I absolutely love this store and the manager is the most helpful, most respectful, kindest manager Ive ever ran into at an establishmentIve been going there 4 years at least, and its constantly stocked, clean, organized and inventory changes consistently which is great. Its just an all around friendly atmosphere. I cant say enough good about this store and I believe the manager is Reggie and hands down, he is why this store runs so smooth.

I always fine treasures at this store. Plus they make it super easy to donate items you no longer need. The folks that work here are very friendly and helpful. Parking is at the door and they will help if you have a large item you need help with.

Excellent discounts on quality furniture. I was able to furnish my one bedroom house from this store. If you dont have the money to buy new this is the store to go to. This store was a life savor for me.

Everything in this store is in great shape, very reasonable prices and a great selection. And very friendly and helpful staff. This at the Walnut creek store!

Oh so clean and well organized. Lovely furniture, name brand clothing galore, especially what I am looking for, slacks, jeans and shorts. Nice folks work here. Special tag days mean sale prices!! No junk.

I have mixed feelings about this store. Their home furnishing section is great but they do not organize their clothing by size, so you have to look at every single item to sort through them looking for your size. I wont waste my time with that. Id give two more stars if they would change that one thing.

Usually have a large selection of good used furniture, lots of used clothing, and plenty of knick-knacks to browse. Always have a rolling special going on.

Many of their products are like new. We have purchased several items from them regarding furniture and decorations. Huge clothes selection however have not shopped the section to verify quality. Sadly they dont provide delivery services.

Very Clean no Smells, employees are nice and helpful. Will go again. Furniture is in decent Condition and the prices is OK.

It was well put together but the lines were extremely long.

They always seem to have some amazing finds here. We found a very old projector, in working condition, complete with Charlie Chaplin movies on 8MM reels, for about $30. Talk about a STEAL of a DEAL!

I dropped off donations but these guys are great. Wonderful organization.

The prices are a little higher compared to other thrift stores but the merchandise is good there is a lot to choose from ranging from clothes, furniture, appliances, toys ect you can find just about anything here, the store is clean and organization is getting better and the employees are nice and friendly.

Had a lot of out dated iteams but felt that they are way to expensive. Example they had a wing back chair for $175 was probably for both. However I can go on the Facebook market app and buy 2 wing back chairs for $60. Way better deal than salvation army.

I love this salvation army and I always find super cute stuff but today I went and dealt with the single most unproffessional employee I have ever met. She was super rude and looked at my friend and I as though we were going to steal everything in the store (because why wouldnt I steal a shirt that costs 2 dollars). It was my friends first time thrifting and that was her experience. Look out for Joyce Cooper at Mansfield family store and steer clear if you dont want to get followed around the store or yelled at for not knowing what the green tags meant.

Ive shopped at this store for more than 6 years now and Ive always had a great experience with the employees and the products Ive bought.

Its huge but you need lots of time to wander around especially if youre going for clothes since they are poorly organized. They have a huge furniture selection but that can get a bit pricey.

Not well organized, dressing rooms are a bit messy and I came on a slow day. But all in all its a pretty good thrift store.

Great store. Troll the shirt racks frequently. All my shirts are Sallys 😁!!!

I drove an hour to pick up a couch that was paid for already, I got there at 555, the doors were locked, the manager opened up but told me I couldn’t get the couch, Quarter tank of gas and time wasted, beware you have to be there before 430 to pick up furniture or they won’t let you have what you paid for

Smells like mildew and prices are way high... you have to get a tag sale to get a deal. Just speaking from a thrift store perspective.
