Got a text saying that a driver will be by my house at a certain time. So I called my home and told them what to order. When I got home from work I was informed that no one came by so I called Schwan’s and was told by some guy that the driver did come. When I called him out on it and advised him that he was lying because 4 other adults were at my house at that time waiting for him he told me that the driver was not obligated to stop. We ordered from this company on a regular basis so I dont know why they wouldn’t stop. So basically what the driver did since they have gps tracking is he came to my home pulled up and captured location showing he was here. Why wouldn’t he knock on the door if he was already at my house knowing we order regularly? Apparently according to customer service they can do that. If you are going to come all the way to my house then you should come to my door. Looking for another company now.
