Very efficient, well organized, and most importantly on time. I hate it when you make an appointment, then have to wait an hour before they call you back, With Full Circle Vision I was seen with in 5 minutes of my appointment time, all tests were explained before taken, and Dr. Kimble took the time to go over everything and answered any questions I might have had. They are now in their new building which is very nice, open and bright. Id recommend anyone to go there.

Dr. Erickson is phenomenal! He is always incredibly patient with our son who tends to require a little extra love and care. We appreciate him so much!

Service was good; people were professional and nice. My only problem is I waited 20 + minutes (maybe over 25minutes, I quite looking) to see. someone. I have never waited that long in the past. I hope they do a better job in the future.

We had our first visit with Dr. Kimball last week for myself and our young son. I was highly impressed with how the staff set in place their Covid process dealing with patients and keeping their office clean between visits. I would have given 0 if I could. I have had good experiences with this business in the past, but now they have lost a customer. They were rude to me when I called about why they did not order my daughters glasses when she was there and picked them out. I was hung up on. They basically called my daughter and husband a liar. They were all about me paying for the glasses, repeating the balance to order several times, but did not want to hear why I was frustrated with them. I asked to speak to one of the Doctors and they did not call me back. I paid for the exam but was told they did not have a contact prescription for my daughter to share with another eye care establishment. I really want to support local small businesses, but not if I am going to be treated like this. I am highly disappointed. I would not recommend you taking your hard earned money to this establishment. I have never written a bad review in my life before this, but they were definitely out of line.

I had a great experience at Midland Eye associates! My appointment was fast, and the doctor was great! My lenses were fashionable and affordable!On top of that, my lenses got messed up in production, & they gave me some loner lenses with my frames so I can see!Very friendly staff, highly recommended!

Very pleasant experience. Everyone here was very personable. I was early and the appointment started early. A pretty standard gamut of tests were performed. Highly recommend this office. From the first phone call, they made it easy, efficient and organized to schedule. During my visit I had many questions and concerns and Dr. Kimball took his time and I felt like all my questions were answered. He is very thorough in his examination and overall very kind. I was so impressed with my first visit, the entire family has started going. My 6 year old thought it was a “fun appointment and she loved Dr. Kimball”.

My kids love going to the eye doctor! The doctors and staff are knowledgable, professional, and very kind. When I take my kids there, everyone greets them and makes them feel welcome. The staff and doctors are always smiling. The doctors take time to explain the exam and results and discusses options with their patients. The front desk has always been able to answer questions and explain billing or protocol. I love this place!

Great office, they are on-time and very friendly and give great, high quality service every time. Ive been going to this clinic for over 15 years and have always been happy with it!Updating... and moving from a 5 to a 2... they wont allow extensions of contacts beyond 1 year. Under COVID, this is unreasonable and puts us all at risk. You have to touch so many things and get your face on so many things. If you are not having problems, they should allow you to extend without an in person visit to reduce the risk of spread!

I have been going to Midland Eye Associates for a couple of years now. I enjoy the staff they make you feel at ease. After my eye exam I asked their opinion on if I should replace my glasses. He said my prescription has changed little and it was up to me. I did have benefits left so I was able to get a pair of sunglasses. Again the staff help me with selecting new frames and boy do they look good. Thanks for the great care.

Dr Kimball was wonderful with our Autistic son who is 9 which was a huge blessing as we found out that he needed glasses. Not impressed like everyone made them out to be. Its unfortunate I had to be the one with the sub-par service. Dr. Kimble and his associate were great during the eye exam. The front desk however was rude and unknowledgeable on my insurance coverage. They threw away my original contacts during my eye exam, and provided me with sub-par contacts that seem to dry out often. They didnt have my original contact brand either.Edit - In regards to the response they have. Sure, everything might have been processed exactly as stated with the insurance company, but I was not made aware of the charges and cost of the appointment until after the exam was done. Midland Eye Associates -Question. Would you be okay with buying a vehicle from a dealership, only to have to pay more for repairs a day after you drive it off the lot? I dont think so. Id want to know about these problems before I buy something or get a service. That is how I felt, and that is how your front staff was unaware of the insurance presented.You didnt mention anything about throwing out the previous contacts in your response either.

I was driving to the Detroit Airport from petoskey on a week long vacation and realized I left my contacts at home. I called Midland eye associates and told them of my predicament. All they needed from me was to have my prescription faxed over and they said they could help me out. When I arrived I showed up told them who I was and I was very pleasently greated and handed two trial packs of lenses, more than enough for my trip. I tried to pay and they would not accept any money. What could have been a nightmare of a trip if I didnt realized was completely saved by them. I cant thank them enough!
