Great customer service and patience with customers. I don’t have to wait long and the staff appear to work hard to get us in and out. My last visit was so great it prompted me to write this review. My experience with UPS is a stark difference from my experiences at the post office. Thank you guys!

My Go ToI don’t even bother with the Manassas Post office anymore, especially since they offer USPS services too. Whenever I have any mail, large shredding, or occasional faxing need, I stop by my local UPS store. They seem to do it all.I usually get fast service, and the staff is friendly and helpful, at request providing options for the most economical shipping rates. I don’t even have to seal or finish packing! They take care of it for me. Too, they also offer AAA discount on a lot of their services. Like I said, this place is my go to.

The Staff and Service I receive at this UPS Store - Is Diplomatic, Curteous and The Most Professional Ive ever received at any shipping company.Each time Ive needed to ship an item or letter. I have without even thinking about it, have used this UPS location.I live in Herndon, Virginia.And because I know from years experience that I will get the Top Quality Professional Products and Services at this location.I never mind the long drive.Ernie is the Manager at this location.You cannot ask for a More Professional, More Sincere, Most Kind and Most Respectful Person that Ernie.He treats you with curteousy and respect and Ive heard him speaking in very caring tone to his staff.I have nothing but Praise and Good Comments for this UPS Store, Its Manager and its staff.

Ive dealt with UPS Stores across the country, and this is easily one of the friendliest and most efficient ones Ive ever visited. I never have to wait more than a few minutes, the service is always friendly and welcoming, and any time I have questions they are there to assist!

I go to this UPS all the way from Woodbridge and I pass at least 3 UPS stores on the way to this location. They do everything. Ive had copies done, notary services, shipping (of course), and printing services for my business. The staff is always helpful. Ernie and his team have always been great to my family and business with all of our needs. I HIGHLY recommend this location! You wont regret it.

I have never had an issue at this store but today was especially grand. Renee was able to ship a package for me and notarize 3 documents in under 15 minutes. Everyone was friendly and wearing masks. Keep up the great work because it is appreciated.

I work at Carient Heart and Vascular. We have a UPS worker named Jay that comes every day and he is amazing. He is probably the most friendliest person I’ve ever met. He greets everyone and just has such a positive energy he gives off. Everyone knows him in the office now because he is just so enjoyable. The nurses absolutely love him. We all just wanted him to be recognized for his hard work!

I was here today returning a personal massager I had ordered that didnt live up to its description. The employees were both busy helping customers when I entered. After a very short wait, I was greeted. The employee who helped me was very knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend that location to anyone. Thanks for taking care of me and my package!

They damaged my package, they did not have the answer and response to it claims, not a good deserved service for their pricey than others.

Does the employee speaks spanish? Because we want to return a 55 tv but the owner only speaks spanish and I cant help her because at that time Im working. I apreciate if someone Answer me!

I have been a customer for over 20 years, shipping packages 3-4 times monthly. They have produced booklets, scanned documents, mass produces copies. The customer service is consistently high quality. I never have to wait, they know and remember my name. This customer service is hard to find in todays retail environment, and for this reason, I never go to the post office. Cudos Ernie and staff

Very helpful and friendly staff. Despite it being sort of tucked away, it was easy to find. I was able to get a package delivered overnight with a decent price. I would recommend this for anyone who needs something delivered safely and fast.

I had taken packages here to return to places today. I had to go back a second time since I forgot one. The employees remembered me!! Each employee that helped me was very nice. So glad to have friendly people to help me.

Every time that I have had to deal with Ernie, he has been helpful and professional. Today, I had send a check in the mail. I wasnt sure if I should send it via Certified mail or Certified mail with return receipt. He was polite and helped me to decide. Usually, when I go to the local post office, the workers are rude and nasty. Ill keep coming back to the UPS Store in Canterbury Village Shopping Center because of the good service.

My Review Is on how they been handling Amazon returns not about other services.I cant believe this store been coming here for years . They must of got new managment . I had come to the store because Verizon had said there was a return in the box. There was not. Called Verizon while outside the store. They apologized and sent it in email.I went into the UPS store again. They said I needed to pay 2 dollars for them to print it out! I never heard of this before. I was highly upset. Considering a copy is usually 10 cents. I never had to pay before. This is bad customers service!After talking with store owner Erine he agreed it was not good Customer service and he told me to come back to the store. He personally took care of me. Thank You! As a result I have changed my rating. I would go hear again.Today Adding to review! Had to stop in store this morning to do an emergency return from Amazon. The store is at it again charging customers to print a label. This time I reported this to Amazon. They told me they should not be doing this and provided me another option for return. Dont pay the rate for a piece of paper!

Had a very positive experience at UPS. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Matt, Jes, Ernie, and Hayes all greeted me with smiling faces and despite their busy time of year, took the time to speak with me about all of my shipping needs. Ive used this location since moved here in 2008, they have great customer service. I love them because of the hours so much easier than using the post office. Some stuff I sell uses USPS and I love that they accept USPS drop offs, they cant provide a receipt but its very useful when you cant make post office hours!

I went into the store today because I had to have some papers faxed. I had a very nice young lady named Alana that helped me get them faxed. There were some pages getting stuck together so she stood there and made sure they all went through. It was alot of pages and time consuming but she did it all with a smile on her face! I have been into the store a few times to have things shipped and every time has been quick and always friendly. But I would just like to say that today with her help it made it alot easier for me and I do appreciate it.

This store has something going on. I recently dropped off a package right at open and weeks later it has never arrived at its intended location. when I dropped the package off it was a young girl who took it. When I called the person on the phone said, we have never had any girl or woman EVER open the store. I would have thought this was a one time issue, however, another package I sent from this location was shipped and did not arrive until 2 1/2 weeks passed. The package was going less than 50 miles. if you have anything valuable I would recommend going elsewhere. There is definitely something shady going on here.

The young lady at the desk had a sour and nasty demeanor about her. Didnt like the way she questioned the address on my package. She should go to a class to learn how to deal with ALL CUSTOMERS! This was this Evening at approximately 6:30pm on January 4, 2019. Where has customer service gone too. I will not send anymore packages from this UPS Store.

Worst service. Asked to repack my item and they did not. Item broke in transit. Now I’m out $450 and my UPS insurance claim was denied. Store owner is rude and lies about the situation. Be aware that these are franchises so you have no recourse with UPS if something goes wrong.

Only ever dropped off packages that were good to go and the staff were quick about taking them and making sure I got a receipt if needed.

I have use this store quitea few times and have nothing but fast, professional and pleasant interactions with the staff. Thank you!!!

I mailed a charcoal drawing portrait in a hard cardboard tube they sold me..mailed it to a friend in west Va..It arrived damaged. The tube had a dent in it and the drawing was creased. I immediately received a response from Ernie at the ups location in Manassas apologizing for the damage and kindly offered a refund. I understand these things happen and it was strange because this never happens here... Im a Happy customer and will return here for future shipments.

I shipped a high dollar item through this facility and the person created a shipping label and never sent the package out. Since they never offered me the option to purchase insurance on the item, I only received $100! This facility should be investigated for theft of packages.

I send a email pdf document only for print and them charge me $2.15$2 for 1 hour computer that never used ...If you want to print something is only 13 cents in fedex and staple
