This is a fantastic and very professional shop. I needed 305 rears put on aftermarket wheels for a 2020 corvette. These are nice wheels and the tires are large, i was a little concerned,, but these guys handled them with ease. And the customer service was very impressive. Both times I arrived at the shop (for drop off and for pick up) I didnt even make it in the front door before being met by someone who took care of me. Every single employee at this shop seemed to be operating like a well oiled machine, i was really impressed with how cohesively they were working together, and how competent everyone seemed at their jobs. I will be taking any vehicle or wheel here for tires going forward.

Nearly always busy but make an appointment and solve that issue. Always friendly service and staff. Decent selection of tires but I get basic plus and avoid the high end. Always a better experience than NTB and Firestone.

The lady representative with a French sounding name that took care of me was very professional and went out her way to take care of my tire flat. I was impressed and that people actually care. Will buy more tires here

I love this place. The people here are really nice and its really great that they will patch your tire at no cost to you. It can get really busy but they will do their best to get everyone taken care of before closing for the night.There is a guy named John who works here (Im here now 🙂) who couldnt fix my tire yesterday because I did not have a wheel lock key but he told me as soon as I get it I could come back anytime and he would get me in right away with no waiting and thats exactly what he did. Hes working on my car now. Hes a really good guy.

I highly recommend this place to anyone the service is great the prices are more than fair. Before going here I shopped around I went to Walmart and the brands they have are not worth it at all I went to pep boys and they are priced very high. However a discount tires I was helped by Brian and it was the best choice I ever made with shopping for tires. The service was more than excellent. Brian was such a great help he helped me find tires that were in my budget and also that I was fully satisfied with for my car. Again I recommend this place to anyone when you are getting your tires. Its my tire go to store for now on!

I had an appointment at 4:30 and I was done by 5:15. The manager there and the other counter young lady is fabulous. They did a terrific job keeping everybody up-to-date as to the status and timeframe of their vehicles. And the guys that are in the shop working in this brutal heat are fast efficient and courteous and did a heckuva job. I will return!!!!

Discount tire - Yes, I would recommend this tire store. Just make an appointment-youre in and out in a flash. If youre looking to fill that void of confidence-try the Michelin LTX M/S tire for your pick-up or SUV, by far the best choice. Theyre a little extra in the pocket-book, but a well worth the safety investment.

I’m extremely picky about my Jeep Wrangler and have had some pretty bad experiences with shops mishandling my vehicle (two different Firestone locations damaged my wheels 🤦🏾‍♀️). I spoke to Roberto ahead of time about my concerns; he assured me that my new wheels and tires would be handled carefully with no mounting marks/ scratches and they completely surpassed my expectations! There literally wasn’t a single blemish after the install.They treated my Jeep like it was theirs and in a world where good customer service is getting harder to come by, I seriously appreciate it. Definitely visit this location for all your wheel/ tire needs!

Wait times could be a bit better. They can have no cars and they wont pull your car immediately in for service. I waited an hr for a 15 minute job. They get the job done but can be very slow. Ive waited as long as 3/4 hours for tires

Service is always good.It did take a minute to figure out the new way to wait in line. There is a qr code after entering the store. You have to scan the code with your phone camera and then I think I clicked a link that pops up. Also I was told they dont call when service is done. They will send a text.Hope this is helpful.

They offer s really nice free service where you just pull you car up and they check the tire pressure and add air to tires as needed. A much appreciated service!

Made an online appointment. Told technician Anthony that my car pulled to the left while driving at any speed. He said theyll check tires. If tires good, it could be something else. Inspection showed tread wear was very low, but tire I needed was not in stock. They rotated the tires. During drive home, car pulled to the right. The next day, the rotated tire was 1/2 flat! Dealership was only place open after 6pm. A patched tire was leaking and I had to purchase a new tire. Many people recommended Discount Tire, but next time Ill go to a different location!

Went in to try to have some air put into my tire, despite the two people in front of me being taken care of in the air check line I was told that all of a sudden it was frozen and could not be used. I have purchased multiple complete sets of tires for my cars from this location but never again. If you value the cost of your dollar I suggest you find a different place as well.

Very caring, great customer service, great customer interaction I was sent here from the portage location that claimed my tire was in stock but then all of a sudden wasnt when I arrived it wasnt, but thats a story for another day because this a great 5 star review about the Matteson Location not the portage location, but yes they took care of me with great customer service I will refer this location to anybody

Absolutely love this place. Had to replace all 4 tires on my previous car. The tires were reasonably priced and I had no issues.Got a nail in one of my tires in my new car, they fix it for free and they have free tire checks.Staff were friendly and the inside was very clean.Highly recommended.

Dont Listen, Not prepared. Air compressor didnt work. Periodtttttttttttt. Them 15mins prior to opening they should make sure they equipment Works, instead of talking, getting coffee an then come open door at 8. Ijs. Neverrrrrrrr again discount tire.

Waste of time telling me what I know and talking down to me. I ask for the soonest day I can get an 8:15am appointment because I work every day that isnt Sunday at 9:30am. Kept giving me times that would cost my job despite my repeated instructions. Also tells me I should replace all my tires which I know. I ordered 4 tires, only have time for 1 because Im on a donut and kept telling me what I know. I ordered 4 tires for a reason. I wont be back.

They check your air pressure for free with no questions. I ran over a curb yesterday and slashed my tire. They would have fixed it even without an appointment, but I was overwhelmed and decided to leave. However, the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and professional. I will visit them again.

Took my Highlander as all tires were loosing air.They took off all wheels, but did not check for leaks.Didnt do rotationInstead suggested I get new wheels for $800.Also mentioned one tire is road hazard but since I have the warranty so they will replace it for free.BUTDid not do anything once I refused to buy new wheels.They put everything back on as it is, even the tire that was a road hazard without replacement.Later I went to a wheel shop in Chicago and they remounted and sealed the wheels as the tires were not mounted correctly, so discount tires untrained staff cost me $150 in unneccesay repair. The tireshop in Chicago did their work with warranty and thats what is called professionalism and confidence in your solution.Tires are not leaking air anymore, wheels are perfect. Discount tires lost 10 year loyal customer and won a bad review.

Unbelievable, need help with customer service, I walked out, because they took too long to help me.

I patiently waited almost 3hrs to get serviced. The previous check in & checking is a joke! The appointment doesnt mean anything. The only good thing is the handsome young man, Brian Loya who rung me up was courtesy!

I placed a deposit on 2 tires. Found a better price for better tires. I decided to cancel my order. Called the store and spoke with Juan and was told that deposit was non-refundable although they advertise price match. And, Juan was very condescending. I will address this issue with higher management. I have been purchasing tires from them well over 10 years, but no longer. Dont let the name fool you.

Won’t be going back. My daughter went in to get tires, that I thought I had ordered online, apparently the process of that is just for show. Wanted a certain tire as she is on a budget, “we don’t have it”...not a we don’t have it but can order it to be here in 2 days....instead the discount tire overpriced junk was pushed on her. Clearly she didn’t know and should have called me but that shouldn’t be the standard of business. Only reason I gave any stars is because the install techs are competent.

Wait for tire repair 2+ hours

Had to get my tire replaced and they did a marvelous job and was done nearly an hour sooner than expected. Only gave 4 stars because they didnt return my tire cap😂😂😂

I usually get my vehicle serviced at Discount Tires in Highland, IN and I always get great service.This store has very slow service. Employees just walking around. There is no sense of urgency to get customers serviced. Everyone just looks lost. Would not recommend this store for tire service, your just better off going to another discount tire with a better reputation in fast service.

Got all four tires here a while ago, went in to see how much to have my tires rotated and to my surprise he said it was free. He was very professional courteous and knowledgable. I was in and out in less than an hour and on a Saturday too, now I remember why I keep going back for that great service.

Not sure why they take appointments when I always wait over 30/45 minutes anyways-- but always nice and polite!!

I was being generous, although I was a walk in. I was never told I had twenty appointments ahead of me....therefore not giving the opportunity to decide if I was able to wait that long after I paid my money. Communication goes a long ways and never again will I visit this establishment.
