Quick and easy to deal with. We been looking to buy a new mattress and found Mattress By Appointment on Mentor by Steve Mal. A very nice guy, easy to deal with. He went above and beyond by giving us a good deal and deliver it as soon as we buy it. Same day - No hassle even on a snowy cold weather. Highly recommended. Will definitely buy from him again.
