Very quick service, van I rented was very clean and performed excellently

Nice looking business. Little to no available parking. Had a 10a.m. pickup time on a trailer. They called the day before pickup and requested a call back that there was an issue. I called back and they stated they had no idea what I was talking about there was no issue. This was 2 hours before pickup and I was on hold 30min. Upon arrival I was told the guarenteed trailer would not be available but I could go to Lexington to pick one up. Or I could wait for them to go pick it up and bring it back... hold up! Arent these the same people that left a message about the issue the day before then on the day of told me they had no idea what I was talking about. It is currently 15min. Past my appointment time. Im on another 30min. Hold with customer service so I can get the order transferred. Totally digusted. If they knew of an issue why wasnt it taken care of the day before when they called? Im not going to use this service again. Only gave 2 stars because the business was clean and modern. Customer service was nice but aiddle finger is still a middle finger even if the nails are manicured. Sad. I have people waiting and Im still stuck. Here almost 30 min past my guarenteed pickup.

They need to explain their process better

Really reasonable prices I’ve gotten a trick from them and now I also occasionally occupy their storage units! What are you waiting for get up the and they’ll help you with what ever your needs are.
