Ordered 3000 units of an item and received only 100 units. For over a month now i have tried to no avail to reach anyone at the store via phone and email and still havent heard a peep. pretty shameful for any sort of business. would encourage other potential customers to steer clear. Buyer Beware.

I hope they open again soon. I ordered something a month ago, received the incorrect product and was told it would be fixed, but havent seen the replacement.

I made an order on December 10th for two toggle switches. As of January 10th, I have received no response or shipping information. Their website claims BBB accreditation, but the BBB says they are not accredited.

Electronic surplus is one of the last truly great local resources for the avid hobbyist. The fact that they still have a walk in store is great. I cant even say how many times Ive gone in and, come out with much more than I went there for. Its just not the same trying to shop on line! Gary is the best! He knows the store inside and out, and is always eager to help.

Great collection of odd and even some very old electronics. Just flew in today and will be leaving Friday and was wanting to stop by but they are only open on Saturdays unfortunately. Other than that its a cool place for anyone thats into electronics/electrical stuff. They have a little bit of mechanical actuators as well which was what I was wanting to look at. Hopefully Ill be back in a few months and be here on a saturday.

Great electronics store, especially since Radio Shack in the Mentor area closed. They have everything you can think of, and even stuff you didnt think of! Employees are always helpful and nice to make sure that you find exactly what you are looking for, and at a good price.

My father used to take me to the old store on Broadway Ave. as a kid. The new store seems more consolidated, easier to browse. Whether you need a specific component for a project, or you just feel like poking through endless drawers of NOS pieces-parts, this is the place to get lost in for an hour or two on a weekend morning.

I am bummed! For a very long time, 30+ years, I have gone to Electronic Surplus for anything I needed as far as electronic parts. For the past several weeks I have been stopping by their store, but it was closed. Their are no trespassing signs on the doors. Finally on my last stop, about a week ago, a new sign was posted that the store front was closed, but orders could still be placed on line. I miss this great electronic store!! I hope they re-open soon!

Dealt with these guys on eBay. Straight lied about the exact product they sent me. I will never do or recommend someone who goes out of their way to not take care of their customers
