What an awesome experience. Updating golf clubs from a decade ago as I’m just getting back into game. Kevin Pruitt was knowledgeable, personable, and just fun to deal with today. Walked out hooked up with a great set of clubs, great deal, and a great practice putter. We are already sinking some putts ⛳️ Will be back when I’m ready for a rescue club! Great store and great expert in house.

The sales staff at this location is the best I’ve ever experienced!! Each one so knowledgeable and courteous. I highly suggest Kevin Pruit. He was extremely patient with my questions and didn’t try to sell me on something I wasn’t looking for. I will for now only deal with them when it comes to my golfing needs.

Aside from it being the only real golf shop in town, its a darn good one... anyone thats been to an Edwin Watts anywhere knows what to expect selection wise, and the staff is VERY helpful in person and over the phone. The gentleman that does the grips/shafts is FAST and GOOD... never had a time where he didnt have them done ahead of expected time.Awesome!!

The only local option for golf stuff in the city and the clock is ticking. Jay and the rest of the staff have been known to be helpful in the past, but see the writing on the wall. Good chance the internet is here to stay.

Last week I placed an order for a complete golf package set up clubs, bag, shoes the whole nine yards due to a fire. After placing a $2400 order I and my credit card approving the sale I received an email from Edwin watts asking me to send them a bank statement and a copy of my drivers license this is also after o verified through them that my card wasnt stolen. Im not sure why I need to verify my income with a company before a purchase but it will be a cold day in hell before I give that information over to a golf company. So needless to say I went to Carls Golf Land and ordered everything through them and it actually ended up being cheaper for the same exact set up that I had placed with Edwin watts. So if you want less hassle and a better deal I would reccomend Carls Golf over Edwin watts any day. Want to thank Edwin watts for blowing a large sale and turning me on to a better company

What a great place!! Kevin called another store to find a pink shirt I needed for the Pink Ribbon tournament, and spent tons of time helping me!!! I have never had anything less than perfect service here.

Went today looking for a pair of shoes. I had found what I wanted on their website on sale for $59.99. In the store they were $79.99. They sold them to me for the website price when I asked. I was pleased.

As a left handed player I usually call several days ahead of time in order to be fitted for new clubs. I do this to make sure that they have equipment on hand so my time isnt wasted. That is what I did, called Tuesday and asked that they have left handed clubs available to try on Sat. I provided several pieces of information to make things a little easier, to target what equipment would be a best potential match. They said no problem, we will take care of it. Unfortunately, they didnt make any calls with reps and the person who fitted me knew about as much as a high school kid (I think he was one). Ive been fitted here in the past and it was a great experience, this time, lets just saw they could use some improvement.I was not able to try wedges or drivers - only had the Ping G400 available. No wedges made available. Disappointing overall experience because I wasnt able to get fitted for everything that I was looking for. I did order a set of irons, so it wasnt a complete waste of time.

I’m glad that this Edwin Watts location did not close down a few years ago and joined the Roger Dunn/Worldwide Golf Shops family. This is one of only 2-3 golf shops still standing in the Memphis area (as of 2018).You cannot beat their 90-day return policy for golf clubs. You can buy and return a club to 3 times, allowing you enough chances to find the right head/shaft combo that works well.You can also demo almost any club on the simulator to get a feel for how it might perform out on the course.The clubfitter (Robert?) here has always been great and informational with installing grips/shafts on your clubs.I don’t understand why people are unhappy about the staff’s customer service. If you approach them with a positive attitude, you’ll receive the same.

If you play golf left handed dont go here. They are no help and dont carry much of anything for left handed players. Was looking for a new set of irons and no one wanted to help me. So I ended up buying straight from callaway golf on line. Will not shop here again!!!!
