The parking lot is much to compact and congested. It is a wonder there are not multiple accidents daily trying to exit. However, the store carries a broad selection.

One stop shopping. My daughter got her hair done here for homecoming. Got make up and hair accessories here as well. Everyone was really pleasant. Ali did a really nice job with my daughters hair. A few things couldve been done a bit better but we were pleased for the most part.

This is a nice store, however it is very compacted in certain areas so it makes things hard to navigate. Also, watch prices when being checked out sales flyer may say $4.99 but they charged you $6.99. A woman purchasing hair was told one price-then ranged up as another total, she noticed the difference but owner insisted he told her the correct pricing. my receipt was not detailed so therefore you do not know the exact amount charged for each item. I would’ve like for the sales announced in their store flyer to be readily available where you can see them/purchase. I will be going back just checking my prices as it is being checked out.

Love this place. They have a huge variety of hair supplies. Their hours of operation is very convenient as well. Prices are pretty reasonable . There hasnt been a time Ive gone in there and didnt find what I needed. The parking lot is too small, due to population of customers, but Id still recommend this place to others.

They have a really nice wig and weave selection. The ladies working the floor are nice and helpful. The men working behind the registers are usually cold, they don’t speak to you and barely look at you. They just hold their hands out for the money. I’d like to have a friendly relationship with a place I spend hundreds of dollars in every month.

They started changing up the variety of wigs they had which was my only concern . I love Omar and Cousin and Joey too . Excellent service from the owners.They have some nice folks in the back to help with wigs too .. depending on whose working you will get great service.

One of the best beauty supply stores in Cleveland in my opinion. Just a good place to go to get the right hair products.

They have a great selection of beautiful black products. Clothing, wigs, you name it. The prices are a little bit higher but if still go for it

The store is quite sizeable and very clean, neat, and organized.Prices are, on average, what youd expect to see at a beauty supply store.They have a very large selection of hair care brands & products. Not a very big selection/variety of makeup & manicure/nail care options, that I saw, like some other beauty supply stores Ive been in.It has a nice size parking lot and, since its a stand alone building, theres no vying for a parking space with customers of other business like some beauty supply stores that are a part of a strip of stores.

Excellent service. If they dont have your products they will get it for you. Staffs are very up to date on all products and very helpful in finding what you need.

Salespeople are friendly and helpful. Store is a little tight and parking is limited. I guess this day they just were particularly busy because I never had a problem with finding a pair space.

This is my favorite hair store, because they usually keep a good variety of colors. Also the owners are outstandingly nice! They are also open every single day and they close late like past 7:00 pm, when most hair stores close! I love this store!

Prices are a little ridiculous too me... I dont wear fake hair often so maybe i am not up to date with price.. But i will not return for hair anymore.. But they do have very nice other things.. Check them out.. Judge for urself

Wonderful place wonderful staff. Its right around the corner I even walk there sometimes. Im always given awesome hair advice and quality assistance. Im not treated as a dollar sign or even as a customer, Im treated like a friend. My mother and I would NEVER shop anywhere else!!

Based on an advertise sale item printed by Magic Hair & Beauty, My wife and I decided to travel across town to patronize this beauty supply store. But only to our dismay; we discovered that the advertised product my wife wanted was a typo error according to the manager/owner, and that we had to pay a much higher price for the hair that was promoted in the leaflet. After our suggestion and dissatisfaction, the store manager offered us a 10 percent discount on the hair. Even with the mark off the final price of the hair was a lot more than what we had intended to spend. Now with store manager not willing to budge on the sale price we decided to move out the store.

Will never walk into this place AGAIN! Even after 15 mins in this store could not get any help! Could not even find what I needed. Way to much JUNK product in the store. They may have a sales paper, but good luck finding what ur looking for (unless you come here often). The sales are on specific Colors (the ones I think no one buys) and in order to get a deal u have to stock ups instead of purchasing what you need. I left this location, drove 3 mins away and purchased what they claimed they had on sale for a lower regular price! Never again will I waste my time.

I will never shop here again. On Thursday I witnessed one of the workers talking about a customer in their native language and then laughing. I was very disgusted. This customer was supporting this business by buying hair and was being talked about while she was purchasing her item. I usually come to the store on a regular because they are usually nice but I will no longer spend money here. They need to learn to respect their customers.

Large store, carries everything and as such it is crowded and cluttered. They always have what Im looking for and then some. Pricing is good, decent parking on a corner lot.
