Maria and Anna have given the one of the greatest customer services I have ever experienced. They made sure I understand throughly about the iPhone 13 trade-in plan and was incredibly patient and friendly. My mom didn’t not speak English but at one point, she whispered to me complimenting how nice and welcoming they are. I would definitely come back and refer my friends to this at&t location!

So impressed with the Maple Grove AT&T store. Charlie was so very patient helping me as I made a decision between Android or IPhone. He answered any and all of my many questions and set the new IPhone completely up for me so it was ready for use immediately, including contacts, photos and text messages. What an amazing experience. Maria was also extremely patient - to the max - as I decided what accessories I needed and wanted. The next day, Anna helped me exchange what I didn’t need and helped me find the right accessory for the new IPhone. All of the employees were courteous, patient and made me feel very welcome as a customer. Great job AT&T employees!!

Excellent service! I visited 3 AT&T stores before I found this location. They impressed me with their knowledge and straight forward answers. Reviewed our account and saved us money on our monthly bill. I have sent my 70+ year old mother here to upgrade her phone and she was so happy how they were patient with her teaching the new tech.

Awesome store. Went in at noon on Sunday and it was not busy at all. Employees were super helpful in getting my phone number switched to a new plan. Would highly recommend coming here instead of going to an authorized seller ATT.

Waited 20 minutes for stores posted time to open and 15 minutes after. While waiting, another customer came and left after remarking this store is a joke. I came in to pay off a phone installment and had questions about phones, plans and ways to save money and they were awesome with asking me questions to help better assist me with getting my questions answered. I am a middle school teacher and I didnt know about a discount I could get on my bill until they asked me what I do for work. So, thanks to them I can save on my bill. They were also very informative and knowledgeable about phones and devices and letting me know that I can take advantage of current promotions that are going on. They are a very friendly group and I definitely felt like I was taken care of when I left Great service!!

Amazing Team all around at the Maple Grove location. But Id like to give to a big thanks to Anna D. since she helped me look around the store when I first got there and had a great attitude and ulitimated patience with me and all my questions about the new phones. Anna and the TEAM at the AT&T Elm Creek location are fantastic. I had a issue with receiving short code texts with my I Phone 11 and at one point each of the people on duty was helping. Anna was diligent and relentless is researching the the issue and promised me she would get it resolved. End result; with Annas positive outlook and great customer focus, she was able to resolve my issue. She was also very pleasant as were the other four TEAM members on duty. I highly recommend this AT&T location at Elm Creek, Maple Grove!!!

Anna is the best!!I purchased a new I Phone 12 and when transferring photos, they stopped downloading from my old phone. I couldn’t get it to start again. I went to the AT&T in Maple Grove and it took Anna less than a minute to fix my problem. She was so polite and extremely helpful!

Best experience at an ATT location EVER!!

My wife and I went into this store on Friday October 23rd and were met with an under-trained representative that gave us misleading information in regards to the AT&T Trade in program.We were instructed to send in our devices as soon as possible using the labels that were provided in the packages we received for our new devices. We asked if we needed to wait for documents in the mail before sending it in and were told that we can use the shipping label in the package and that the trade in facility will Figure it out.After dealing with Customer service and the trade in department for over a week, I am now on the hook for paying for my trade in devices until this error that was caused by under-trained staff from this store is fixed.Do not work with this store and do not work with this company if you want quality customer service.

This 5 star review is for a specific employee at this location - Anna is a true all-star. I brought my phone into the store while on vacation (Im from CA) and presented her with a problem no one at AT&T has ever seen or heard of before. She refused to give up on me and the issue I presented. Her problem solving skills and calm but playful demeanor made sitting in the store for nearly 3 hours totally bearable and worth it. My own local store in CA barely made any effort before prompting me to replace my phone - Anna refused to accept that solution and soon found out it was a Network problem and not my phone. I am so thankful that she went above and beyond to offer elite service and never tried to up-sell me a new phone. She even found a better plan for our family and upgraded us for a cheaper monthly bill! I would highly recommend this store - the other team members were all incredibly friendly and assisted their other customers in a timely manner during our very long visit.

Kyle has helped me over the past couple of days with getting a new phone, helping me set it up and with the purchase of AT&T tv. He has been kind, answered all of my questions and was extremely patient and friendly. I truly appreciate his high level of customer service. My wife and I went into this store to back in July to upgrade her phone to the iPhone 11 Pro Max in-store, and by all accounts, it was a great customer experience if youre getting a phone in stock in terms of color.The next day, I decided to go and upgrade my phone and take advantage of the trade-in promotion that had just come on, however I wanted a different color that was not in stock, and the experience was, and continues to be terrible.Very similar to another review, I was instructed to send in my device as soon as possible using the labels that were provided in the package I received for my new device. No shipping label was in the package, and I went to the store, and the gentleman did diligently help me generate a return label, however this is where the inexperience kicked in for him, and the staff.Apparently them not knowing that the label was supposed be printed for the trade-in center, vs. the return center IS a big deal, and AT&T charged my account, then credited my account, then charged my account again, and told me to follow up with this store, and then this stores management, in particular that lady wasnt pleasant to work with, unknowledgeable, and had a bit of a superiority complex.After dealing with customer service, the trade in department, and this store since the end of July, I am Im still following up for my trade in device, until this error that was caused by under-trained staff from this store is fixed.Do not work with this store and do not work with this company if you want quality customer service.
