I had to grasp my filter with all of my might not to let out every curse word in the book in front of my toddler. I do not have an income, as I am a Stay-At-Home-Parent currently. Michael is a professional and a very good guy! I walked in with a dead pc that is used daily by my grandchild and very important to her. Michael gave it his full attention and even though it needed several parts replaced he had it fixed in well under an hour(its a home-built gamer). I though it would cost a fortune but not with Michael. Absolutely great guy! Michael is the best!!!!! He came to fix our computers at the Middletown Humane Society. He was here for more than 3 and a half hours and managed to fix our extremely old computers. He is the absolute best and we would highly recommend his service to anyone... Thank you so much Michael!!!!

Im usually very picky with even leaving a review but Michael definitely deserves 5 stars. Weve used him for several issues in the past, and every time he was able to bring our familys computers back to life at a reasonable expense and acceptable time frame.If the jobs had required more work than initially expected, Michael at no point attempted to leverage that to his financial gain. Its generally rare to come across an individual or organization that performs a service honorably and is very open about the process as well.We will continue to use his services and would highly recommend to anyone who is having trouble with their computer. I havent even contemplated using anyone else.

We had two services performed by New York Computer Care. First we had our tablet screen replaced. It was cracked down the center. When we received the tablet back it looked like it was brand new. Are laptop had began running slowly over the last few weeks and getting on the Internet seemed impossible with all the pop - up advertisements. We received our laptop back running faster then it ever has before and we got anti - virus software installed with the service. This companies studio is truly impressive it is a must see, for anyone into technology it is awesome.

Michael was great to deal with. It not easy to find someone who knows Apple operating systems. He fixed the problem and recovered my files quickly and efficiently without charging a lot of money. I would highly recommend him.

Not only is he the only person besides my son that I would let work on my stuff he has become like family to us.
