2 weeks ago I was here with my husband. We were taking a new plan and I bought new phones. We were attended by Santiago. He was very kind and helpful. We recommend this store.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Can’t get out of these phones. Was falsely told information about the contract I was signing. Waited 4-5 hours just to leave with phones. Service sucks and customer service doesn’t work with you. Go to any other service provider.

I have to say the worst service ever. My mother bought the new iPhone 12 pro max from the T mobile store front. They had to ship the phone because it wasnt in stock yet. Once I received the phone I found out they had ordered the wrong phone, now I didnt see it as a issue because I figured Id just ask them to swap it out no problem right?? Well when we went back to the store to ask them to swap the phone because of the misunderstanding, they stated they could do it, but it would be a 75 dollar restocking fee. Now the only reason we had the wrong phone was because they misunderstood my mother and ordered the regular 12. So I decided to call the company customer service to find out what I could do since the manager wasnt working with us, the customer service rep was great and stated because the phone was shipped she could return the phone no restocking fee and ship the new device for no extra charge. She also stated that the store front had the option to return the phone and waive the 75 dollar fee, however the store managers mind was set and there was no chance for him to change his opinion on the matter. The store manager made this harder than it should of been and lost good business.UPDATEONE month after this review the company or store finally reviewed this complaint. Asking to give them another chance when the damage is already done. Thats not enough to fix this situation nor would you except my request if I where to make a mistake. Its issue like this that cause problems for hard working people and you want me to brush in under the rug waste my time to come back to your store so you can continue to disappoint? Im good, your company fixed the issue your store created, and had lack of interest in helping with!! Must of waited 30 days because the you wanted to make sure you didnt have to help.

IT IS NO LONGER A CORPORATE OWNEDWE WAITED 1 1/2 FOR SERVICE. NOT ENOUGH EMPLOYEES THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. NO COMFORTABLE PLACE TO SIT AND WAIT. ONLY 1 HIGH TABLE ONE VERY HEAVY N EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE STOOL TO SIT ON.ONLY 2 KIOSKS FOR THE MANAGER N ANOTHER EMPLOYEE TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS NO CHARGING STATIONS FOR THE PHONES.EVEN AFTER THEY STARTED TAKING CARE OF US, THE EMPLOYEE WAS ANSWERING PHONES WHILE WE WAITED FOR HIM TO TAKE CARE OF US.I MENTIONED ALL THESE ITEMS TO THE MANAGER N HE TOLD ME THERE WERE 2 NEW EMPLOYEES IN TRAINING WHO REALLY TRIED TO HELP US N KEPT US ENTERTAINED N DISTRACTED BUT THEY STILL COULDNT HELP US BC THEY HAVE WORK STATIONS AND THEY ARE TRAINED ENOUGH TO SET UP ACCOUNTS N HANDLE INQUIRIES ON THE PHONE.THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY N KNOWLEDGEABLE BUT THEY ARE TOTALLY UNDERSTAFFED.

Matthew D. took the time to help me when another associate(I believe it was a manager) told me that my iphone 7 wouldn’t be able to be activated due to the model being replaced by apple even though I told him apple had fixed the issue. Matthew ended up getting my phone activated and was very helpful. Thanks Matthew D!

Service does not work they tell me a tower was down ...they have been running that excuse for a long time and it does not seem like they are fixing the problem but they still take your money beware...pay the extra money for at&t or Verizon this is like having a phone you cant use and your paying for it!!!

Service isnt the greatest a lot of dead zones and also when I signed up I ordered two phones that got mailed to me got refurbished to try and save a couple box the one phone they sent was locked so I had to pay them more money for them to give me another phone so they could send me a box to send the broken one back smh
