This is the second time I have rented with this place and been charged extra fees that are totally untrue. We returned our equipment while they were open, waited in their stupid hour long line, only to be charged a 20 after hours fees the next morning!

Everybody there actually knows thier job and they are very friendly!

I was a customer at this facility for nearly 2 years and every single time I was onsite or called them they provided absolutely excellent services. Friendly and helpful in every way. I moved further away and had to move my stuff from there his weekend...I made a mess of it by forgetting various things and not realizing until I was nearly there (its a 4 hour one way drive). Savannah & Mason were working that day and I cannot express enough just how very helpful they were. They went above and beyond to help me even though I was closing my account and had it not been for them the entire weekend would have been a bust. Thank you so much for being some of the good people out there!

Had to move items in to storage by myself and a lady that works for the company kindly asked to take a couple pictures. I agreed and after posing for a couple pictures she assisted me with moving some items inside. I’ve used this location a few times and each time the customer service is amazing. Thanx again.

This review is specifically for truck/van rentals. My wife and I have now utilized this location twice in the past few months for van rentals to move/pick up furniture and everything has gone off without a hitch (no pun intended). Granted, we primarily utilize the Uhaul mobile app & website so our interaction with their employees is fairly minimal, albeit theyve have always been friendly and made sure I was good to go (especially if they app wasnt cooperating). Easier it seems than having to depend on Home Depots first come first serve vans, especially when the cost difference is marginal if youre using the rental for 3+ hours. I would advise, as with any company such as this, to get the best bang for your buck and rent your truck/van for the longest amount of time within the cost tier e.g. its the same cost for renting for pretty much the length of the day vs. a couple hours. Otherwise, this location has a good diversity and availability of truck/van sizes at any given time compared to what Ive noticed at other locations in the area. Vehicles are always clean and typically newer. Will use them again in the future.

Ive used this u-haul dealer for the last 2 years since we moved to Manassas. Manny has always been such a great help to me-doing all the work 😀 I visited my last time this Sunday when I went to pick up a trailer to move back to NC. Manny and Jerry got me all packed up and hooked up. Felt safe pulling away and a little sad that I wont see Manny again. U-haul had better appreciate their great employees. I do.

If you want to rent from here, make sure you give them longest hours you need. The reason is if you are late a bit, they will double charge your rental fee. When I rent a truck, I asked one of employees what I should I do if I will be late and he told me I can simply call them. I told them I will return the truck at 7pm but my unload delayed and I returned truck about 25 min. late. She (manager) took about 10 min. for inspection and she double charged my rental fee. She told me there was a customer waiting a truck which she never mentioned to me when I rent or when she called me. If she told me she would charge double fee or a customer is waiting, I would rush to return. She simply ripped me off! She was rude, dishonest and unprofessional.I rented a truck a week earlier from U-Haul station at Manassas Park, VA. I returned a truck after their business hour and drop the key in the drop box. They emailed my bill next day and that was it. That how you do the business!So, if you must rent a truck or equipment from this U-Haul location, beware and protect yourself by giving them latest hour you can possibly get from them. Otherwise, you let them take your money.

Truck rental was better than average, return was quick and easy. They have parking overnight for your own car and a gas station next door. One of the best u haul I have been worked with since.

Recently rented a 9 foot cargo van for a local move and an 10 foot truck for a one way move. Both vehicles were nearly new, about 20,000 miles. Each was clean and ran fine. Service was prompt and courteous. No complaints.

Brad Hickey is an excellent general manager. I had scheduled to put a hitch on my car and take a trailer when I moved last week. I was there for longer than expected and he wasnt able to put the hitch on my car forcing me to take a much more expensive truck and car trailer. Instead of leaving me with the higher cost, he brought the price down to a comparable level. Incredible service and Im very happy with my experience.

Good morning I called u-haul this morning 12/05/2016 for help with a truck. I am working with the culpeper animal shelter. They shut down a horse farm where 3 horse die because they did not have food. They took 52 horse from the farm. I ask u-haul if they could donate the miles and I would pay for the truck they said no. South states has donate 2000 lb of food to help out. Good company.

Gabriel is the greatest thing since sliced bread, he deserves a raise for his order management. Love this U-Haul and recommend to everyone.

I had a reservation for 7:30a, I arrived about 7:45a. There is noone at the location. They didnt open until 9a. I tried the UHAUL GO pickup, but no equipment was assigned to me reservation. I waited until 9. Still no employees had shown up. It is 9:10a as Im writing this. Very unprofessional. Ill update this when the transaction is complete and I see how they handle this situation.

Always helpful and pleasant. The manager, Theresa, always found me a promotion or applicable discount. They made all my local moves easy.

Im a regular at this uhaul because of my small business. I rent a truck every Saturday during the summer. The people that work there are always warm and welcoming. I have NEVER had an issue there. I highly recommend this uhaul.

Didnt go down hill, this place fell off the edge of the cliff. I used them twice in the past 6 months and they were fantastic - even insisting they connect the trailer in pouring down rain. Now youll find derelict kids in the office that dont know its rude to talk to someone with earbuds in their ears - too late when they took them out (no they werent on a phone call - I asked) then turning to the next employee - who tried to charge me$65.99 for a 1 day rental of a 6X12 enclosed trailer. Go to another store until they can figure things out.

Laziest, most useless staff ever

The man who helped us was very thorough very pleasant and professional. He wasnt pushy about the upsell offer and he covered everything so that by the time he was done explaining how everything worked we had no questions. Best Uhaul experience so far.

The storage is secure, safe, and temperature controlled. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Customer service from Dimitrius was awful. No greeting, no courtesy, no class, and he purposefully mumbled his way through the checkout after I asked him to speak up some just to make it more inconvenient. In a word, unprofessional.

I am firm believer of the if you are sick, stay home until you are no longer contagious movement. Apperantly these people are not. I came in to buy somethings and rent a truck, the woman at the counter was visibly sick. She had no hand sanitizer near her computer, she followed me around and got very close to me, made no attempts whatsoever to keep her distance or germs to herself. DayQuil may make you feel well enough to go to work, but it DOESNT make you not contagious!!!! If you are sick DO NOT GO TO WORK, DO NOT go to the STORE have some respect for yourself as well as others and stay home until you are no longer contagious, which is 24 hours after your symptoms go away. Now I am sick, miserable, and have to take off of my work and loose my pay and Ill be having to care for some sick kids while I do it. Thank you soooooo much for making no attempt whatsoever to stop of the spread of diseases

We rent trailers every weekend with this uhaul but today I couldnt believe that one of the employees called my boyfriend and very rudely told him (mind you they close at 7) that if he didnt have their trailer back before 6:45 he was going to charge him another day!!! We will never rent from this uhaul again!!! Id rather go the extra mile to Manassas park...

Very easy check and return after hours was a cinch.

Quick service. My Uhaul vehicle battery died, roadside assistance came immediately, even though it was cold as balls!

Took 10 minutes just to get a grumpy employee to get behind the counter when I showed up for my reservation. Waited for 15 minutes to finally get service to return truck. Totally understaffed location and less than stellar customer service.

They just done quickly and solve my problem and arrange the van
