I have been here for 21 years and the lack of personel attention is unacceptable. My unit has been broke in twice but they will still collect payment but not answer the phone. I am moving all my units out.

Update 8/2021- Before we finished moving out the unit got broken into a second time. Luckily anything of value was moved out already but their reinforced locking mechanisms didn’t help and the supposed security guard didn’t either. If I could give them a negative rating I would. Still no one in the office and no one answers the phone.The units here are getting broke into all the time. You can’t reach anyone in case of emergency. No voicemail on their phone. Pretty much sucks.

You can probably get in touch with Jesus faster than this place! There are constantly break-ins and security is taken lightly here. The owners of this facility can not be reached AT ALL. There have been a total of 18 units broken into the last 2 weeks. A vehicle and 20k in tools were taken. It’s time to hold this place accountable for the security they advertise. The dumpster is constantly full with debris, pallets and Construction materials (toilet, Sheetrock, plaster, boxes) left on the ground next to the dumpster. Non of the exterior lights work. I have been asking to get these items taken care of for over a year.

Rented here for two years. Just moved out. Can not recommend this place. Fed up with the lack of concern shown by management. Very rarely was anyone there. Recently had the unit broken into. Left unsecured for almost two weeks after the break in. Management knew about it but never attempted to contact me. Only found out when I showed up one day to get something from the unit. Lock was gone and the hasp cut. They refused to compensate me for the lock. To top it off I just received a group email where they asked the renters to let them know which units needed their hasps fixed. Obviously too lazy to walk the property themselves and check.

Youd find better customer service at the DMV, the place is nice for what your paying. But dont expect any help from the one person that works there. The phones are often left to ring, the lady that works there likes to give lip when she has to deal with an issue she caused. Like leaving a lock on the storage unit, on the night I was coming in, so thanks to her I own a pair of bolt cutters. If you can find somewhere else, Id take it.

Great place to keep RV in private covered storage. Been an on again off again customer since 2008. One star off that new owners do not keep it as well cleaned and maintained as prior. Management is still good with great communication to tenants.

Easy in for our Motorhome have a back in garage but it has lots of room so easy.

This IS NOT A SAFE STORAGE FACILITY. The owners knew last week that they had some of their units broken into. They did not contact their customers and let them know. I stopped by today to drop off some items and both my locks were different. The crooks cut your locks and put their locks on. That way, when they come back they look like they belong while pulling out their key and unlocking their unit. If I had know about the break-ins last week, I might have saved my stuff.The owners are sure to get everyone their notices of price increases immediately, but no notice of possible danger to your stored items.They have one person running between two properties and from my understanding, this issue is plaguing both locations. The owners or corporate management are no where to be found. All the explanations I received from the person on-site (had to come over from the other location), were not satisfactory. The person was polite and did give me new locks. The only solution I was offered was to call the police. Most importantly, this is supposed to be a monitored facility, but they have no one on-site.Please note that this is a gated facility that cannot be accessed without a personal code particular to each customer. There are also supposed to be cameras everywhere that are monitored. I was sold on this facilitys safety. The items that were stolen out of my unit would need to be put in a vehicle to get out of the place. HOW COULD SOMEONE LOAD UP MY BELONGINGS AND DRIVE OUT WITHOUT BEING NOTICED?!?! HOW DID THIS PERSON GET A CODE TO THE GATE?!?I believe there was negligence involved in this situation on the part of the owners and management.Do you think it is OK to sell your business as a safe place to store your belongings and then tell people sorry, nothing we can do about it, when your stuff gets stolen?The lady who runs the facility is especially dubious. As a customer, I thought they would update me on the process of fixing how someone got in the gates AND got in my LOCKED SPACE. She acted as though I was wasting her time when I asked as much. Actually said that the police should be updating me. What a sham.

Becky is really nice and helpful. Her personality and charm made the experience a lot better. Way better than our previous experiences with U-Haul, where we always felt rushed. She also makes sure the facilities are always kept nicely and we had no issues at all. Thank you! :)

Great experience, just walked in and rented a unit. No hassle, quick & affordable. The staff (Becky) was friendly and accommodating.

I went to my storage unit today and I was so impressed with the new manager, Michelle and the assistant manager, Meagan. Their professionalism and pleasant attitude made my experience refreshing.

Management change having an unfortunate impact. We have been with Mansfield Boat and RV for many years and really enjoyed the location and service. Over the past few months however the service is noticeably declining and rapidly. We have experienced gate malfunctions causing lock outs, rate increases with no notice and late billing notifications when the bill is paid a month in advance. I hope they can get a handle on service and management of the location it is a gem that is quickly fading.

The staff member Amber is very nice and will go out of her way to ensure your expectations have been exceeded. Also I like the assortment of locks, moving supplies and storage supplies in the main office. Makes me skip a trip to the hardware store.

Ive had a storage unit at Move It Self Storage in Mansfield for over a year. Never ever any worries since their security is the best. I also like the way Im notified before the first of the month as a reminder that the payment is almost due. Good job, guys!

Facility is ok with the exception of the gate entrance. Since Move it has owned the facility the keypad (upper) has been broken on both the entrance and exit gates. I drive a tall van and it is very unhandy to have to open the door to the vehicle and press the code into the lower keypad. The company is QUICK TO DEMAND the rent money so one would think they would be as quick to get the keypad fixed.

No one is ever in the office. They don’t answer the phone. They keep Uhauls and trailers parked in front of our unit preventing us from getting our boat out. We’ve made persistent requests for them to move the Uhauls and trailers but no effort had been made.

I received very good service and really enjoy the 24 hr access. The move in special is a great deal.

Rented a moving truck from here and the staff was very nice and friendly. The facilities were easily accessible and it looked like it was well maintained.

Used to be a nice facility. Since change of management there is no working website, no over-the-Internet payment system, no one answers the phone etc...

The ppl r great & 24 hr access is awesome just wish late fees werent so much cuz im always late & always struggling. Other than my own problems...lol its a great place to keep ur stuff 😄

Ive had storage unit here for several years, staff is always helpful, I accidentally left a few hundred dollars worth of gear outside my unit and drove off and the guys put it in the front office and called me, awesome! !

I went to get pricing on boat storage and look at facility to have no answer at keypad tried to phone in and waited on hold for 10+ minutes with no answer and yes this was after office hours were open sorry guess I need to move on to check other places if no one is available
