Went to Marlborough store for 5G SIM card. They were great, installed card and did set up. Very helpful and friendly😀

These fellows are great. I spent many hours attempting to get an unlocked phone ported into Boost ... on websites, with chat bots, with chat humans, with humans over the phone, face-to-face with other store employees. Then I found this store. They got me running in 5 minutes. Well worth the drive.

Well, I wasnt At Boost Mobile...I Just parked there. But I will tell you about them Anyway!! I had a Boost Mobile Phone & Service Earlier this year. It was a Free Phone, with Monthly Service for a period of 6 Months Minimum...to get the benefits. Figuring I had to Return the phone, after period was over. I explained to the Manager, whos name I forgot, That I had a few Problems along the way, which kinda made me feel bad but I told him Anyway. After hearing THAT, he gave me a Break, on the FINAL bill and Let Me Keep the PHONE!!! To be a Good Sport, about it. So I Thanked him for That, cause I have Private [WIFI] at Home and another phone is Helpful to have,...And when I feel I could use Another phone line Just to have (2) Active Phone Lines, I will get it at...BOOST-MOBILE!!!😇😁 LOL, I could tell you Where, I Actually went. If you wanted to know👍

I has been a customer from Boost Mobile for a long time< always got to Marlborough to pay my Bill and to get Help wen i needed, they always been able to solve any issue i have on the way Good customer service

I bought a boost mobile flip phone from the store in marlborough ma.the owner said he was experienced with phones.non sence.he sold me a piece of junk.i have had more problems with the phone,since i bought it.he told me i was getting a deal.beware of this ripoff artist.

The Westborough franchise is run by a crook. Sold me a new phone, the phone was virtually useless (i did nothing to it) ten days later, but because his individual return policy is 7 days, he refused to help me. He was hideously rude, i highly reccomend NOT patronizing this store.

Dont buy from this store, i called this store this am, told him about the sale on his website and that i wanted a particular phone that was on sale. He said yes he would honor the boost sale ..he should because its on the website that he uses..well i went there and he DIDNT honor what he said. I drove two towns away to get to that store, i think because i am not spanish too that he didnt want to sell a sale phone to me...Terrible customer service, he lied to me that he would honor the sale price for the phone they have advertised. Thats not the way a business is supposed to be run.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE, I CANT IMAGINE IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR PHONE HOW THEY HANDLE IT IF THEY LIE TO A CUSTOMER/CONSUMER RIGHT FROM THE START..BEWARE, DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE...

I opened a new account with them and one of the Phones didnt work, i returned to the store 10 days after and they just said that they can not help other than sell another phone. Very disappointed with Luiz. They just wanted the money. Going to transfer service to another company.

I went to this store to change my service over to boost and there was a promotion if you bring your number over to boost they had a few phones to choose from and he straight up lied to me and told me the style 5 was not included in the offer and tried to sell it to me for $200.00 and would only give me a style 4.went to another boost store and they confirmed what I thought now after talking to boost they dont seem to want to honor trading me phones and want to leave it up to me to hash out with a vendor who represents them by selling their products.what a joke this is gonna be

This place does not even deserve one star, I have had two bad experiences at that place!I bought a phone in 2016 and is still lock, I went there and they just said that I have to call Boost Mobile. When I bought the phone in there and I got the service from there. They even say that they where going to help me even with the call, they just threw me out to the street again with any answer. I call costumer service and they said that they could help me, I even when to another store and the gentleman helped me with advices.I had one more bad experience with them before as well. They are not even kind to people. Probably they are when you are buying something but no when you need help!
