Zach was easy to communicate with via phone, texts, and emails. We live in Wisconsin. It was worth the drive to St. Paul to get the car I wanted.Everyone at the dealership (manager, finance, sales)was great.

We have an RV built on a Sprinter. We were traveling from MN to NY. The service center was most helpful in fixing our problem plus they fixed two recalls we didn’t know about. They gave us a loaner vehicle so we could run errands. The work was completed quickly. We would highly recommend the Saint Paul Mercedes dealership!

This happened October of 2020. I’m never one to leave reviews but the situation was very frustrating. My C300 was towed there for a recall on taillights. However, I didn’t know my car would be there for over a week. When I called and ask what time was okay for me to come and pick up, the service advisor stated “anytime.” On Saturday I went in to pick up only to find out that the keys were locked in a safe because the workers left at 1pm. A representative told me that they are not able to access the keys and that I could schedule a free drop off on Monday. I called on Monday and understood that a drop off within the same day would be hard so I said I was fine with the car being dropped off on Tuesday. On Tuesday morning I got a call about trying to make arrangements on delivering my vehicle even though I had called the day before and asked for it to be dropped off asap. I called back, no answer so I left a voicemail explaining that I would like for it to be dropped off as soon as possible and to give me a call back. On Wednesday afternoon I never got an update/phone call nor did I have my car. I tried calling multiple times to no answer. Thursday was the first time someone finally answered the phone only to tell me my vehicle had already been dropped off at my father’s house since I lived “too far.” I understand the dealership may be busy but the lack of communication is ridiculous. I even emailed them about this situation and received nothing back.P.S I have a dash cam installed and saw that the driver made a stop to a convenience store before dropping off my vehicle. Very nice!

This dealership is amazing! I was 1 mile down the road planning on buying another Audi when I decided to check out Mercedes St Paul and I am so glad that I did! They had a GLC 300 in my favorite color and it was 10 times more comfortable than the Audi Q5 I was thinking of buying. I had the pleasure of working with Greg and Michael to look at the car as well as see all the features of the GLC. Patrick worked with me to trade in my Audi Q7 and was friendly and offered a fair trade in price. I had a problem with loud brakes and they worked on it the next week and even provided me with a great loaner car to use while they were working on it. Having the certified preowned warranty from them was wonderful as all the work was covered, Kim in service was great and answered all my questions and made for a very pleasant experience. In the end I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and their service shop!

Would not return to this dealership. Austin in service was not helpful nor knowledgeable of the issue but was quick to quote me $3700 on something that was covered under warranty. The technician that worked on the issue had no idea what he was doing as it took him hours to make the situation worse and give me wrong advice. So glad I was able to go to a different location and corrected the situation! Avoid this dealership!

We had a problem. Chris (finance manager), Garrett (asst GM), and Mike ( GM) got involved. They reviewed the problem, discussed our concerns and came up with common sense options to solve the situation and one that would assure no further problems. They took personnel interest in making sure we were happy beyond our expectations. They succeeded; as we are customers for life. We could not recommend this dealership and these people any higher than this. This is how a dealership is supposed to react to problems and treat customers.

My husband and I drove up to St Paul from Chicago for our Mercedes. We worked with Jeff and Ashlee who both were great. They made the whole process smoother than I could have ever imagined. Great service but they need to work on their timing of notifying customers when the parts arrived … it was 5 weeks before I ask them whether the part arrived . Then the rep said “yes it had been sitting here for a while”. 🤦‍♂️

They always do a nice job of customer service! I have never been disappointed with an estimate, or the resulting final amount. They have accurate technicians, and standby reliable estimates. I was extremely impressed when I recently brought my Mercedes Sprinter, to find delivered to my text message a video that detected of the underneath of my sprinter, explaining all of the various things including the service life of items and recommending future service. I have never had better customer service at a dealership than at this particular one, and trust them with all of my service needs. They have also helped arrange replacement of glass, and minor body work with reputable companies for reasonable prices. You cant go wrong here! And dont forget to get your free coffee, soda pop, or goodies. And while youre at it, look at the showroom, and dream! If you have not been to their new facility, it is top-notch, state of the art, spacious and beautiful! The customer service area is very large, allowing for social distancing. They have high quality finish, comfortable chairs, TV monitors all over, great bathrooms, and always happy faces!

After we test drove a car, it was not as described. So, the sales manager came out to try and strong arm me and keep our retainer fee. He was rude, and condescending the entire time. The person we were talking with was amazing and understanding of the situation. (Matt) He did nothing wrong, and I would try to buy a car from this man again.UPDATE: After trying to work out a deal for the car we test drove with a malfunctioning transmission. They offered us just a little money off for what they thought a re-manufactured transmission would cost. I did not see that as a fair offer, as the dealership openly admitted, that they took off just the cost for the transmission. (Which was a very low number.) NOT installation. So, I would have to pay installation myself, putting me WAY over fair market value on this vehicle. Needless to say, I will never ever go back to this dealership.

On January 18, 2021, I visited Mercedes Benz on Maplewood Dr. When I arrived, the car I made an appointment to test drive was parked out there already. I walked straight to it when a sales person outside noticed me and directed me to my sales person, Casey. Casey was very friendly and funny! We laughed a lot when test drove the c300! The car is beyond beautiful, I knew I have to make it mine! And I did!! Casey helped me fill out the application and check on me every 10-15 mins while waiting for approval. The finance manager, Ashlee, delivered me great news that I was approved. She was so funny as well and provided me all the info I needed to know. Total hrs spent there was around 2hrs. When I drove off with my beyond car Casey sent me an email with a well instructed video where to go for a service appointment. A few days later, the sales manager Patrick, emailed to congratulate me. They all assured me they’re there when I have questions. Can’t wait to work with them again in the future!

If you take your vehicle here please please please mark your keys so you can prove to them that the keys they give you are not yours! Inturn they will tell you there is no way to tell if the keys are actually yours so they will start a service ticket. They say the only way is to start with a new key, if that dont work it might be the ignition. Even tho the fob does not only not work in the ignition....it dont open the trunk or the doors.So not only do you not have your keys, it will cost you a few hundred dollars to get a new one.

When a part had to be over-nighted, he allowed me to drive the loaner (a brand new vehicle) home and keep overnight). He immediately phoned me the next morning when my vehicle work was completed.
