Ordered a new cell phone online to pick up same day. They cancelled my order without even contacting me. Was told by customer service they were already closed. Store hours are listed until 7 pm though. Verizon’s customer service is less than helpful.
My visit here has to have been the best interaction Ive ever had with Verizon. The staff was helpful and quick(can you believe it?), getting me great deals that a Verizon call center had refused to give me. Very happy after my visit here.
Horrible experience. Staff was rude and dismissive, one member told me he couldnt help me because he wasnt on the clock. I recommend some traing in regards to customer service
Derrick was so helpful! He is such a wonderful person, and I am so thankful he was the one who helped me get my new phone! Verizon definitely has a great employee on their hands! Even during these difficult times with COVID-19 he still was so happy to be at work and assist my uncle and I with anything we needed! I was amazed at how above and beyond he went and how patient he was with us. I wish I could give 10 stars!

Upon my arrival the door was open for me to enter. I was met by two friendly workers. Derrick was very polite. Listened to my situation on my phone and made suggestions. He gave me high end options, and low ball options. He made suggestions of what he would do but tried to let me see the current options for my phone use. I was very pleased.
Derrick was a very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, respectful and once again, patient young man. Im an elderly man with very little knowledge or experience with todays technology and he was the exact person I needed to help with what I needed to accomplish and did so without making me feel like a fool.I would highly recommend him to anyone who has trouble keeping up with todays fast paced technology.Im sure our paths will cross again.Thanks again Derrick,Tim from Maple Grove.
Came to the store. No body said any thing over 5 min. Became awkward and felt not welcome at all. Came to join the network and im reconsidering my options.
This is not the Verizon I go to normally but after my appointment today this is the only Verizon I will go to. I used to dread going in for anything but my experience today was like none other I have experienced. Daniel was very knowledgeable he answered all of my questions explained the things I didnt understand I left with two new phones and all the accessories. I will not go anywhere else.

I asked for a new screen protector for my Note 9 Samsung camera phone. This was, in my mind, a simple request. However, this was the 2nd Verizon and 3rd place I was at for getting this done. Derrick did not mince words, explaining the liquid glass is 20x better, less likely to scratch and looks amazing! Derrick is friendly, knowledgeable and capable in his position at verizon. We got along just fine and might get together for a cigar one day.
Daniel was great when I walked in 30 mins before close. I was porting my phone number from another carrier and he stayed until 6:50, almost an hour after close to complete my transfer. Now I have a working phone and $850 off the price of the phone. I appreciate it so much!

This is my favorite Verizon store in Maple Grove. I have been a customer since it opened and the Customer Service is outstanding. Derek M is the current manager and he goes above and beyond What good customer service should be. I have never had an unpleasant experience at this store and I recommend it to my friends because of the customer service. Derek explains in detail what he is doing during a transaction and is always pleasant and knowledgeable. I have a hearing loss and he frequently has to repeat information and never once has he seemed impatient. I highly recommend this Verizon store.
Friendly, helpful service with no pressure and honest advice! This was the least stressful phone upgrade experience I’ve ever had!
I signed up for a new phone with this company, with the promise that I would get a $500 discount over 24 months, and a $200 gift card after 30 days of being their customer. Long story short, Still no discount after 6 months or $200 gift card, and a dozen visits to try and fix the situation. It’s not worth any more of my time to keep this account with Verizon, when all they have done is lie to me and not do anything to rectify the situation. The customer service from Dan the manager has not been acceptable, and the regional manager Angel did nothing to fix the situation. Calling Verizon has not helped either, since Dan the manager admitted to not turning in my paperwork on time, Verizon won’t honor the promotions that I was promised. All in all a very bad experience with this location and company. I would not recommend this place to my worst of friends. Thank you for nothing.

I came here after being bounced back and forth from apple to another Verizon store for a whole day. Came to this location and the representative fixed my issue within 15 minutes!

Horrible management, even worse regional manager (Angel). These guys lie and rip you off. Save yourself the headache and don’t buy from any Victra store. After they screw you over they will continue to lie and not actually do anything to help. I have talked to multiple friends, from Mankato, around the cities, and Saint Cloud and they all say they have had issues with this company. Apparently they don’t care they steal from their customers.
Great customer service! Tony was there to help me. I wanted to get my wife a new phone for our anniversary and he was more than helpful. We also added another line for our son. Its not his fault Verizon wants to price gouge. However, he took his time and explained the itemized receipt. Ive been going there for two years now, Ill keep coming back!
We had issues with one of our phones and the very helpful online technician directed us to go to the MAPLE GROVE store to resolve the problem. What a disappointment. Nigel the sales person was only interested in selling us new phones not in helping us. His sales methods were very pushy.When we asked if we could have a few minutes to consider the options, Nigel told us he was busy and had other people waiting, he never returned. We could see his red tennis shoes around the corner as he tried to hide from our view. In the next 20-30 minutes, no other sales associates came over to ask us if we needed help. We have never received this kind of treatment from the Elk River store that we usually seek help from.
I literally tried everything all the way to a factory reset on my phone trying to get Android auto to pair with my car again. CJ was able to figure it out. He saved the day.
Got the new iPhone max yesterday and Sabrina did an amazing job helping me out upgrading from my 7 plus to the Max. Verizon is lucky to have her on their staff. Way to go Sabrina your awesome thanks for everything !!!
I will never return to this store is literally a joke, they charge you to breathe there, a 20.00 set up fee to press 3 bottom on the phone? They didn’t transfer my contacts or even offered it! This guy Tony that works there is the most unmotivated sales person I have ever seen, this store is independent but they give a bad wrap to the Verizon name!

Three hours for the first trip. 1.5 for the second. Goals for first trip were to activate a separately purchased phone and purchase a phone. These guys had system issues which they tried to resolve by restarting their Ipads perpetually for 1.5 hours. They gave up and called verizon for service. They could activate my phone that I brought in and were not able to make the purchase of the new phone. They offered to discount the setup fee of 20$ for inputting a telephone number, account number and collecting a signature. We received the discount for the phone we set up and were offered to repeat this discount when we returned to purchase the phone. This did not happen as promised when we returned to buy the phone and this information was not communicated until after the transaction was finished. The rep refused to refund the purchase and said it was not what he agreed to. He did offer a 15 percent discount on any excessively priced accessories that they carried to make up for the issue. They also kept the boxes for the phone and case which prevents any returns from being possible.Save yourself time and frustrations by finding some professionals to work with and avoid these swindlers.
BEWARE: VICTRA HAS RECENTLY REBRANDED ITSELF FROM A-WIRELESS BECAUSE A-WIRELESS HAS AN AWFUL REPUTATION!When the S8 came out, I got offered a free tablet to go along with it. They did not tell me about the line access fee, and they also did not tell me that I was signing a two year contract to keep it on my plan. Thats $20/mo for 24 months. This $300 MSRP tablet (that you can buy elsewhere for $120) really ended up costing me $480 because of this salespersons negligence and dishonesty. Every time I get my bill, I have to pay the $20 idiot tax for not being a better judge of character.They are known for pulling these sales tactics CONSTANTLY, using techniques such as telling you that you have a tablet credit on your account for a free tablet (even though there is no such thing as a tablet credit). Please choose a better place to shop - not all Verizon retailers are as bad as Victra.
