Very helpful staff and nice store. Really welcoming, offer waters and take their time to walk you through all the different options in beds. We visited 3-4 times before making a decision and we are very happy with our sales person Rich who went above and beyond to help us.

I highly recommend going in and meeting with Chris Benson. Chris did an amazing job with helping me pick out my Sleep Number Bed. I went in thinking that I wanted all the bells and whistles, but Chris steered me in the right path. He made sure I picked a bed that fit my needs instead of picking the most expensive products on the line.I still went with an amazing package and deal and I am very excited to own my Sleep Number. Chris is not there to make an upsell. He is very genuine and honest. He was not pushing at all. Chris definitely made my experience worthwhile and I have told several others to go in and ask for Chris. Top notch guy and great professionalism! The guy was helpful and answered all of my questions about the types of sleep number beds. Didnt really purchase anything from here. However, he was helpful guiding me around for budgeting and seeing what I really like. I do suggest that if you want a mattress or bed right away this is not the place you would want to buy and bring home right away. They only let you purchase from the local shop and then ship it to your home.

My brother in law and I stopped in on Black Friday. We were greeted almost immediately by who appeared to be the Manager. He spoke to us briefly, but it was busy and he was with another customer, so he told us to wait and they would be with us. Another couple came in after us and he quickly greeted them and then when another employee came in for work he pointed that person to the new couple. I wasnt thrilled with that as we were there to buy and not shop. Eventually Scott was free and helped us. Scott was knowledgeable and thorough, and I would work with him again, though I am not sure I would say the same about the Manager though. It could be that he was confused due to the high traffic, but it was odd.

My girlfriend stopped in with every intention of buying a bed, but we didnt know what one we wanted. Scott walked us through the entire process and helped us find the perfect bed for us. Great sales experience across the board. Cant wait to receive our new mattress.

You can not lay in bed in store for a few minutes and know how good a bed is for you. i have arthritis in back and so far after 3 nights bed is no better than my other one. my husband has hip issues and this bed is not much better than our other bed for him. these beds are not worth the money. We still are not getting a good night sleep. Bed is no where close to how much they rave about them. Beds are a rip off and not worth the price. Dont buy them.

Very interesting. They were willing to get on the floor to help me determine bed height! Too funny. Learned a lot. Seemed to function as a team. Great experience.

Right now, I lay on top of a $6k, albiet worthless, air mattress, knowing full-well that writing a scathing review about it, is better use of my time than trying to sleep on this scam of a bed, from this scam of a company.After our NIGHTMARE trial period, it was like Sleep Number said gotcha now and began offering even less service, support, care, or urgency to our serious concerns. Weve invested several thousands of dollars on a product that well never see a return on. And Ill warn you right now, its as if Sleep Number does not care about anything other than lining their billion dollar pockets. This experience has been the *worst* Ive had as a consumer - no exaggeration needed.Dont walk away from this purchase - RUN.The only way I would ever recant is if Shelly Ibach, the President and CEO personally called me and offered a full refund of the *entire* purchase and arranged for its pick up tomorrow. Shelly - I would rather sleep on the floor than endure another night on this bed. Please make it right.
