Since TMobile bought out Sprint service is terrible. Staff is very informative and friendly if you want to buy something, but if you have an issue or need help they tell you to call customer service and that is a joke expect to be on the phone for two hours. One star is very generous.

They were very helpful getting my phones network working again. Very friendly, and asked me to return if I had any other problems.

The ladies that helped us were excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable.

My experience was decent. However, I believe the manager Vicki is extremely unprofessional and slightly racist. I observed an encounter of her working with the minority and was completely appalled. Beware she will take full advantage of you and make you spend way more money than you have to. Thankfully the person that helped me gave me the best deal. If you go there please stay away from her she’s toxic.

Once Sprint & T-Mobile merged the reliability of coverage had greatly diminished.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I was told that with the address I gave for my work and my home that I was covered and going to have great service and 75% of my calls are dropped and I have no service anywhere that I go including my work location. They also didnt pay for me to get out of my contract from my old carrier like they said they would. And the best part of it all, now i cant get out of sprint without paying off the 3 Iphones that I owe for, cant even do an early termination and return the phones. Worst phone carrier on the planet!!!!

Vicki is very helpful and knowledgeable and trains her team well I know this from experience. I enjoyed working there and learned so much. I will and do use knowledge I obtained from being an employee there. Vicki does everything she can to keep her customers happy and is blunt, respectful and honest. She takes care of my and other customers needs. When I need customer care felt with Vicki is more than happy to do it for me. I will continue to go there for as long as she, Vontray and Cody work there. They all know what they are doing and can get the job done quickly yet efficiently. Thank you guys for all your help!

Vikki was amazingly helpful in calming my silly fears of switching carriers. Also she offered to personally set up my account on her day off! Even though it didn’t work out that way, she still tried to go above and beyond to help me. Vontray also was very helpful when I had an issue, he was very knowledgeable!

It doesnt matter what I come in here for; whether its something Ive managed to do to my phone or Im simply ready to get something new, I always get a smile, and great customer service. There is always someone ready and willing to help me out and get me exactly what I need. Customer for over 15 years and counting!

Not only did they call my fiance over me they also messaged her over Instagram to talk about setting up a plan. If Im the one that walked into the store I should be getting called first and foremost. I get you all are doing your job, but your way of communicating are too intrusive. Stick to professional channels of communication. If this is how they are just trying to set up a plan, Id hate to actually have a bill from them. You all are way to damn pushy.Update: I called to resolve the issue and Vicki H. said to me What do you want me to do about it? regarding the unsolicited calls to my fiance. No apology or anything. In only 3 days Sprint went from being a potential cell service provider to a heck no.Update #2: Vicki, an employee at Sprint, thought it would be cute to go give my fiances place of work a bad review because she had a bad interaction with myself. The entire issue is that they are involving my significant other in the first place. She has literally done nothing to them and this is getting out of hand. Vicki has also gone by my fiances job with family to harass her. I have tried to be somewhat professional about this. Coporate and the appropriate management have been notified.Original deleted..

I am always greeted when I walk in the door with smiles. Treated respectfully. Technicians know what they are doing. Have been with Sprint for years and will continue to do business with them

They are a good cell service for the town I live in

Seems like the staff is poorly trained and the wifi here is extremely slow so everything they do to your phone takes a very long time. Expect to be waiting here for an hour or longer. The staff is friendly though.

This Sprint store was clean and well-kept but the service was terrible. We had ordered a phone online and went into the store to received help when the phone was not working. They tried to fix the phone, but when that didnt work they told us they couldnt replace the phone. They did offer to give us a loaner phone, but who wants that when they have a beautiful new iphone in their hand? The area manager was no help at all and the young guy named Jackson obviously cared more about his smoke break than anything else. He was smoking when we got there, came in and helped us, and when we were leaving my husband thanked him for helping us and instead of responding he ignored us, lit up and blew smoke in our faces. Not good customer service at all!

DO NOT USE SPRINT. I purchased my phone from them and now they refuse to unlock my SIM and are saying I owe a bunch more money. 2 1/2 hours on the phone and their lies keep getting deeper.

They werent very helpful. They lied to us when we first had our phones, and we have switched companys. Will not return.
