If heaven has a mattress store, its an Original Mattress Factory. Had an excellent experience buying a new mattress from the Mentor store. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and concise in his description of the differences between the mattresses. Best part? They make them right here in Cleveland. What could be better? I also love that they never have any gimmicks or sales. They dont mark up the mattresses to mark them down. The price is the price. Its refreshingly simple. I will be back the next time we need another mattress!

In and out in about 10 minutes. The salesman was helpful in answering our questions, and quickly processed the transaction. No overselling and didnt even mention the higher product line until we brought it up as a possible interest. No pressure though, and a great recommendation choice. Great, no frills unless you ask for them, type of place.

Best mattresses that last way longer at better prices than the bad ones from other stores. And box springs that actually DO something besides raise your bed up. Genius? Not really. Just the last company left doing things the right way. Great salespeople too- brandon in mentor is the least pushy, knowledgeable, helpful mattress salesperson Ive ever met. Very kind. If you dont shop here, youre nuts. Something for everyone, price wise and comfort wise.

If consumer reports thinks original mattress factory is great ..... it is. The staff is knowledgeable and very nice. I just bought a replacement for my bad decision mattress I bought 5 years ago last week. We’re very happy

My wife and I wanted to downsize our king bed but we felt a queen was too small. Theres a 16 inch difference between the two sizes. We discovered we could buy sheets on Amazon for a size called an Olympic queen which is an old fashioned mattress size in between the two. The Original Mattress Factory was the only mattress store around able to produce an Olympic queen mattress set. Our new bed is 8 smaller than a king but a 8 larger than a queen. Its perfect and feels great. My customer experience in the store was pleasant. The delivery guys did a great job as well. Id have no problem recommending them to anyone.

We are very happy with the mattress. We shopped at Original Mattress Factory to get a mattress that flips over. No other mattress factory does that any more. Also, it is locally made. It is comfortable and we get a good nights sleep.

My experience with the Original Mattress Factory store in Mentor was outstanding! I made two visits prior to my purchase to gather information. The salesperson thoroughly explained the difference between the mattresses offered and suggested models that may meet my needs. I selected two models to consider and written estimates were provided. When I was ready to purchase, my partner and I were able to spend time lying on our top choices before making our final selection. The return policies were clearly outlined before purchase. I appreciate that the Original Mattress Factory does not resell returned mattresses after being in someones home as I am guaranteed a new mattress.I also purchased two of the pillows sold by OMF and they are the very best pillows I have ever used. I have a neck problem and this is the only pillow that offers the support that I need and keeps its shape after a nights sleep. The pillow is so soft and comfortable too. Its definitely worth the investment.The premium mattress protector is great too. I like that its water-proof yet soft and breathable.Thank you Original Mattress Factory and sales staff at the Mentor store. I am a very happy customer!

Had my mattress and bed frame delivered today. The employees left the cardboard box the frame came in in my dining room, and left the plastic wrap from the mattress in the bedroom in a pile. Thanks. Im glad I got the opportunity to clean up after your employees.

Good mattresses fair price built locally

Worst pillows ever. Bought a low loft one since Im extremely small, granted it was my own stupidity that caused me to buy this expensive and uncomfortable pillow. I tried to return it after I tried it at home for a ten minutes, but of course was unable to bc of store policy. Should have went to bed and bath or Amazon..the thing that annoyed me was I was encouraged to come back and spend 70$ on a high loft pillow bc that is what sells..lol yeah, I wanted a back sleeper and Im super thin yet encouraged to come back and buy an even fatter pillow when the low one kills my neck at all angles. The sales person didnt know anything about pillows just that people buy the the thicker one. Im not sure why they cant make pillows for people who arent big.

Just awful. We had a new bedroom set on order and ordered the mattress and box spring through original mattress factory before furniture arrived. I had no idea that our set did not need the box spring because I had never actually seen it in person. When both were delivered original mattress factory wouldnt take the box springs back because that is their policy. Even the following day. $500 down the drain. Disgusting.
