Brigitte is wonderful. The first wig she picked was the one that I liked the most. I wound up buying two different styles, one for an upcoming job interview and the other for everyday. This was my first time buying a wig. She was extremely knowledgeable and very patient. I will return and wholeheartedly suggest anyone looking for a nice wig to ask for her. 😊

Airic was ridiculously awesome very knowledgeable which was very important to me considering my grade of hair. Im long natural curly and not everyone knows how to actually manage natural curly hair properly. I will definitely be making the drive from Ohio City to start beauty to have him continue my hair care. And to be clear everyone in that salon was amazing that I spoke with.

They have lots of hair options to choose from and a wide range of colors. They had a lot of color safe, sulfate free shampoos and theyre very helpful.

Love the store has everything you need and more. Only problem I had was trying to schedule an appointment to get my hair done. I tried 2 times, once over the phone was told someone would call me back. I was in the store last month went back to the salon the stylist wrote my name on a piece of paper and my phone number said the person who braids hair would call me back never did 🤔. Ill just shop there . I will never try to set an appointment for my hair there again. Now that was bad customer service. Overall I do love shopping there🥰

Jaya was awesome 😎 wit the customer service 👏🏾 Soo patience and keeping the merchandise together, she deserves a raise. Also there was another worker who was very welcoming and kind, I just didnt catch her name. The store itself has a salon in the back and at the front you can get your make-up and lashes done. It also has a lot of products.

Fantastic experience, very polite and friendly staff. The stylists in the salon are amazing as well. Went here for a Silk Press and Cut by Ms. Tootie, great stylist. Definitely coming back.

I was looking for a five star solon to trim and rinse my hair. Star Beauty Solon came up first in Google, I read some of the reviews and decided to schedule an appointment. I spoke to an angel named Tootie. She had an amazing personality over the phone so I knew I had to meet her in person. She scheduled me for the very next day. Tootie is very professional, kind, friendly and welcoming. I walked into the solon a hot mess and walked out looking like a Beautiful Queen. She is amazing, fast and did an excellent job on my hair. God willing, I will return in a few weeks to get my hair done again by her. Thank you Tootie for using your God given talent. 😊

Great place to find historical items

They switch human hair wigs out of the box with blends and synthetics. The wig I bought is not the wig that was on the display. Ive had the wig about 2 weeks and after 1 wash and condition the ends are split over halfway up the wig. The wig was 500. Very depressed I was ripped off like this and already in a nappy wig looking cheap.

Charlie and Debra are amazing and so very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products the sell. They are there to assist you from the time you walk through the door. Dave is also welcoming and jumping in to help as well. I left my bag and he called to let me know that I did, so that I could come back to pick it up the same day or he would hold it for me and I could pick it up later. Awesome service.

You can find virtually any hair care item you need here so they’re great in that respect. If you don’t mind being followed around the store and stared at because the employees think you may steal something, then this place is perfect. The elderly Asian gentleman that works here does this routinely. For this reason. I’ll shop elsewhere from now on.
