Expensive, but they always have what I need!

Received item with glass cracked! Notified the store about damaged item, owner refuse to exchange item, although receipt states exchanges must be made 10 days after purchase. Very rude!! DO NOT PATRONIZE ANY BUSINESS THAT REFUSE TO HONOR THEIR OWN STORE POLICY!!!

My sister and I entered this store to nothing but rude stares. My sister said hello, and the man and woman behind the counter did not return the greeting. We politely turned around and walked out.
