Im not a girly-girl by any means so I cant comment on buying anything other than face wash at Ulta. I know theyre always packed at the store so I place my purchase for curbside. Im usually driving outof the parking lot within 5 minutes. Gotta love curbside!
I have never been treated like I was today. Im not sure how my outfit screamed shoplifter alert. Im wearing a dress with my mom purse full of receipts, toys and crumbs. I had 4 employees ask me if I needed help. I was there for about 20 minutes. I repeatedly said no thank you. What made it so obvious was the staring. I knew I was being watched when two of the employees just stood there staring at me while I reading labels. I had to enter a staring contest with them so they could walk away and leave me alone. Every aisle I went down there was some chick there watching me or walking up and down glancing. I was super close to losing my cool. What was next a purse search? Then the chick who was just standing there, staring at me while I was reading labels. Just somehow magically ended up behind the check out counter. Where she proceeded to look closely at my things and me. Even though she wasnt scanning my things, her eyeballs were. I threw my purse open on the counter and continued to pay like I intended to. Ridiculous, Im in utter shock. I read ALL my labels, food, shoes, furniture. I shop vegan, cruelty free and have severe skin and food allergies. Sometimes sensitive products still irritate my skin, hence the label reading. Im definitely not coming back to this location. I DO NOT recommend this location to any people of color! I have read other reviews with similar experiences to mine. It seems like being a brown woman or a mother leads to being a suspect here. Then you will be followed and watched by white women who talk about you on their ear pieces and track you throughout your WOW experience.
I absolutely hate leaving reviews but Im still upset about my experience today at this location. Went in because I havent been inside since covid. Wanted to browse and just enjoy being outside my house today. Long story short, was completely ignored the entire time I was in there. Others have complained that they are basically being followed by staff here. I cant even get a look my way when I walk in. Which is sad because they did great everyone that walked in after me. And during checkout the customer in front of me was treated with so much respect and kindness, although her tone suggested that she was upset. I guess thats the way I need act when I walk in here to get some good customer service. Will definitely be visiting the Casa Linda location next time I want to spend money.
Hey! I didnt get my receipt via email to follow up and give a review. So I just wanted to come on here and say LARISSA helped me and she was AWESOME SAUCE! I asked her to help me find makeup and she sold me on almost everything she showed me. I told her I would give her a rating of 5+ stars! Unfortunately I couldnt, so I want to do it here. Please tell her daily that she is a great employee and person, she made me feel totally comfortable because I dont know much about makeup and I often feel incredibly insecure about it.. but she walked me through products that she loves and what works for her. I really enjoyed my entire experience at this store and I hope this franchise sees how awesome she is and moves her up. She successfully sold me on $130+ worth of products when I was hoping to only spend $50 - $75.. PUT. HER. IN. CORPORATE. SALES. If you lose this employee as she grows, I have no doubt that she will be incredibly successful elsewhere ir as an entrepreneur.Larissa, thank you for being so kind!
Ulta carries many beauty brands and products. Its always a good choice when I need beauty products.
I had this young lady named Amy I believe help me out and she is awesome, She helped me with everything I needed and answered all of my questions. She went above and beyond. I will definitely return back to this location!
When I walked in, I was met right away with an offer of help finding what I was looking for. She showed me where it was along with information on the product that I asked. I looked around a few minutes, then made myself leave. Since they have anything and everything a woman could need for looking beautiful, I tend to go nuts wanting everything. They do request that masks be worn. Plenty of parking w/handicap spaces. Also you can order online and pick up at the store.

Please read my updated review below for correction to my keratin treatment.New review: Previously when I reviewed I showed my dissatisfaction for the organic treatment which I have done for the first time at Ulta beauty.Here is what happened, I called customer service and complain via. Email and on v.next day I received a call from Ashley (hair stylist at Ulta). She wanted to have a look on my hair as to why I feel so much dissatisfaction. I met Ashley and manger September and she said as my hair is thick and strong and I have virgin hair so maybe the treatment hasn’t worked well previously but I said u are an expert if you can see my hair is like that than take treatment and necessary steps accordingly and give right direction to customer so they do not get dissatisfied. September and Ashely were v.helpful and apologized to me. They sure gave me option to get second treatment or refund. They told me that there would be no harm to my hair on doing second keratin treatment.I chose to do second time treatment. On my treatment Ashley was v.good and she told me the whole process and took better care of me and asked me If I have any irritation or anything. She paid 100% attention to everything and made sure its upto my satisfaction. My hairs were soft and silky and shiny and at the end of my treatment I did feel alot big difference. She said if even I feel my hair is still not better than to give her a call back asap. I was v.pleased. Even Daymon (my previous hairstylist) was really good on terms of customer talk and interest.I am uploading a photo of my hairs on the 3rd day after my hairwash of 2nd treatment. I was nervous if my hair would go damage or doesn’t show improvement with softness and shine. It will be waste of money and yes sure it is. I was charged $305 (organic treatment, hair trimming) My hair stylist was Dymon. My hair is no soft or strengthened or shiny. I still feel roughness. I want my full money back.On the same day when my treatment was almost over ... I said Dymon more than thrice I still feel my hair rough and dull and he said that because its your damaged hair but lol thats why I am doing keratin treatment. He said he gonna wash it after doing straightening and then he cut my hair and did curls I don’t know why. I still didn’t liked it. I am happy with his patience he was half an hour more with me after closing but my hair cut was done from back and not from front as I told i wanted front hair little but maybe he wanted to hurry up. However he was half an hour more with me and so the 2 star is just for his service and nothing else for the treatment. He said your hair will be just good to go till 9 months and its not even three days My hair is bad.I had treatment on staurday. I wasn’t happy cause as I said to dymon i feel my hair is rough there was no softness.. it was so much of iron on my hair ... first straightener and then curler. My hair was stiff. Then stetting spray.Today i.e tuesday I washed my hair and I am seriously crying alot. My hair is rough and doesn’t feel like I had did any treatment of $300.. atleast its keratin I should expect some good result atleast softness and shiny and more better. I want full refund ;(First photo is my hair before keratin, second photo is after treatment and 3rd photo is after washed almost 3 days after. I combed 10 times and took photo. ( I washed my hair as directed using the kertain complex shampoo) additional waste of money to buy them.I am highly disappointed and I won’t ever ever come to ulta for treatment or haricut. I scheduled an appointment last week over the phone. I told them that I wanted a full balayage, that my hair was Virgin and it was past my shoulders. They set the appointment at 10:45 am on 8/16. I get to my appointment a little early. And I waited the clock hit 10:45 and I hadn’t even been acknowledged (I did let them know I was already there) I get called on around 10:55 to take a seat. My stylist Bree asked me what I wanted which I found odd since it was already on the schedule anyways I tell her and she says that she won’t have time for that. Bc my appointment was only for 1 hr. Then she goes to speak with Ariel and they talk and talk about how my hair is long and blah blah blah. Then she goes to tell me that she can do another service which I didn’t ask for. And said it was my fault bc I didn’t specify what I wanted which I clearly told them everything I wanted done. This was extremely unprofessional and I will never get anything done there. Wasted my time and I even took time off from work to have had left with nothing done to me. Unbelievable I am extremely upset and I will not recommend ulta salon services to anyone.
Dymon Morgan is amazing! I went in to get my hair color corrected to what I wanted and he immediately knew what worked for me, I loved my finished look! He was awesome from beginning to end! Made me feel super comfortable and loved my hair! He is your go to!!!!!

Yesterday was my 2nd time visiting this location. The first visit I felt like I was being watched, however the 2nd visit definitely confirmed that we were being watched which is kind of weird because we’re usually there the purchase the travel size perfume which is right in view of the check out. I visit this location because it’s close to my moms house. I brought her to the store to buy perfume, after she informed me that we were being watched we decided to leave.
As I was walking in the store I was followed by and white women with a blonde bob followed me and my children. At first I thought she wanted to help but she started following us like we were stealing . My baby had to see that and which made me really sad. I also spend over 500 dollars. She is very wrong and I do not recommend coming here
I visited this location over the weekend &’ bought a ton of stuff, and as I was checking out, the cashier was just kind of rude. I believe her name was “Diane” as it read on my receipt. After my transaction she basically just handed me the bag &’ said, “there you go.” Not a “thank you.. come again.. have a nice day at least or nothing. Friendly customer service could definitely use some work with the cashiers. Maybe I’ll try other locations instead of this one next time.
My daughter and I have been several times. My daughter more than myself. She always love her hair normally Dymon is her stylist. Hes awesome. We went the 1st time and were with Heather & Ellie and they were great also. She has an appointment for color coming up I am not expecting any issues but its not with Dymon who we know and have never had issues with he was booked solid
Its very clean the staff is very sweet. This being said theyre was a line at least 6 or 7 customers long and only one cashier. There were plenty employees some standing around on their phones. Have to say I think this is horrible management. The customers are what pay their salaries maybe you should take care of them. If everyone gets sick of it and starts ordering online, lots of employees will lose their jobs. Just saying. Starting to have the same issues as that nightmare store, Walmart.

This last trip was not a good experience. September made me feel as if she didnt want to help a black person. I waited in the flat iron section for her to help me and that never happened. As I was leaving I noticed the lady that was by the clearance was not a customer but an employee. She had been standing near the flat iron section for awhile and could have helped me. 2 stars because I already called customer service. I will change my star rating if I have an better experience next time.
Very disappointed. Been coming for years. If you make an appointment online you better call anyways. Although I booked online AND called, when I arrived they said they over booked and cancelled my appointment UPON MY ARRIVAL! Wasn’t my fault! It was a kid haircut. Not that hard!!!!! Poor coordination on their part. Sad because I really liked this place. But guess I’ll move on to better. :-(
The door and online says they close at 9PM. They had the door locked by 8:58PM. When you try to knock on the window at someone to come unlock it, nobody responds until after 9PM. Absolutely disgusted that a retail place would do this during the Holiday season. What’s worse is the employee who came and stuck her phone up against the glass that said 9:00PM after me knocking for over a minute. She just shrugged a small shrug and walked away.Ive already called their corporate number and all they said was that they would notify the manager. If a manager were an actual leader rather than a lazy team member, this might never happen.I’ll never take my business here again. What a sorry excuse for a business.
This is my first time going to the store and Im going to give it at 3 because I understand that the store was just being set up. Because there was no price tags on 90% of stuff. But I was able to get what I went there looking for it which was the Buns of Glory buy truly. So with that Im going to be happy but I hope they do a better job with putting prices on items.
I am a big Ulta shopper, but will not be visiting this location. I could not get assistance and when someone finally spoke to me they were extremely rude. Immediately put down the items I was planning on purchasing and walked out. Will no come back to this location.

I would give 0 Stars if I could, I drove many miles to pick up a specific makeup product but when I arrive they said they are out of stock even though I checked online and the app first to make sure the product was available.Their excuse was that the online site and the stores have completely different products. Initially, they hung up on me thefirst time I called, when I was waiting to speak to someone. The manager was incredibly rude and belittling. I thought she would offer up an apology or something of that sort. Ive had a family member work here and she said the stores incredibly dirty as well.
This store advertises that they do car side pick up. However, this was not the case yesterday when I went to get my order. I called 5 times and they never picked up. So I went inside and the store is dead. They handed my order to me quickly. Dont advertise that service if you arent going to do it. I would have just ordered online had I known.
I love shopping at ULTA and I’ve been a member for almost 10 years. I usually don’t have any issues at any location I go to even during their busier days but that’s not the case at this location. I’ve been here 2 maybe 3 times max and I always have the same experience which has reminded me to not come here again. This store is staffed with employees who either are not trained or don’t care. You can have a quick question but they’re not able to help or will take over 30 minutes “try” to help you. The managers JEN and ASHLEY seem so irritated when bothered which makes the situation worse. This store is not kept up and they keep inventory stacked in isles so you can’t even look around properly. I’m so disappointed because this is a fairly close location to me but it’s not worth the headache.EDIT: I did reach out to customer support but nothing was done to help. They simply kept putting everything back on the store associates. Basically my husband was sold gift cards that did not have any funds even though they charged him $150 for them. Thankfully his bank which actually cares about their customers was able to credit his account. I always advise anyone who shops at ULTA to avoid this location or to simply go to SEPHORA which is better.
All they do is follow me around when Im shopping I guess thinking I’m gonna steal because I have so much in my basket but every time I go to Ulta I buy a lot of stuff and every time I buy every single product in my basket and I spend anywhere from $500 to $800 every time I shop really frustrating when I feel like I’m getting harassed And followed the whole time While I’m in the store I’m sorry but you cant think everybody that comes into the store is going to steal because all that’s going To causes is your customers Who actually don’t steal and pay for everything they get to never want to come back

Selection is good but you are definitely on your own when it comes to customer service...pretty much non-existent. There was one Associate who was kind enough to help me find something I actually came to the store to purchase. The Associate checking me out was so sidetracked talking to her friend who also was working checkout, I felt more like a bother than a customer. Perhaps they do not need my business? Sephora has same products and better service...heck, even Walgreens!
I personally probably wouldn’t shop at ulta again only because they couldn’t get the right colors for my skin tone and there is this one lady and she acted like she couldn’t help and she wasn’t even trying too. i’ve worked in retail and most of their customer service is bad but overall i had some issues with returning things, but i talked to a manager and she was really helpful and nice and she was able to help me with no issues or problems it took a while but i was glad that i got the chance to talked to her shoutout to Ariana she was the manager that came out and helped me and i am really grateful n u thank her for everything she did.
Took my wife here and she found what she wanted, and we found some stuff for my sister as well. The times we have gone, staff has gone out of their way to make sure my wife was helped, and made sure she was satisfied with the items she was about to purchase. The products last a good while too, and great selection. Service is awesome.
Awful. Horrible customer service; floor staff seems to purposely avoid asking customers if they can help. Final straw: while trying to resolve a major issue on my return / refund, both the cashier and manager treated me as if I was wasting their time and inconveniencing them with my concerns and questions. I will never shop Ulta again, and its 100% due to the staff at Ulta in Mesquite Town Center.

There was a lady working in the makeup area I asked her twice if she could help me find a product first time she pointed and kept tell me where to walk instead of walking me. Second time she didn’t even look it up just told me to order it. Zaria went to her manager(red hair neck tattoo) for help and her manager pretty much said well I can’t find 9 of something so yea.. instead of trying to really help Zaria. I think they all need to get some training. Like buying makeup should be fun. I left feeling like I don’t ever want to come back to this one. I would go to another location for now on. First impressions are everything!

I found everything I wanted here today. I was worried they would be sold out of alot of stuff which they were but fortunately for me they had what I needed.
After a huge mixup with my pickup order and during a busy Holiday week, Arianna still managed to assist me and fix the unfortunate mistake.
If I could give this location less than 1 star I definitely would. I went to this location for the first time a couple of months ago and had the worst experience. I was discriminated against by one of the employees and when I told the assistant manager she didnt seem to care. After I called corporate the manager reached out to me and asked me to come into the store and gave me a bag with cheap samples, as if that would make me feel better. I am not a confrontational person so I just left. I feel like they didnt take the situation as serious as they should have. I have never in my life felt less than anyone else until the day I stepped foot in this store. The one time I shop at Ulta and this happens.

The worst customer service ever. Very young staff. They dont know there products. If you are older be prepared for Age Discrimination the staff treated me very disrespectful. And like I said they know nothing about there products. They need lessons in customer serviceAlso there was young girl just filling her purse with items. Very obvious she was shop lifting. I love this brand new store. My hair stylist is Bree Harrison and she does a wonderful job. I always end up tipping her well because my hair looks so good. I buy supplies in bulk and on sale to save money. You have to be careful or you can spend a ton of money in this store. 😉
I really adore this store & its broad selection of beauty products with a few caveats. While the store is conveniently located and is really pretty since the move, they rarely have everything in stock or the product is damaged because some people are vandals & they rarely have enough people on the floor to help find things or answer questions. Other than the few items, I really adore this place

There are good products here, but Ive been less than impressed with some of the staff. One manager was downright rude right before they switched locations. The vibe I get from the staff makes me not want to linger and browse. Its a little chilly, if you get my drift. Its good for a quick run in and out. I will say I LOVE their post Christmas sale on large size shampoos and conditioners.
Bought online for pick-up. Online portion was easy - pick up wasnt. Took a while for someone to even acknowledge me at the online pick up counter, then to wait for someone to help (yes two clerks were right at the counter), then another 8 minutes for them to find my items. They didnt seem prepared for online purchases at all. As bad as Walmart pick up/service. Wouldnt recommend it here at all.
Most of the time that i come in there’s a group of women standing in the front NOT helping customers. There’s a few that have helped and were ok. I think their training and knowledge of cosmetics should be on a wide variety of brands, not just the brand that they use. There was a gentleman who helped me regarding skin issues and HE was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Also, the colour pop section, as well as other sections are always out of stock... and this lasts for days. Some isles look like they haven’t been touched and organized in weeks. Honestly, sometimes i will rather drive to the Casa Linda location because it’s less dirty, less crowded and staff is a lot more attentive. Yesterday the line was getting big and the same group was in the front chatting — not working.
I love ulta but strongly dislike this location. The employees never help. Poorly stocked, they always say oh well come back in a few days we might have it. That’s a negative. There is always only one associate checking out customers. The last time I went I was trying to find a perfume. Took forever to get someone to help me. When I finally received help this crazy employee girl is cussing talking all crazy doesn’t even know anything. The manager, I had an experience with her. She is so rude. I have not been back and never will go to this location again.

I’ve come here once before and Tiffany cut my hair and did an amazing job. But today when I got there I had Mirna and she was so absolutely awful. Very rude and unfriendly. When I walked up to tell her I had an appointment she already seemed annoyed and goes “take a seat” not pointing to anything but just sounding as aggravated as possible. I took a seat and seat and she just goes “what are you trying to do” so I explained it and she looked so done and said “well I can’t do your color today because I have another appointment already so.” But the thing is that I set up and appointment for a consultation AND color for today. So she started coming up with excuses as to why she couldn’t/wouldn’t do it. Finally settled on her being out of my color. So I said ok and I called north park and the moment I called and asked my questions to north park they were so amazing and sweet and friendly. DEFINITELY never coming back to mesquite. It’s sad when the workers at north park have almost every client from mesquite because of the rudeness from that location.
Pretty busy around the holidays. Accidently set off an alarm when I picked up some cologne to smell it, never experienced that before. They have some good specials for different products.

I had a hair appointment with Kiwana at 11AM, other stylist told me to have a seat because she wasnt there yet. I was early so I was happy to wait then it was 11:30 and she still wasnt there, no one tried to let me know if she would be there soon or get another stylist to do my hair. I was really looking forward to getting my hair done. Maybe call and make sure your stylist is even in the store before they make you waste your gas and just ignore you. Or better yet, try a different location!

I used to love the old location & the workers. Now with this new location set up, everyone is completely rude. I’ve had more than one inconvenience with this new location & I’ll start with the first. There’s a worker there, who I don’t know their name, but she’s a full figured black woman who looks like she doesn’t even wna be there. I saw where she rolled her eyes at the customer in front of me cos he wanted to give his sister’s phone number for the points. When I checked out, I had a birthday gift & I bought a brush. Almost on my way home, I checked my bag and no brush. I had to drive all the way back to Ulta to tell her she didn’t give me anything. Next, I went to go check if they had a highlighter I wanted that said they had in stock, she didn’t even bother checking before telling me no. The last time I came here, I admit it was my fault for not checking properly if there was a line, but the way they set up the line there is completely dumb, because you can’t even see the customers lined up. When the customer let me know I “purposely” skipped everyone in line, all the workers there treated me like trash although I let them know it wasn’t on purpose and I didn’t mean it. Anyways, I’m never returning to this Ulta, unless I really have to. The one in Park Lane is so much better & when you get matched, they do it properly!

I love this Ulta. This is the location that I come to most. They always have the items that I need. The lines are always long on weekends, so Id recommend going on a weekday.

Unsure why the reviews of this place are so negative; I recently received a haircut at the salon & can honestly say its one of the best cuts Ive ever gotten. Salon staff were chatty & friendly; I arrived a bit too early for my appointment & had to browse, but several people asked if I needed help or acknowledged my presence with a smile (vs. just ignoring me entirely). When I paid, I saw no indication of rudeness or eyerolling or general attitude from the staff. My experience was positive for sure.

They have most of the high end and drugstore quality cosmetics, skincare, and haircare products at reasonable prices and always have promotional! When they are busy, it is sometimes hard to find someone to help you find a particular product and there always seems to be a line waiting to check out! But I guess that is because they are popular!

I had such a bad experience at the Firewheel location. I was hesitant to go to another ULTA, but the manager at this location was FANTASTIC! She was very helpful and answer all my questions. I asked one of the associates for a product and she said she only oversee the hair products, but she was very friendly and direct me to the right person.It is a little bit of a drive for me, but it is definitely worth it!

Not fun to shop here with social distancing. Only one cashier was working, which backed up the inside line and the outside line of people waiting to come in.
This is a very dirty and poorly stocked location. Broken product is left on the shelf, grime and dust all over. It was interesting to watch the shift manager sort through and stock cosmetics but ignore broken or opened pieces. It was like she was doing the absolute least possible.

The employees here are the sweetest! The only flaw would be that they sell out of products too quickly. Half the store with the expensive products are nice and clean, but other half of the store with the not so expensive merchandise is always a mess! The side with NYX, BH cosmetics, morphe, that side is always messed up. Good store but the cleanliness could be better.
Everything was great! Eventhough the checkout line was long it didnt take long at all. Everything was well stocked and easy to find

Gave it this rating because the ladies at the front in the make up area are always polite and very helpful but the people in the back in the salon area are a different story. They first of all have horrible customer service they don’t even know how to approach a customer one of the guys there doesn’t even look like he wants to help a customer out. When I went in to the store and waited for an employee there to help me he just kept on going on about his business; looked at me couldn’t even give a smile nor at least say someone will be with you shortly. That already was rude then he was speaking Spanish to his co-worker so I guess the customer standing there would not understand but I understood everything he was saying. On top of that they don’t seem to know what they are doing. Would not recommend you go there to see them.
2 cashiers to 13 customers in line. i mean really...its friday night, you know that is peak time for shopping and yet staffing still isnt adjusted. this is just not tonight...this is all the time....please please start staffing appropriately. you had others working in make up that had no customers. i mean come on!

Great store but the staff could be a bit friendlier. Have gone multiple times and the staff hasn’t approved much. If you don’t need to ask questions then it’s a great place to just run in and grab something.
The store itself is awesome ..employees at the register not so friendly. Its the holidays its going to busy right? Well theres a line of 20 people 2 cashiers! On top of that my sister and I go to pay a cashier named Jasmine checked us out. Well its my sisters birthday and her first time there ! I had given her a gift card to use. Jasmine scans the 2 items and stands there.. I approach i said well what are we waiting for? Jasmine couldnt tell my sister the total she expected her to assume shes done scanning read the amount herself and just give to her.. Jasmine learn how to speak!! Customer service finish out your job!! She was rude and gave dirty looks and said why cant you tell her how much it is instead of her having to look down at the pad!

I went in for a dye and ended up having the manager of the salon working on my hair. Without asking me anything, she immediately started cutting my hair. She didnt ask permission or what style I wanted and took a total of five minutes cutting between 1 and 3 inches, which left me with a completely ugly chopped up look. When I asked what she was doing, she said she didnt want to waste product. We did a super quick consult on color, during which she argued about the color I wanted. She decided to do highlights first so the color would have dimension, but by the time those were done and I was expecting a final color consult because we hadnt decided on anything, she had already mixed the color and told me it was close to the color I had asked for. After the dye, she styled it without showing it in the mirror and when she finally turned me around I was completely stunned. She was the manager and a trainer, but my hair looked horrible. I ended up with bright Ronald McDonald roots and purple hair. She left hair dye all along my forehead as well. I was completely mortified and tried to get out of there as fast as possible. I immediately went to Target and picked up boxes of Color Oops and my original brown hair dye and fixed it at home. But the cut, the fact that she fried my hair during the highlighting process and that I had to go back to brown instead of the natural red I had wanted have left me completely shaken. Im a single mom and was in need of a confidence boost and instead felt ignored, bullied and humiliated. I will NEVER go back to this salon.
Update: Glad they cleaned the place up! It’s super nice and clean now with more products that I love to buy. The only con now is the employees and how rude they are. Sure, some of them ask if you need help but I shouldn’t see/hear three or four of the employees talking trash about customers. That’s very unprofessional and if your going to do it at least wait until after work.Review from a year ago:I went here the second day they opened and the place was already a mess. Products were open and used or missing completely.
It would be great if you could get someone to assist you finding specific products on the floor. After waiting several minutes and asking twice for help no one even acknowledges you. Also there is always a line to checkout, seems the store is just understaffed 24/7.
I came in the first time to get a long bob and the first stylist said things like “my hair type wasn’t good for the cut” and almost every negative thing in the book to kill my confidence about getting my new look. She ended up talking me into just trimming it but charged me for a full cut. I came back in that following week to get the actual cut I wanted, the manager basically threw me in her chair and hurried me along. I got the hair cut I wanted (I still wanted to go shorter but she wouldn’t listen because she was rushing me out of her chair) but the customer service and professionalism is very poor here. I recommend going to a different ulta salon to get anything done to the hair!
I was just in there and not a single person asked to help me. The girl at the front door jus smiled and looked down when I came in the door. There was one girl near the Lancome section who was looking at her cell phone when I walked by. It seemed like I was invisible. Every other location has salespeople that are all over me. I shouldnt have to look for someone to ask questions to. It wasnt busy at all. 2 floor employees were talking to one customer together. Wheres the sales people to ask to help you find something?
