After running around everywhere in Mandeville what to this location to pick up ice only to discover the electronic monitor had an error notice thats the rake was defective or out of order. I called the number posted on the machine and someone picked up saying yes we know about it and its out of ice. They did not have any sign posted saying out of ice so people continue to pull in even as we were there. It was very frustrating as this was the night before hurricane either hit. Weve been bro straight down Highway 59 n to Covington only to find a similar message on their machine. When everybody was really in need of ice there wasnt any. Asking that you plan ahead next time and refill more frequently or monitor it more freq.

I am just starting using these self service ice machines. 16 lbs in a bag or 20 lbs bulk directly into your cooler. I tried the bulk and I spilled a lot on the ground. I am not sure if I would have been better off with the bag.
