bad and were likely not to pass inspection. But instead of just telling me and pushing the sale, he took the time to go with his mechanic Tom and inspector Randall to look it over. We actually had no idea so it was a nice catch by them all. Even with the extra work Tom was able to get brakes and tires done in less then an hour and had me back on the road quickly.Overall it was a great experience (except for my wallet), Richard and his staff were very friendly and quick to serve. This probably just became our go to shop for oil changes and light car work.

The past two times Ive been here the service has been great and very quick (and even though I didnt go at peak hours it was still fast for what I expected it to be). They helped me get a discount which was super nice of them to do and everyone there was very friendly.

Representatives made sure I knew what services would happen and also informed me of what work needed to be done....

This place is so overwhelming that I just cannot believe that I experience the thing I experienced. I had an inspection here and the mechanic did not even torque my lugs back I actually got lucky when I was entering the driveway I heard a noise and it was my lug nut broken off because it was not tighten I will never go here again and word to the wise before you leave make sure you check behind their works. I would give lower than a one but I do not have that option.

Service was quick and people were friendly. I paid more than double what I normally pay at my dealership and yes, I called to confirm the price difference while waiting. Next time I will drive across town, which I hate doing. I really do appreciate the friendliness of the staff, though!

I have gone to this Jiffy Lube for years. I am used to them offering an array of various quality oil changes (choice of oil) and pulling me out of the waiting room to soft sell additional services. This morning took my car for oil change. Was not given the same options of oil so assumed it would be what the computer showed from the prior visit. When I was pulled out of the waiting room I was told about the filters (as usual) but this time I was also told about my battery that it was shot and functioning at 3% and could go any minute. I was shown the gauge used to test. I noticed there was a rack of brand new batteries that they were offering starting at $110. I deferred until I could get a second opinion. I was then told my battery terminals had acid and was asked if I wanted them cleaned (thought this was odd considering my battery was supposedly shot) and I responded yes since I know that this is a very simple task and assumed that it was one of the courtesies they used to provide (like topping off all of the fluids). I was also told coolant was low and asked if I wanted it topped off and I responded yes. Few minutes later was called back up to pay and the bill was $84. I was taken back by the price since my oil changes in the past ran between $40 and $50. I inquired about the high price and was told that my car required an oil blend that was higher priced. Additionally I was charged $10 for the battery terminal cleaning and $7.00 to top off coolant. When I mentioned that I had not had to pay this in the past the customer rep took off $10 leaving my bill for an oil change at $75. The employees were very friendly, however I left feeling as though Jiffy Lube had tried to take advantage of me. I immediately went to another auto service place to check the battery condition. The battery was checked and I was informed that it was perfectly fine and fully functioning at the appropriate rating. I explained that I had been told differently. I was shown a more specific gauge that showed both the normal performance rating for my battery and where it is currently performing. Again I was told that it was completely fine. I am disappointed in Jiffy Lube and after many years of using them I am considering not ever returning.

Absolutely the worst the woman helping me rolled her eyes at me twice then tried a very hard upsale on almost everything they offered then she wouldn’t honor my veterans discount she said the only discount they offer is from a book they sell you I go there all the time I won’t anymore

When you ask to have something done they talk you out of it. When you leave they all sitting in lounge. They seem to be on the lazy side. Would not recommend this jiffy lube. They changed oil so fast that they did not vacuum car and sure they didnt top off fluids

Buyer beware, bait and switch is their game. There is an unprofessional serviceman that sarcastically says wow when he cant bump you for the over priced services. I am seriously considering going somewhere else from now on.

I was very skeptical about jiffy lube for other services. I was Ok with a oil change but since other jiffy lubes out of state not doing there job and charging you for the service. But with this visit to jiffy lube I have more trust with this jiffy lube.
