Buyer Beware! Purchased a desktop from seller (ebay) Unit was defective. Returned the unit the same day. He only refunded 50% of my purchase price. Seller did not return my calls. Will be turning this one over to the Consumer Protection agency as well as the BBB and the Attorney General. Very bad business practices. Avoid this seller at all cost!!!

I am very pleased with the service and support provided by these folks. I had purchased several computers from them. They had gone above and beyond to support me on several occasions.

I just reported them to the attorney general. Avoid them at all cost. They sell on Ebay with false advertising of free returns. Once you return the item, they refund you 50% and keep the other 50%. This is how they steel your money. Beware!!Ebay will not stand behind the buyer and wont let you publish a negative review. Ebay support the sellers which is how they make their money. Look for other alternatives and do your homework.

After only 7 months of use the laptop I purchased from them through ebay freezes within a few minutes of startup and i have strange visual bugs. I called to see if there was anything that they could do to help and was told no, these things happen. That is the risk you took when buying a refurbished laptop and you should just buy a new laptop next time. Price is an obstacle for me with electronics so I trusted they would provide a usable refurbashed laptop but I was mistaken. Dont trust their refurbished product.

I found their items in ebay store very well priced. Decided to buy a computer... I followed the procedure and with ebay transactions I made a mistake with selecting wrong conversion rate - so Paypall and ebay took additional 5% on currency exchange. I asked AVE Electronics to please cancel my order so I can repeat it - this time with correct exchange rate. They helped me without any problems - even that they didnt have to.Thanks again - I recomend them a lot! There are nice people behind.

BE AWARE! THEY STOLE EBAY ACCOUNT INFO AND MADE A CHARGE FOR A COMPUTER OF $ 3799.99 . THE SHIPPING INFO SAID THAT THE PACKAGE WAS COMING TO MY ADDRESS, BUT AFTER 3 DAYS THEY CHANGED Alternate delivery requested THAT WAS FEDEX SAID. i GOT THE COPY OF THAT, SO... IF SOMEONE CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IS A PERSON THAT WORKS IN THE COMPANY. I GOT A CASE, AND ALREADY REPORTED TO THE POLICE.

This company was not very helpful with my issue. I contacted their customer service rep via eBay messenger and they seemed like they were not sure of how to help me with a unauthorized transaction that was made for a laptop that they sold to me. They were not aware of where their items were and they were not calming by giving me info on how to deal with the void transaction. I do not trust this seller. Be careful shopping with them.
