One of the best home decor places you can go. Awesome prices, exceptional variety, super great service. Its like the Home Depot of decor. I go here just for ideas. 100% great.

This was my first visit and I hope to return for another visit soon. I enjoyed looking at the decorations and they have a large assortment. I thought some of the items were overpriced but I would still shop there and enjoy the experience.

Great store, to shop at for your home. Shelves stock with plenty of items and the store is very clean. Also, good for college items.

First time stopping by. Nice selection, and extremely friendly cashier made for a nice shopping date with my husband.

The restrooms is located in the back right corner of the store. this place is massive so prepare for a walk. but man is it worth the walk. the bathroom is clearly a modern construction with all of the latest trends in restroom design. everything was very clean and very spacious. hot water was plentiful, and the push activation delayed shut off sink provided a excellent user experience! the new dyson air blade is exceptionally effective at drying hands. and the ability to open the door with only your foot really is the chery on top.

There were two major fails at this store. The first one is that the quality of nearly every item we examined was very low. There was a lot of MDF. Anything we picked up was surprisingly lightweight. It really felt like a dollar store with higher prices. We spent a good two hours exploring the store looking for what all the good reviews are speaking of but never found it. Nearly everything we found that had a wood or metal appearance was plastic or MDF. Ceramic items were again lightweight with color imperfections, shape distortions, and extra globs of pottery. We would not have purchased any of these low quality items at any price let alone their prices. Their prices would be good if these were quality items but they truly are not. We did not encounter a combination of high, medium, and low quality items, only low quality and we looked at items in every section. They put together a store full of low quality items in a nice presentation, but ultimately you are taking the merchandise home, not the store. The second major fail was the employees. No less than six of them looked straight at us with blank stares. Not a single one said, Hello, or Can I help you find anything? They all acted as if we were an interruption to their work and not the goal of their work. I made a respectful but honest comment to our cashier about the surprisingly low quality of their merchandise and she just gave me a blank stare glare. We positively love home decor stores, but this one is off our list.

This store is junky. Cheaply made items from china. Walmart has better items. Employees love to stand around and talk or feel like they are doing one thing cant stop to help a customer especially during the day.

Very reasonable prices and nice home decor, luxuriously soft towels, mats, etc. Lots of curtains to pick from even in the next isle. Reasonably priced furniture but smaller variety. Good camping stuff and pricing. Short staffed...maybe it was just when I went for my first time so dont let that impact your decision. They are still getting to be known in the area. They have not been open a year yet. Lots of bedding variety...sheets, pillows, etc. TONS of Fancy Art pictures...both hand drawn and various abstract art too. The only downfall is isles are not labeled. Nice selection for kitchen accessories, cutting boards, food storage container, cutlery, etc. Check them out! You will be impressed! Nice prices!

What I thought would be a quick trip in the store. I went to purchase a beverage dispenser. I located where they are at and I couldnt reach it on the very top shelf. Which makes it impossible for anyone to just get it. So I search around for an employee. I find two of them having a conversation. I asked for help they said they would be right there I wait. And neither one of them came over. I see the woman who said she would help and then she says Ill be right with you 5 minutes pass I go and find someone else and they did it right away . I shop here often and never experienced such bad customer service .

My experience at the At Home store in Mentor Ohio was good. They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff that are there to assist you. I also got my Military discount. I recommend this store to everyone looking to spruce up your home inside and out.

I liked the store and employees BUT be very careful of getting their card which I already cut up and will never use. I got totally ripped off and still having problems getting my money back. Not gonna go into the long drama story but the bank they use is sneaky and snaky. Never again!

Well, was excited to shop here but definitely would not return during a pandemic. There were 2 checkouts open on a Sunday. One clerk properly masked. One with mask covering mouth not nose. If she has a health issue she should not be at the checkout—someone with a mask should be. People in line not following the social distance lines. Empty shelves. Two female workers seeing the long size the line was getting to, be but choosing to keep chatting instead of opening more checkouts. We chose to leave. In a normal situation this would just be annoying. In a pandemic it is at a minimum uncomfortable in a county that had at one point been ranked purple.

Low quality products in a poorly organized store with no staff for assistance. Only 1/2 step from being walmart.

Items way overpriced!

My first time there, was just a few days ago. I walked into a glorious Halloween display, which excited me because I looooove Halloween!! But...that was the only thing that excited me about the place. SO many empty shelves and boxes everywhere! I asked the lady at the counter when yall opened, to which she said February but with Covid they shut down after just 6 weeks. Ok. So, either you opened a store with empty shelves and boxes everywhere or, it was packed and reopened without being prepared...again. In my opinion, it makes it look junky. And, from the prices of some things, this isnt a junky store at all. I bought one thing, which doesnt fit where I want it so, I returned it. Doubt Ill be back.

They have an awful lot of white gray and black tones. I really wish they had a little bit more color as far as kitchen decor. Other than that, I couldnt believe the selection. It was amazing!

Love this place. Wanted to give a huge shout out to Karena. She rang my 2 friends and myself out tonight. She was so helpful and pleasant. At one point i know we had gotten on her nerves however she still smiled and continued to be very patient.

Great selection and prices are fair. I always feel more comfortable planning to spend at least an hour in the store, but anyone could easily spend 2-3 hours piecing together a room!

This store is huge! There were still some empty shelves, but looked like they are moving things to them. There is so much to look at, not a place you can run into quickly and check out. I really am glad that we have one on this side of town now!

I really liked At Home! Lots of selection and styles as well as vignettes to get ideas for your home! Their garden section is a little picked over right now but other than that not bad. The checkout system needs a little work just because it seems to get kinda crammed near the front.
