Great results had facial peel very professional

I took my mom and mother-in-law in for pedicures last weekend. Anna was so sweet and got us in last minute, she ended up doing them both at the same time and she was just so AMAZING! She was so sweet and easy to talk to, we all had great conversations. The pedicures were so great as well. I love that they use natural and organic scrubs that are sold locally. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a relaxing pedicure or any other salon service as they do pretty much everything with great prices compared to other salons in the area.

Brandy,Lisa and Anna are amazing at their craft! My sister got her nails done with Lisa and they are beautiful! I myself have had great pedicures from Anna. She also made my face look so much smoother and younger with one of her peels/facials. Brandy does my hair in the craziest, most interesting way! Couldnt be happier!!!

Yesterday I got my nails done by Tiffany, she did an amazing job. I will never go anywhere else to have my nails done now that I know who to go to. The whole experience was really good. She was really easy to talk to so it didnt feel awkward or weird or anything like that. I recommend everyone to go to Tiffany for nails...

Building is nice but customer service not so much. She was double booked seemed bothered by doing my nails. Im paying for a service and expect you to do your best job. I was disappointed.

Felecia is an awesome nail tec. Her gels are perfect everytime( She listens to your needs and will accomadate) Im exstreamly ruff on my nails and the shiny top coat usually wears off within a day. She did an extra coat for me. There still shiny like the first day. For those other women out there that cant stand nails being filled see Felecia. Shes exstreamly gentle and understanding. I recently had her do a lash lift and tint. Being fair I figured I didnt have much for lashes. This is a total game changer! I dont have to wear mascara!!! Its toatly affordable and lasts 6 weeks. I highly recommend Felecia for nails and lashes. Shes super friendly and takes pride in her work.

I had my hair done by Brandywine and I couldnt be happier. From now on when I decide to color my hair Im going to entrust that to Arcadia salon. I highly recommend

She was so patient and creative with ways that I could still hold my 5 month old while getting my gel nails done!! There is no gel stuck to my skin, the nails are even and look so wonderful. I got white nails with silver glitter gel and an intricate stamp design on my ring fingers. They. Are. Fabulous. She was gentle and interesting to talk to! My baby even loved her!! :) definitely ask for Tiffaney!! We even kept going while breasfeeding. She is so awesome. Nails were $30! :)HORRID EXPERIENCE WITH LISA: was doing my soon-to-be mother-in-laws nails today... was very rough with her, treated her like a child, was grumpy, didnt say anything to chat with her and tried conforming her nails the way SHE wanted and not the way the BRIDE was asking. I over heard her trying to fix multiple mistakes. She started 30 minutes late, and the nails costed $47!!! :O We just got home from the place an hour ago and 2 jewels have already fallen off!! Her fingers are all cut up and it was just gel nails. If I would have known how truly unhappy she was with Lisa before we left I would have demanded a refund and a redo right then and there.Do not recommend Lisa one bit but I highly recommend Tiffaney. If you are reading this Tiffaney, thank you!!! My mother in law will be coming back for YOU next time. She loved how kind you were to her and how talented you were with my nails! Good for you for choosing a job that you rock at! :)

One word, AMAZING! I treated my mother in law and myself to microderm abrasions. My mother in law lives a pretty lavish lifestyle in California. Her experience with this treatment was at an outrageously fancy spa in Huntington Beach. We were both amazed. I used to go to the Phoenix in Ashland, then the Blue Giraffe. Arcadia was way more comfortable, affordable, and they treat you like royalty. Her and I both plan to visit the spa regularly. I dread the day everyone in the valley becomes aware of this gem because it will be much more difficult to get into, although they seemed shockingly open about working with my chaotic schedule. This place is unbelievable. I walked in the door slightly nervous and almost immediately felt more relaxed than I had in an extremely long time. I can NOT say enough about this place. So clean, so friendly, amazing work, and great prices. I cant believe this place exists in Medford!!! Arcadia Salon and Spa is my new favorite place in our lovely valley! If you decide to take a break from your busy life, and want to treat yourself, Arcadia is the place to go! You wont be disappointed!
