Honestly this is the best beauty supply I have ever seen in all Ohio. This store is like a Sephora or ulta of the beauty supply industry . Very reliable, great customer service, there hours are great, absolutely biggest variety, organized and professional. Mikey the manager is great. He cares about his customers and the community period. Highly recommended. Must shop here and support your local business. They support black own products!! Also open every single day even holidays regular hours!!

Every time I come into this location the staff is always friendly and helpful. They are always helping the new staff members find items for the customers. So many places have good products but poor customer service this location has both. I love shopping here...

Such a nice staff works here and they know a lot about hair. The manager is extremely nice. Him and his employees seem to enjoy what they’re doing. Everything was organized, there was nothing on the floor or out of place and the products were also organized and put together. Definitely will be going there again.

I wanted to go somewhere where there would be decent customer service. This place was consistently showing 5 stars. So I said lets go. When I walked in, Dionna (sp) asked if I needed help, I was impressed by her enthusiasm to help and overall friendly attitude. When she walked back to the he counter she said told who I found out was the manager Mike who also had a month ce personality. Ill be back!
