We went in today to set up my childs phone. It was a simple process. The young lady that was helping us was really sweet and knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. She asked if we wanted a protection plan and we said no. There was a boy working there that was extremely arrogant and rude that continued to be argumentative and instead of trying to be customer oriented he was arrogant rude and was very condescending to us and the lady that worked there. This made our experience very uncomfortable. I would rather drive 30 minutes to a differentlocation before going back there.

This location is a fantastic store with great employees and a great atmosphere. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. The new manager, Crystal, is stellar and extremely personable. I would recommend anyone looking for new service to come check out T-Mobile!

Aaron helped us today upgrade a line and I was very impressed with his customer service! He was so helpful and kind. I will make the drive just to get great customer service now!! Aaron seriously needs a bonus.

The 2 employees working this evening middle aged woman, young man were not helpful at all with directing my family in enabling our i-phones. Both employees were helping another customer and showed very little interest in helping my family. So we left and went to Cricket the lady was working by herself turned her desktop around initiated the apple website, got us in the right direction and enabled our phones. SHAME ON YOU T-MOBILE for not even turning your PC around and pulling up the apple website to help my family. One of you could have stepped away and helped us better understand why you could not help vs just saying you cannot do this. I hope yall will do better.

This place is the bomb. Like straight up, I was just looking to figure out which phone service was the best and the people and staff here were so helpful and had the best prices. I’m so glad they put one in Martinsville as well, way better than Cricket!
