I was treated very well and listened to. I had trouble with my passenger door and they checked it out and said it just needed lubrication. The waiting area is pleasant and the coffee selection good. They gave my car a good look and changed the oil. Nothing else needed attending to. Thank you very much.

Originally gave five stars, but after having my car shut off whole driving FOUR TIMES after getting serviced here and finding out my air intake hose wasnt reattached, I will not be coming back. That is a safety hazard I am not willing to endure for the sake of getting serviced. Customer service is nice, but when the techs are either dishonest or dumb, its not worth it.

Service advisor was great to work with. Dylan answered all my questions and went beyond expectations. In and out in an hr. If you need service done, this is the place. Great waiting area with coffee and water. Lots of seating with a nice size tv. Overall just a great experience.

Very helpful. Jenkins And Wynn in Clarksville TN did a recall on fuel pump. After they did it my car never started right I called and told them and they said it wasnt anything they did.She never had that happen and it had to be something ekse.I took my car to Bosak Honda in Michigan City and the girl in the service department knew exactly what I was talking about she said the filter gets crushed if the service man doesnt get it on just right. Initial car buying experience was ok. They work hard for you when they want your money. But when issues arrive after, good luck getting them to deal with it. We bought a car that had known issues they said they would fix. We bought it back on April 1st and are still trying to get resolution. We have been as patient as we can but Im afraid the trust is lost now.

Purchased a late model used car and was very impressed with the process and our salesperson. Fair price for the purchase and the trade. Several months later had the vehicle in for routine maintenance at my repair shop and discovered the tool to remove the locking lug nuts was missing. Called Nick Fergusson the sales manager and initially he seemed helpful. He said he would research and provide me with the tool. I allowed weeks and checked in occasionally, Nick said he was still trying to find the tool. Meanwhile my family was using a vehicle that if it had a flat tire it would have been a problem. Eventually Nick did not return phone calls or emails and I resolved the problem elsewhere. If he was not going to follow through I wish he would have saved me time and effort from the beginning.

The sales man I dealt with on January 11th was fantastic. The finance department put a warranty on mine that I didnt want. So I canceled it January 25th Thankfully I listened to the actual warranty company and got a copy of the paper that was signed because their finance manager never faxed it to the warranty company so when I checked on it 2 and a 1/2 months later the warranty company said I still had an active warranty she told me to email them the copy of the paper that I had signed back in January so I did well Ive called a couple of times and I always leave a message for the finance manager to call back because I still have not received my warranty check money yet and still I never get any return calls so their sales department is great but The manager for the financing not so much.

During a visit to see my mom in Michigan City, I had some front end work done on my car by a shop in town and was also given a $600+ estimate for brake pads and rotors on all 4 wheels. On 11/03, I called this same auto shop to get a possible appointment and multiple estimates, one for brake pads/new rotors and an estimate for brake pads/maintenance of rotors. The tech who answered the phone started asking me about every aspect of the braking system on my car which was condescending and made me very uncomfortable. The technician said that it would be better if I bring the car to the shop to get the estimate and or approximate cost of the repairs. On 11/04 after talking with a family member, I decided to call Bosak Honda to get an estimate for new brake pads and an appointment for an inspection. Jordan (Service Advisor) gave me multiple estimates with no problems for brake repair on my Honda Accord. She was very professional, thorough and patient! An appointment was made for the next day. The service technicians and manager discovered that I did not need new brake pads or rotors and my brake system was in great shape. After the initial shock, I was able to get other important maintenance issues taken care of and save $200+. Additionally, after the repairs were completed, the cashier went the extra mile to let me know that customer retention is also top priority when it comes to their customers. The Service Team at Bosak is very professional, considerate and caring...you guys made my day and gained a customer!! Thank you!!
