I purchased a new $1000.00 mattress, late last year, from these guys. Over a short period of time i noticed a bad smell to it .. fermaldahyde like smell.. i called them and said i would try new bedding, pillows, soap, shampoo... called them back and was told the 10 yr. warranty does not cover smell... no refund and no differant bed for me.. i would strongly suggest staying away from these crooks.. i am not giving up and persueing it legally. i was forced to put one star just to post.

I was very impressed with the quality of service I received at BoxDrop. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy. We bought ourselves a super comfy bed at an affordable price... Bob and Janet are great... they provided a warm and welcoming environment and Didn’t pressure us into a sale which is ideal when it comes to situations like this. They are so friendly and sweet I would encourage anyone to go and check them out... They don’t have a ton of options but they did have quite a few good picks for the inventory they did have. 1st. . I asked for a firm mattress when I went in & the sales guy showed me a memory foam right off the bat, then a few soft ones until I asked which one was the firmest one, finally the 4th or 5th bed was the one I was looking for. So I wasnt too impressed with the sales rep. *2nd I was surprised by a $30.00 fee to swipe my credit card just to put my $500 down payment through which was shocking & they should let their customers know ahead of time. 3rd I was told that Snap financing was open on the day I was suppose to call to request the #100 days if free financing & when I got home to call, the Snap Financing recording stated that they were closed. 4th when the total was added up for my financial agreement, the math did not match the Snap Financing agreement. . 5th no one in the store was wearing a mask during a Pandemic. Wow. They were very very nice people, but I really wish that I had a much smoother & better overall experience. At least I am extremely happy with the mattress I picked out so I get my happy ending afterall. I love my Audrina Firm. . !

We stumbled across these guys purely by good luck! We needed a bed for a boy who would be comfortable sleeping on a floor.They were patient with his pickiness and never tried to upsell us.They listened when he explained that he prefers the feel of a hotel bed to his very spendy current twin.We found a perfect mattress for him that wasnt the best and far from the worst.Will definitely recommend to others looking for new bed sets.-annie

They have way more mattresses to try out than any other shop I’ve been to, they also had them organized by price which was awesome. Not to mention the price you can’t beat! Im afraid to admit it, but it had been 20 years since we had a new mattress. We kept saying when we get our tax return Ha! We knew Bob and Janet had started a family business, and its nice to work with someone you know. Theres no sales pitch, theyre very genuine. I never thought wed ever get one of those memory foam beds. Theyre too expensive, but we did. Not only that, we were able to get the adjustable features. We visited this location yesterday. They were really busy but they seemed to have great service and were really trying to help everyone. They have one mattress at the low price point advertised. It is only filled with cotton and has no springs. Mattress prices go up progressively. We were in looking at a low quality queen with box spring and frame. It would have cost us about $400. I found a higher quality mattress at a local furniture store. They threw in the box spring for free so I go the full set for $247.

Unreasonable delivery fee. They dont actually deliver they just drop it off to you and make you carry it wherever it has to go. It was hard to make an appointment to view. I was told numerous times they were on vacation and to call back in a week. Then I would call back and times were very limited and scarce. All the affordable mattresses they advertise are not the best ones they have. If you want a good mattress you are looking to spend over a grand. Just be prepared to carry the mattress yourself. I wouldnt return ever again.
