Good store overall, but the tire center is a disaster. They never answer the phone and its always at least 20-30 minute wait to talk to anyone at the counter. If you have a warranty issue theyll find a way to get out of it, never mind that its very difficult to get appointments so good luck doing tire rotations on their warranty schedule. Not worth the fairly small savings over other tire dealers.

Purchased tires online and had them installed at the Maple Grove MN location. Absolutely great experience, they even had the torque check reminder in 25 miles, which definitely needs to be done with todays wheels. Very highly recommend them!

We love their pharmacy here. The prices are better than anywhere else around. Im not too fond of people these days, lol so I dont stand around much. Im in and out but the aisles are wide and the store is no non sense. They have what I need.

I usually find everything I need..and a bunch of stuff I dont. I just wish the stores layout was more consistent and intuitive. It seems like items are always changing floor locations (find it in a certain spot once you probably you might not find it there the next time...or ever again) and like items are not always grouped together (clothes are an example of things that seem to be spread all across the store). Shopping for specific things at Costco is a bit of a hunt, but the savings are nice on bulk items you need a lot of. Also, no one else can seem to beat their prices on fuel so thats a nice bonus of membership.

Wonderful experience on my granddaughters card. Great selection, just about everything one can hope to choose from. Excellent meat and fish choices, too.

I love Costco... It has everything... I gas up and its always less expensive than the other gas stations... Then shop for everything I have on my list and of course Costco has it for a better price than other places... on the way out I stop at their Food Stand, order something, then sit down, relax a little bit and eat something before heading home... All in all always a Great Experience...

Food is always fresh and displays are clean and neat. The prices keep creeping up, though; more than at other stores. Thats the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

I love costco, but this Costco gets 1 star due to their entrance.... whoever designed this should never be allowed to do anything regarding architect or planning again... you need damn traffic control to get a cart as they are on the other side of the exit.... Costco as a whole 5 stars, here 1

I was all satisfied until I got to the exit door. My sister and I went together so we shared a cart. We get to the exit door and she gave her receipt first, everything went fine. Then I gave my to two receipts, let me add by saying my sister is white and I am bi-racial. She starts counting my items and checking to make sure that the items on the list matched what I had in the cart. I was so angry like how can I steal anything from the register to the door nor would I. I will not return to maple grove Costco ever.

From Costcos own website: Updated Face Mask PolicyCostco locations will follow the face mask regulations of the applicable state and local jurisdictions. In communities where COVID-19 transmission is high or substantial, per current CDC guidance, Costco strongly recommends that all members and guests wear face masks inside our locations.. I didnt see any signs recommending that guests wear masks - I think this would be helpful. Also would be helpful if staff wore their masks over their noses. OR, you could take a stand and require masks for all. Please note: I am a big Costco fan.

If you truly price compare what your looking for Costco has some of the best pricing. To get the best pricing you just need to login the Costco website and first run a search on what your looking to price compare on. But the items with the best pricing are done by typing in Special Event in search tool. Up pops a list of specials items but dont forget to go to the bottom to find the Special Events in Your Region and these item you will find at the stores have pricing so good you cant find it anywhere else. Example Hexclad 7 piece sold for $349.99 at Costco and anywhere else it was $399.99.

Never been there so I went in to take a tour. I was not impressed at all. It looks like a huge garage sale, visually. There prices on meat are more then sams club. So my guess is everything else is as well. After looking at the meat prices I left.

Its a Costco, their entrance gets pretty chaotic due to the design with the parking lot. Otherwise its a pretty standard Costco. they do have a liquor section unlike the Eden Prairie location.

I Love Costco online offerings! Items are accurately represented, shipped in a timely manner with accurate tracking. My issue is & has always been, that I find an item I really like, go back to get again & its Gone : ( How Frustrating

Very clean and spacious store. If you have a large family this is a place to go! You would need a Costco membership to get there. But when you acquire it you can save a lot of money with them. In addition you will receive a credit card that you can use everywhere. They have a really nice liqueur store attached to main store and a gas station located near by.

Asked a kid named Dylan in produce if he knew were strawberries were. He was rude, and ignored me and was rude when he stated they were here but weren’t

Bakery had some fabulous 4th of July desserts. Hard to decide what to get. Got a nice decorated white cake with cheesecake mousse. Cant wait. And a whole bunch of berries for cheap.

Almost no one was wearing a mask. The one closer to my house probably had 80 percent wearing them. Store itself was nice.

Gas is usually a good deal. Groceries are limited selection and often not a good deal. The giant carts are a nuisance. Many of the members are rude.

I have never had any problems with Costco. They are the best friendliest place to shop. I did recently order a cake for my sons birthday. I filled the form out and slipped it into the box. All of my info was on it. When I arrived to pick it up I did not see my sons cake. When I asked one of the bakery workers they had no idea what had happened and gave me an option to get a cheese cake and or Chocolate moose cake. No apology was given! We paid twice as much for something no one really liked. Im fine with mistakes but Im not fine when I dont get an apology. I called the next day. Was put on hold only to have no one come to take my call. I get everyone is busy so I called back the next day. I wasnt expecting a free cake but It would have been nice to get an apology for a mistake that I did not make. I was told to call Amber at this number. I called Amber several times. Left several messages with no response and no apology. Im just disappointed. These 3 words are so easy to say.....I Am Sorry!!

Its always too busy. The cart system they have makes no sense. You walk in and have to navigate through everyone who is exiting. Then go back through that to get to the entrance with your cart. Not a good flow at all. Parking lot is terrible too.

I shop this Costco often as its closest to my home. The only reason I gave the five star is because of Luann who provided us with exceptional costumer service. I went in couple times to get prescription glasses for my kiddos, they were pretty busy I decided to go another time, I asked the staff at the time when will be a better time to come over in and they said between 7pm and 8:30 pm it’s slow. I went back tonight with the two kiddos and their prescription I met a very rude and unprofessional lady named Mels. She went on and on about how they had a line and the person that supposed to work with us hadn’t had a break in four hours that there’s no way they can help me. Mind you there’s a couple of families they were already helping and I waited for my turn. She insisted that there’s nothing they can do for us so I ask her when will it be a good time for us to return to get service she said she can’t gauge that there’s no way that she can know if we can ever be helped. I have recorded my very unpleasant experience with Mels. In short Mels was telling us we can’t get service there no matter when or what time we came in period. She kept on working with the family that came after us and despite her protest about her coworker not having a break and working long hours she left her alone.Unbelievable she choose to work in costumer service yet decided to be selective on the customers that she serves.🙄 she is not my 1st Karen but definitely she picked the wrong mama to tell off because this mom does not pay for rude costumer service!

Yes, the prices are great, but so is the quality of Costco’s products, including their own Kirkland products.The icing on the cake is Costco’s employees, who must be treated well because they are always friendly, helpful, and they don’t leave.

For the last few months I have been taking the Costco fruit challenge.Costco got in great plums so I made a fabulous plum crumble and then I canned plum and nectarine jam. Both were fantastic ! I have continued to shop for great fruit at Costco...made nectarine, mango and peach and raspberry jam as well.

This place is strange..so much abundance yet everyone is in a rush to get their own, customers will cut you off and give you dirty looks if you get in their way. They also will not allow you to buy certain items individually, its either buy two or get none. This place is trash. Buy local instead.They also make you line up at the door on the way out and have one guy check your receipt yet he doesnt check your cart or what it is youre taking out of the store...this place is so wasteful it gives me the creeps. Makes you feel like cattle being led to slaughter

Very busy. Needed something from behind the counter in the pharmacy and had to wait in a line as long as a shelf unit. Check outs were long also.

Employees are nice, parking lot always busy. Wish there were another location around the north metro to ease the congestion of this and other stores.

Same ol products year after year and not much for choices. Long lines at the checkout and when you try to exit. Not much fun.... weve had better luck at Sams Club

Costco is great. I belong to COSTCO and sams but I prefer COSTCO but I keep sams because if I need a new car battery at Costco they dont install, you can buy it but they dont put them in, for a lot of women that can be difficult. So I have both cards. I wish Costco would install

Costco is doing a decent job of maintaining distancing and space but there are simply too many people in the store all at once. Particularly by the produce and meat area, theres simply a traffic jam and theres been no effort to rearrange the store to better direct the flow of traffic. I recognize that theyre likely doing the best they can but I cant give 5 stars to any place that isnt safe for people to attend knowing that they can avoid contact wherever possible. There simply are too many situations where avoiding being close to someone just isnt possible.

Love what costco offers but its too crowded. Doesnt matter what time of day you go it will be packed. They need more locations to ease the craziness.Gas station needs squeegees for car windows as well.

Good prices. Plenty of stock of what I went in for. To many customers in there doing the walk of the living dead. I do not want to spend my day shopping.

This store is incredibly, unbelievably crowded. It doesn’t matter what time of day that you seem to visit – it will be absolutely crazy busy. They never have enough registers open. Nevertheless, the store is always very clean and they have an excellent variety of products at great prices. I also hate parking here. If they could resolve the checkout situation as well as the parking lot confusion, I would give this place five stars.

Lord oh lord what can I say bad about Costco. Its like they got into your brain and figured a way to get you at every turn and corner LOL! My family and I love this Costco in Maple Grove. Visited around 10am this morning and they were hoping. Every jamming in gear and getting their Saturday off to a good start. Came in not expecting and out we walked out 450 bucks. But thats to be expected at Costco. Alot of great items and even better looking beef. Prime cuts of rib eye, prime brisket, prime beef tenderloin to name a few I had my hands on today. Drinks, cant beat their deals. My kids drink like a camel stores liquid. So got all stocked up on great summer beverages, snacks and some serious summer pitboss smoking. Will be back! Thanks Costco 😊

The people who work here are gossipy, small-town mentality type. For example- Ive had cashiers walk up while I am checking out and demand to know about my vegan patties, to make LOUD comments about how she could never be a vegan. Another time I was only buying one item, and a cashier at the other checking station made a loud comment to the customer about how strange it was that I would get only one item (he pointed to my cart). Things like this, every single time. Never going here again- I shouldnt have to explain the items I am buying to gossipy rude people

It’s gat’dang Costco and met every single one of my Costco expectations. The bulk was bulk. The cheap was cheap. The pizza was yes.

I swear they require employees to pass a personality test prior to being hired. Everyone who works here is just delightful!Also, stock is always well maintained, everything is clean, and the layout is pretty intuitive.

Everyone at Costco is so great. They always have everything in stock. Great selection of last minute dinner ideas. Their milk is the best, non-specialty milk. Stocking up on stuff is never a problem at Costco. 4 stars cause some of their stores are backwards to me, and this is one of them.

I love my Maple Grove CostCo! The only thing they could improve is the location of the carts. Its a criss-cross nightmare and its always been that way. They do line up some carts in the middle of the two inside doors when there is high traffic though.

They didnt have what I was looking for but still a great place for selection in bulk.

Honestly have no idea why people pay to shop here. Its always overcrowded, deals are no better than sale items at regular stores (and often times not even as good). The place is more of a warehouse than a shopping market. The only plus I can give it is the liquor store is better pricing than most places.

Who ever designed the parking lot/ front entrance is horrible. Its a mess to get in/out of there. Doesnt matter what time you go there its a complete zoo inside and out.

Great as any other Costco. Very clean and a staff member tried to look up a toy item that wasnt on the floor, but was seem in a previous visit. There wasnt many in the computers count, or at other stores. They werent getting more of the Pokemon toy in either. But, it was good to know.

We called to see if they had luggage in stock from the coupon book and they said they had 11 in stock but sale ends today. We drove all the way out there and someone else said she was wrong and they have none left. Didnt offer a different brand, nothing. Although they said that the store in st cloud had them in stock. Thats store is a hour in a half away.. Please..... Idiots
