PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT THIS Establishment‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️We had got the wrong pack of hair and wanted to see if we can get an exchange. We brought two packs of hair but we only tried to take one pack back because the other pack we opened and used. We knew that the pack we used was not going to be eligible for a exchange. We returned to the store and left the unopened pack of hair AT HOME. We left the UNOPENED pack at the counter with the man up front when we first returned to the store. We returned to the counter with the hair we needed. Once we got up there the man said we can’t exchange it because we we opened it. WE NEVER EVEN OPENED THE HAIR. What we believed happened was the man himself cut a few braids (because the hair we tried to exchange was latch hook braids) to make it seem like we shorted the pack of hair or we brought it like that and didn’t know. I PROMISE ON EVERYTHING, WE DID NOT OPEN THE PACK OF HAIR AND TAKE ANYTHING OUT. In Conclusion, please do not spend your BLACK DOLLARS HERE. PLEASE go to MAGIC or somewhere else to spend your money. When we first walked into the place we got a bad vibe from him but it was a holiday (Labor Day 9/6/2021) and he was the only few hair stores open.DON’T SHOP HERE!!!!!!!

Hello everyone . I am a regular customer here unfortunately most of the people who used to work there are no longer there the proprietor there is Pleasant but unfortunately the two people that are no longer there were top-notch ....there was a short gentleman there he had such a bubbly personality and was always ready to help me when I came in unfortunately there is no one there like that at this time.. there is a very young girl that works there she tries to be attentive but a lot of times they are more customers than she can handle ...I hope they find somebody with a great personality like they did have.... it helps when youre taking care of in a special way especially in that feel of hair..

Very large & well stocked beauty supply store. Definitely More than 100 wings in all types, colors & styles @ a wide variety of prices. Hair, hair, hair everywhere! Jewelry, nails, facial care & body care more that anything I expected. Heads up... Cant try on wings (4/21) due to COVID.

This was my first time at this store and the staff was very friendly. They also have low prices compared to other hair stores on the west side! The store is HUGE, clean, and had many things in stock! I will definitely be going back!

One of my favorite places to go. The staff is always nice and pleasant. Me and husband both find pretty much all of our hair needs here. Out of all the places in the neighborhood, this is my first choice. The store isn’t crowded with too much merchandise so you can actually walk through. They always have a big selection.

False advertising!! I have been to this location twice, and I have had issues both times. First time, they didnt have the hair advertised so he offered a $0.20 discount on substandard hair. Second time, hair posted for $1, but he wanted to charge me $1.99. Im never returning. There are at least 5 other hair stores in the area. I see no reason to patronize a business that engages in deceptive business practices.

The owner is very rude. I have been a longtime customer and just ignored but I will no longer be taking my business there. Heights beauty is down the street going towards Warrensville. Much more reasonable and friendly staff... Wonder why this shop doesnt have any social media?- probably because they suck!You have to pay 50 cents for a cap to try the wig on. I wanted a half wig but the color I wanted was not on display therefore I couldnt try it on to see if it was worth the 30 dollars. They were 20% off which would have taken it to about 24 dollars. I asked if I could just get it for 20 since I couldnt try it on, I would chalk it as a loss of I didnt like it, and all he kept saying its 20% off...thèn when the clerk checks me out for the 50 cent cap and Im ready to leave empty handed the owner tries to ask why I didnt get any wigs, and then had the nerve to accuse me of not paying the 50 cents When I was clearly leaving the cashier area, and the clerk was right there. Very insulting. Some English speaking employees would be nice.
