I dont mind high pressure salesman who are completely honest. Renalto called me buddy, sir, and finally doctor. The ad said the car was a 5cyl 6 cylinder engine and its a four cylinder. He insisted he wasnt making any money on the deal which I couldnt care less about and you shouldnt either.The car is what I expected but beware of what you encounter.

Renalto was fantastic! We were looking at a used car, and when we took it to a mechanic to get it inspected and found a ton of rust in the subframe, he quickly ordered a new one and covered a majority of the cost. He understood our original budget and clearly wanted us to have a car that would suit us well. Kind, straightforward, funny, honest throughout the whole process. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!

Renalto, the new owner, was great to work with. Dont read the negative reviews because theyre about the previous ownership. Honest, understanding guy who wants to make sure youre happy with your purchase. I didnt end up buying the car I came to look at and he did not pressure me into making a decision I didnt want to make, but the reason for that was he gave me time to evaluate the car and make sure I knew what I would be getting into. That is hard to find in a used car dealership these days. Give him a chance and support a local small business!

I purchased a 2007 Mercedes C280 from Fleet Automotive. The car was in great shape except for the shifter lever was damaged. The staff were quick to order me a new one free of charge. The staff were very friendly, patient, and helpful with my car buying needs. Ive seen past reviews and they must be under new management because my experiences was very pleasant. Very shady - lied to me also.I called Fleet Automotive to inquire about a vehicle that has been listed for sale on their website for almost 3 weeks with a very detailed description, including price, mileage and color, but no pictures posted.The guy who answered the phone told me no such vehicle is on their lot! He also was not familiar with general info about car makers and was confusing the brand of the vehicle with a totally different maker. He also lied and said the vehicle did not have pics online bc it is so new the internet dept did not upload them. He lied again and said hed transfer me to someone who would send pics.When I got transferred this guy couldnt find the vehicle on the lot either! I directe him to the Fleet website ... turns out the vehicle is quote at auction and has not been shipped. Meaning Fleet is listing cars for sale on their website that they do not have possession of. The cars are listed with a price even though the condition has never been inspected.So I drove over to Fleet to see for myself .. many of the cars listed for sale online are not anywhere in the lot. I also found a car listed for sale...the hood was up and some guy was working on it in their sales lot!!

Craigslist ad for their car lied, said no mechanical issues and that the car had heated seats. Turns out, no heated seats, ac didnt work, multiple other small mechanical issues that they didnt mention. Drove an hour to look at a car and quite disappointed, as its not hard to list the issues a car has in the ad.

I did not end up purchasing from Chris, but he was SO great to work with in the shopping process. He didn’t blink an eye when I asked to take a car all the way to Burnsville for an inspection from my preferred VW mechanic and when we found an issue, he was quick to fix it and adjust the price as well.

Sold me a truck 2 days later it start over heating I called no call back 3 days after that all the lights on the dash came on called no call back spent over 5 thousand dollars on a car that worked for one week I haven’t even got the plates for the car an it no longer runs
