Very very organized, they have a huge selection of hair products for all kinds of hair and I found some good deals on products. I dont buy hair so Im not sure if they have a good variety or price point for it.

I love this beauty supply site l store, they have anything you can think of plus deal on top of deal. Very reasonable prices as well

The older Korean lady is super nice she always makes sure to smile and welcome people and the prices are really affordable!

The store is very big, can even be overwhelming but you will most likely find most of what youre looking for. The prices arent really outlet prices tho, theyre either the same or just a tad cheaper than other hair stores but they have a larger selection. They have lots of nice well priced novelty items like scarves, mask, leg warmers, hats e.t.c.

Horrible customer service! This place is horrible to visit. The owner yells when you ask her questions about prices. Due to the rudeness, unprofessionalism and unorganized mess this place has become the products are not worth paying out youre hard-earned money.I went to another store for my beauty needs. The lady behind the counter is to lazy to look through the mess to find what I needed.

This could be a great store but the prices are marked up to then looked marked down. Sales are final and you need to be very specific with your questions and sure of the products you buy. You cannot return (basically) anything, ever. Even if you bought it that day. The people working are very cold and rigid. I would recommend going elsewhere for a better deal, better atmosphere, better treatment.

Nasty Asian lady that works there got smart with me & kept cutting me off when I tried to ask a question & tell her something. I was a repeat customer too. I will never shop at this racist place again & suggest other minorities patronize places that respect them.

All of the staff are very helpful and people oriented. The quality of the products are commendable, and prices are affordable.
