If you have an iPhone X and up, please don’t consider going here. There screen replacement are bad quality. My first issue was losing sensitivity. Got the screen replace, still bad sensitivity. I didn’t want to keep going back cause at that point all their screens are bad sensitivity. Whiling using it, my phone over heats everyday and battery drains quicker. The screen eventually loses it adhesive cause the edges and corner were splitting. I eventually went back because they offer warranty but they say I can’t get it cause it was physical damage that the screen is falling off. I went to an apple certified repair shop at Best Buy, they replaced the screen and mentioned where did I get my screen because they didn’t do a good job replacing it. They misplaced the screws and didn’t put the adhesive on correctly that’s why the screen was coming off.Overall bad quality screen for iPhone X and up users.Fraud on their warranty. The worker even try to raise their voice at me.Don’t come here if you have an iPhone X+ just save your trip and the headaches and go to apple or Best Buy.

I broke my phone screen (Galaxy Note 10+) this morning and called 4 different places to find someone to repair it for me. Fast Fix was $25 cheaper (though still not cheap by any means) than everyone else that I spoke to and best of all they had my screen in stock. I would have had to wait for other stores to order it. My phone was barely usable the way it broke, so didnt want to wait.They were also the highest rated of all the places that I called (Verizon, Natick Mall, and Downtown Framingham), but I was a little skeptical about all of the 5 star reviews. I drove a bit out of my way to go there, but in the end it was worth it. The screen was repaired in about an hour, and it looks and functions perfectly. I was half expecting him to ask me to rate them 5 stars, due to all of the reviews here, but he didnt. He just thanked me and I was on my way. I was very pleased with my trip there and would recommend them to others in need of a screen repair.

Have an almost brand new phone that I dropped and display stopped working. Visited kiosk in mall three times and texted manager three times without response. The guy behind the kiosk at mall may be the laziest worker Ive ever seen, took him a lot to pull one of his ear buds out and leave his music for a few seconds to see what I wanted. Needed my phone fixed quick and got nowhere. Ended up buying a new phone. Go somewhere, anywhere else. I assume many of the five star reviews on here are fake.

Quality of replacement screens are very low. Did a replacement twice. Bad screen both times. The second replacement had a bad proximity sensor slot which caused the sensor to malfunction. Went somewhere else to fix and everything was working fine again with just a regular screen replacement.

Don’t bother coming here to get your phone fix. Ever since I had them replace my screen for my iphone X, I’ve had to go back many times to get it fixed because the screens are. defective. In total I’ve gone about 4xs and the screen is still awful. So at this point I give up, save your money and just have apple replace it for you even with it’s price because going cheaper is not worth it.

Came to fix my iPhone 6 screen. After week screen popped out . Went back to get solution . Guy with long hair was rude and he told me I dropped my phone thats why screen separated.Wouldnt recommend this place at all !!!

IPhone screen was lifilting. Guy at kiosk said it could be a battery and that would be $40 but if the battery was holding a charge he could save it. Turns out the battery bag had swollen. He poked a home in it, flattened bag, taped hole over, charged me $5.
