I was greeted immediately by Craig, store manager. Craig welcomed me and indicated that Bryan would be assisting me. Bryan walked me through the steps of selecting a mattress. He was patient as I tried out multiple mattress and educated me on the different types and features of various mattresses. There was no pushy, salesman tactics. I found a comfortable mattress and ended up purchasing 4 mattress sets for new home.

My current mattress is 6 years old. It was getting to the point where my fiancé and I were waking up throughout the night tossing and turning and in a lot of pain. We were putting off getting a mattress as long as we could but the last several nights proved we couldn’t put it off any longer. I went online to apply for financing because this was kind of last minute for us. I was stressed out that we weren’t going to be able to afford a new mattress on top of other expenses. To my surprise, I was approved for over $2k for a new mattress.We went to the store in Maple Grove and Ryan greeted us right away. I showed him my approval letter and he knew exactly what it was and broke down how they apply it to the store. We told him what we were looking for, and right away he brought us to the mattresses we were actually looking for, not a mattress that cost thousands of dollars. We told him the price point we wanted to stay in and he was very respectful of that. Not only was Ryan respectful, he made our experience very personable. He felt like a friend that we’ve known for awhile and made the whole experience very comfortable and relaxing. He was able to keep our new king size mattress that we picked out in our price range and we were able to get it delivered within 2 days.I absolutely will go back if and when we need a new mattress or any needs with our bed. I highly recommend this location. You won’t regret it!

My wife and I decided it was finally time to upgrade from a Full to a Queen since we have a dog, a cat, and now a kiddo of our own. As you can imagine, things were a little snug. This afternoon we made our way to the store and were greeted by both Asher and Craig, who took outstanding care of us! They never pushed us to spend outside of our budget, were knowledgeable and courteous and had us smiling and laughing the whole time. They were great sports about our 5 month old hanging out with us the whole time too, which was a huge plus.I highly recommend these folks. Matttress Firm located in Maple Grove,, Minnesota provides phenomenal customer service! I purchased two entire bed sets a few years ago. I called the location on September 15, 2021 to purchase two new mattresses to replace the worn out ones. Brian did a wonderful job taking time to help me figure out that my previous purchase was in 2018, and confirmed the style and size as I couldnt remember. Brian also took care of placing the order and delivery for the two new mattresses that I need and removal of old mattresses. My kids are full of excitement! Came here to try out the Purple Mattress and these guys Craig, Ryan and Brian greeted us professionally and with great humor. I instantly felt comfortable and at ease. After not having such a great mattress buying experience at a big box furniture store, we decided the same day to look at what Mattress Firm had to offer after seeing they had availability for the mattress we wanted. This was the first time we shopped there, and I wish we would have known sooner what a wonderful store this was because it would have saved us a lot of time and frustration. From start to finish, Craig, Bryan and Ryan were fantastic! Mattress buying can be as frustrating as car shopping, but these guys actually made it a pleasure. Craig runs a great shop, and his customer focused leadership shows in how professional and friendly everyone there is at the Maple Grove store. We already knew what we wanted, and Craig respected that by not wasting our time showing us something else or telling us what we thought we wanted (like the big box store...). We had such a good time laughing and joking it hardly felt like the chore it was supposed to be. The best part was the mattress was not only in stock, but was delivered in two days! Were just waiting now on the cooling mattress cover, which should hopefully be coming in soon. My significant other called in because we were in immediate need of the same bed previously purchased. I am new to town and in need of a bed that made me feel like home. Craig and Bryan were absolutely phenomenal! Update. My mom and her boyfriend do not like the mattress. The one delivered was way too soft. They are both not sleeping well. Will update on the return policy. Hopeful that will be a good update especially since the mattress was over 3000 dollars!

Stopped to look for a mattress for my daughter, didnt have a lot of money to spend but my daughter really needed a new one. The sales guy, I believe his name was Craig, was really helpful. He didnt try to get me to go for one of the more expensive mattresses. He talked to my daughter about what she wanted and treated her like a young adult and helped her find a mattress she liked at a price that I liked. If we ever need a new mattress again we would go back.

We came in with the intent of buying a mattress, but not really sure what we wanted. Craig helped us find the firmness we liked and asked our budget. He showed us multiple mattresses that we liked. After we told him we wanted to pick it up the next day he started doing research to find us an in stock mattress we liked. We ended up going with an overstock mattress and getting an awesome deal. He also showed us the adjustable base which we weren’t even thinking about. We fell in love with it! Overall just a great experience.

We went to the Maple Grove store and spoke with Bryan. We had a vague idea on what we we were looking for and he immediately had us try out different options throughout the store to better understand what we wanted. He asked questions and was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and what we could expect based on what we discussed. It was a no hassle, no pressure experience that made it easy. We had every intention to shop around, but we ultimately found exactly what we wanted during our time there. The service from Bryan was honestly what kept us from going any further with other stores. They were also incredibly patient with our young son who had to do a jump test on practically every showroom mattress and gave him some souvenirs to keep him happy.

I called to inquire about a mattress deal that was advertised for Serra but I thought it was sealy however the I ended inquiring about an adjustable base and to my surprise the representative in vestigated my claims to price a price adjustment which was another epic fell but he knew I was determined to bring one of the two items home so he went above and beyond to voice my concerns to the GM who in turned ended up making my day with a Stellar deal on King Sealy 3.0 adjustable base with free delivery for my near future purchase of a Sealy Hybrid Silver Chill and I wouldn’t even phantom going anywhere else for my mattress needed. Me and my daughter showed up to the Mattress Firm in Maple Grove having somewhat of an idea of what we want but not really sure. But based on the help from the sales associate Craigs information on the beds and his great customer service with a great wellness to help we bought our beds the same day confident in what we bought.

We needed a bed for our guest bedroom and decided to check out what Mattress Firm offered compared to a few other retailers/online retailers. We didn’t want something too spendy, but also wanted a decent bed for our guests to sleep on. Craig Simon welcomed us as we entered the store and asked what we were looking for. After we gave him a few details, he was able to recommend a couple different options without overwhelming us. We made a decision on a nice queen bed and are very happy. We recently purchased a new king mattress at this location. Craig was great to work with and very knowledgeable and recommended exactly what we were looking for without deviating from what we wanted! The delivery was seamless and easy. We got a text 10 minutes prior to the delivery truck showing, and bringing in our new mattress and disposing of the old mattress and box spring took about 10 minutes total. Great service, great price $$, easy delivery, and we love our new bed.
