While the store was neat and tidy, I wasnt pleased with the arrogant and confusing sales clerk. We were trying to upgrade one phone through a promotion, but soon we were upsold on two phones. It was all very quickly presented in a fashion that was simply too pushy. If you guys could just work on having more of an air of restraint and professionalism, it would go a long way.

I walked into this Verizon curious about getting an upgrade after buying some stuff at the mall. I wasnt expecting anything, but I had one of the most excellent experiences working with Jose, the Verizon representative there. He explained my plan and helped me save on my monthly bill. I also walked out with a new phone and watch, thanks to his help. I love the team there. The manager John is knowledgeable and has excellent chemistry with his team. The Verizon at Solomon Pond Mall has a great environment, and I recommend going there and seeing Jose and John for all your Verizon needs.

My wife and I came into the Verizon store located in the Solomon Pond mall in hopes that we would be able to find a replacement phone for her since the current phone was on its way out.We only waited about 5-7 minutes and then were greeted by Yusuf B, who was very friendly right off the bat! He was knowledgeable, patient, and willing to work with us based on my wifes needs. The whole interaction was pleasant and efficient throughout, all because of Yusuf! Thanks again man!

Jose showed a genuine interested in helping me resolve my issue and even better, there was no pressured sales pitch. Just good old fashioned customer service at its best. Keep up the good work!

I am so incredibly pleased with this Verizon retailer. I bought my phone a few months ago, and had such a great experience we went for my husbands phone. Not only was Yusef Baldarelli professional, but he looked for deals-i wound up walking out with a phone, two tablets and a phone holder! He welcomed every customer, and most impressive to me was that a child of 9 or 10 came in and he asked him if he needed help. You could see the kid was so happy that he was being treated like that. Also, an elderly couple came in, looking rather lost- he knew he wasnt going to make a sale, but excused himself from us and advised the gentleman of what he needed to do. I have worked in customer service since I was 16 and would hire him in a hot second. I will never, ever go anywhere but this Verizon store- I hope whoever manages/owns it knows what treasures he has for employees.

I want to say thanks to Cameron in the Solomon Pond Store. I have had problems with billing, some features on the phone. I have been in a number of times and while most representatives are good Cameron was great!! He patiently fixed what I didnt know how to do and took time to teach me some other tricks. He finished by saying call me if you have trouble or even a question on something I dont know how to do. He went through the whole bill that no one else could explain at customer service. He is a gem to this organization dont loose him because Millbury Verizon is not welcoming and dont even want to take the time to explain a new plan. So rock on Cameron and I cant thank you enough. jdwhizz

Yusuf greeted us, answered questions, researched our concerns, made suggestions and proved himself to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Yusuf and the entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I purchased a new iPhone 11pro max, a new iPhone 12 pro max and a new iPad. With all the deals, new plans and two trade-ins (an iPhone 8pro and an iPad 9.7) it was difficult to bundle everything in a way I can maximise the savings. Well, Yusuf figured it out and I was able save a lot of money.

This is why you should go to the Verizons stores.The staff was knowledgeable and really helpful as all my questions were answered.Chris the Verizon representative who helped me was stellar. He went above and beyond the call to help me with all my questions and concerns related to the different plan Verizon offers, thanks to Chris I know I chose the best plan for me.My visit was to seek information to pre-order the new Google Pixel 2 with a single plan for myself. I now have my new phone (the one i wanted which nobody tried to up sell me or change my option) and I walk out happy and content knowing that I got a great service.Plus the signal is the best out here in the Marlborough area definitely worth visiting if you ever find yourself at the Solomon Pond Mall.

I went to this store to pay my bill. I paid my bill in cash. They told me it would take an hour or so to post. The next morning it still hadnt posted. I tried calling the store from when it opened, but I kept getting sent to a voicemail that wasnt set up. I had to leave work early to physically go to the store where they did apologize and said it would be a simple fix and I would receive a notification with in an hour or so when it was processed. I never received a notification. I called the store and was told the rep who was helping me had left AND they would look into it and call me back. Needless to say I never received a call back. I called the store this morning and asked to speak with a manager...the person who answered said he was in fact the manager. I explained t he situation, my frustration that now my bill is late and amount of time I have wasted. He said he was aware of my situation, that although he wasnt sure what was being done to rectify the problem he knew someone was working on it. Asked for my phone number, said he would check the status of the situation and would call me back. Still nothing from them. I have spent the last 20 min. working with a helpful rep from Verizon who is finally helping solve the problem. However, with that being said, I will never visit this store again!

I recently had a phone die. I went to my local Verizon store and got a new phone. The screen protector cracked within days.Today I went to the Verizon store the Solomon Pond Mall for a new screen protector. I worked with Matt and he was amazing!!! Josh also helped out. They lowered my bill and I got a free tablet!!!! Go to the Solomon Pond Mall Verizon store and see Matt or Josh.

DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES!! Buyers Beware. READ ALL THE FINE PRINT (if they give it to you) Then walk away! Do not give them your business. They are apparently a 3rd party retailer and play by their own rules!!Used my upgrade. Had no idea, got a FREE tablet I did not ask for or want! I went in with a problem with my Galaxy 9+ that was one year old. No trouble shooting just some sales pitch that I would leave store with no out of pocket charges. 168.00 later have a phone I did not want...one hour later went back to get my old phone back. Only to be told that it was locked in a box and could not get it back!! And even if they could, I WOULD BE CHARGED AGAIN FOR MY OWN PHONE! I spent most of my Sunday in there. Completely disgusted. Today. Spent 3 and a half hours on phone with Verizon customer service. Simple fix was give me phone back. Nope. Lesson learned. Horrible customer service!!!

Ive had Verizon cellular for 23 years and in that time had periodic phone issues to bring in with questions and for service. Never before have I received the superior service I got from Earl. I went in with a problem with my data and walked out with the problem repaired and saving money on my monthly bill. Earl looked into my account and was able to reduce my bill while maintaining all the same services. I didnt even ask about that. I just wanted my phone fixed! Without a doubt I will send all my friends to this location and tell them to seek out Earl. Great customer service!!!!!

Corporate advised me to talk to a manager. When I called to talk to a manager they weren’t there. Then they were suddenly busy. I will never visit this store again.

I wanted to purchase a case and screen protector for my new cell phone. The sales clerk told me the store did not have any in stock, so I agreed to him ordering the accessories for me online. I later decided to return the screen protector at the store and, a young saleswoman with long blond highlighted hair(she refused to give me her name)told me she would not accept this return, because it was ordered online. I told her the sales clerk did not tell me the store would not accept a return. She then said I could return my accessory to any corporate Verizon store, including the Shrewsbury, MA. Verizon store. Well, I drove all the way to the Shrewsbury Corporate Verizon store to find out the Solomon Pond Verizon store is not related to Verizon, so Verizon Corporate Stores will not accept my return. The Corporate Verizon Store Manager advised me to go back to the Solomon Pond Verizon store to make my return, because they made the sale and were not related to Verizon. So, I drove all the way back to the Solomon Pond Verizon store and was only given grief by the sales people. I wasted so much time and, no one accepted my return. I will have to ship the accessory back to the stores supplier myself. The young saleswoman(with the highlighted hair) was very rude to me and didnt know what she was talking about. The Solomon Pond Verizon store should train/educate their staff before they work the floor. I will not return to this store. In the future, I will only shop at the real Verizon stores.

I went in Dec 31st. Three associates in the store. One was assisting a mother and daughter. A man and lady were in the back of the store busy tapping away on their devices. No acknowledgment, no just finishing this up, be right with you The were too busy doing whatever, that they couldnt assist me. I left and drove all the way to the Shrewsbury Store and received outstanding service there! Never again will I go back to this location! Hated it!

Update. So for some awful reason it will not let me make a new review. But I drive by probably 5 Verizon retail stores to and from work. But I will 100 percent continue to go out of my way to drive to this store!!! Cause once again Cassius,Kate and Juan just go above and beyond to help out. Today will be the first time I have worked with Juan. Juan you have made today’s experience amazing. Not only did you help me pick out a phone for my wife but he also did everything he could to keep it a surprise for her. Cause I really wanted to surprise her with a new phone. I went in to the store to replace my phone as the camera lens was damaged. I was served by Hallan, a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable young man. He patiently explained to me all my options and helped me select what I needed. I was appreciative of the fact that he talked about the pros and cons of the different phones; including the difference in cost. He also transferred all my info to the new phone and helped me set it up. As I will be travelling abroad with my family soon he additionally helped me set up the travel program they off. I also purchased a few accessories for my trip . Unfortunately the next morning I realized I had left behind the bag with the accessories in a rest room in the mall. After contacting the lost and found department at the mall, I realized my items were gone. I called the Verizon store back to talk to Hallan. Since he was working in the Worcester store my call was transferred there. He not only located all the things I needed to purchase again...which involved calling different locations, he drove them to the Marlboro store and met me there! No one does this! It is rare these days to find a person such as Hallan. He is a valuable employee and an asset to the company. I recommend him highly!

Policies on my online verizon were different in store, which doesnt make much sense to me. Also, had to call the store like 10 times just to get a simple upgrade. Tried to get an upgrade, the store screws it all up and when I tried to cancel my store order they lost my upgrade multiple times. Overall terrible service.

Extremely disappointed filed a claim with BBB. My husband specifically wanted me to go there as he had a good purchase experience. I told Adam the manager this. My son wanted to upgrade for $55, his phone was cracked Adam sent us across to a kiosk where for $100 they fixed the crack. After all was said and done the $55 and verizons fees the upgrade was now close to $300 which we were okay with, my son saved his money. Adam gave me a box and prepaid UPS label to send phone to verizon. I was wondering why it had my return address. Well phone was returned saying it had a a crack somewhere else that we were not aware of. I went to speak with Adam several times, was promised a call back and NOTHING. Now verizon (our bill) is charging us for a new phone so paying $700. I have left several messages and was told the store is closing anyhow. I will keep pursuing this with verizon and BBB till something gets resolved. BEWARE
