Dr. Phillips is always great very upbeat and professional guy. The ladies in the the eyeglass department are a great help.

I have been with Phillips Eye Clinic for 20 years. I have always had a great experience. This is one Doctors office I can say that you dont have to wait very long at all. Most of the time you are in and out. I am very pleased

It was my daughter and myself first time going and we automatically felt comfortable and welcomed. We were quickly greeted as soon as we walk in and seen extremely quick. Very nice employees. We will be coming back again and I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

Dr. Wilson took the time to thoroughly explain things to me in terms that I could easily understand. No question was too dumb or too much. She thoroughly laid out my options and took as much time as I needed. I have been to a lot of Optometrists through the years and she is far and away the best experience that I have had. She genuinely cares about her patients and goes out of her way to make sure they leave happy.

Went in for a stye & was very pleased. I did have to wait 17 minutes past my set appointment time, but I’m just impatient and comparatively that is incredibly quick!! Staff was pretty friendly- I can tell they all love working there. I saw Dr. Williams, I believe was her name. She is knowledgeable and explained my situation to me very well. She was a sweet and warm lady. I left feeling better than when I arrived. Also, pricing was very fair (I paid out of pocket). It was my first time at Phillips and I don’t use glasses nor contacts, but this would be my place of choice if I did. 10/10

So pleased with my experience at Phillips Eye Clinic. Dr. Wilson performed a very thorough examination of me and my child with special needs. Her ability to get a good exam on my daughter saved me from having to travel out of the area for an optometrist that specializes in special needs. 💖💖💖💖💖

Unfortunately can’t give 5 stars as wasn’t fully satisfied with the service comparing it with our previous place. The glasses department was a bit disappointment, ordered two new glasses with lenses which are pretty pricey, no wiping cloth or cleaning liquid came together with it, everywhere we got the glasses before provided it with the glasses. The workers at the glasses department seem can’t wait for you to leave.

Staff is very nice and everyone makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door. Doctor and staff were very informative. This experience may have saved my sons eyes! He’s 17 and been wearing daily contacts for a couple years now, but has not been wearing them responsibly. Apparently, he was causing more damage to his eyes by not disposing of them in a timely manner. We were introduced to a different lens that requires less maintenance and responsibility. Wished I would have gone here years ago.

Very professional. Staff nice and polite. Has up to date equipment that is used to check all aspects of vision. Dr. Wilson takes time to answer questions and discuss any concerns.

The doctor was super friendly and so was the staff. The place itself is very clean and well taken care of. I had to take my 11 month old with me to my appointment and the staff was very patient and helpful. This is our new family eye clinic.

Dr. Phillips is top notch. My eye exams are very comprehensive and provide me with a good picture of my eye health. Purchasing glasses from the optical center is expensive, but the quality is undeniable. My vision plan covered a small percentage of the total cost, so I had to go outside of the center to purchase my glasses.

They have friendly staff, all willing to help and answer any questions you may have. Great selection on frame and fast service.

My wife and I went in at the same time to see Dr. Wilson. We have been going to Phillips Eye clinic for years. We love them especially the optometrists they are very professional, personal, and nice. This atmosphere is carried throughout the entire office. I would highly recommend them.

I absolutely love Dr Wilson! She makes the exam process fun. She is so knowledgeable and does great at explaining the process. The office staff is always great, especially the ladies that help you with picking out your glasses. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

The eyeglasses department service is a joke and not professional. There is at least 5 people who are working in that department who just sitting around and chitchat with the ignorance of having a customer around. no one came and ask if I ever need help or anything. theyre all just sitting and having conversations with other coworkers. I had to come to them back and forth and ask questions. what kind of service is that.after picking out a glasses no one bother to grab me a chair since there is only one chair available per table and we were party of 2. I was the only customer in the eyeglasses department and other seats were empty. I had to stand while talking to them and get measurements for PD and going through the options. very unprofessional, I guess they dont want our business anymore. this would be my last time coming here. therere lots other places that wants my business.

Everything you need, including a fabulous staff. Mary Ann was amazing, professional, and kind. Great follow-up the following day. What can I say about Dr. Phillips? My heart connected with he and his beautiful wife the first day I met them at my place of employment. Dr. Phillips goes above and beyond. He is fun, energetic, kind, and sensitive. Very professional! I was done within 30 minutes and the doctor was very courteous and polite! The lady at the glasses store or let me take my time and have me her input on what she though shaped my face better!

Dr. Wilson is the best! I’ve had numerous eye problems the last few years. She takes the time to make sure you understand what the issues are. She has an excellent relationship with the best specialists in the area. The staff is awesome! Great job of keeping everyone safe with protocols in place during the pandemic. You won’t get better eye care anywhere else in the area. Both Dr Wilson and Dr Phillips are excellent Doctors.

I’ve been a patient for the last 20+ years. The service is always excellent. Drs. Phillips and Wilson are the sweetest and most caring providers. They genuinely care for their patients.

Hadnt been to the eye Dr in over a decade, got a full eyeball inspection for me and my now 4 eyed daughter along with explanations and pick out glasses in under an hour. Could not convince them to prescribe me a monocle though. Have to return my top hat I guess.

I saw Dr.Wilson and she was SO nice. She answered all of my questions and was very thorough. Front staff was great helping get my insurance verified throughout the week after a hiccup with my benefits department at work. The lab tech that fitted me for my glasses was phenomenal and very helpful. The office is very nice and clean, too!

Was impressed with the reviews and tried to schedule appointments for my family of four, however, was told by the receptionist that they have a policy to only see two people a day per family. Not sure why you would have a ridiculous policy like this, as people have to take time off of work & school to get to appointments. Two stars represent the inability to be flexible in scheduling, to meet the needs of customer base.

Ive been going here for years, the Dr is great & never fails to get a laugh out of me . The contact lens specialist was amazing, took all the time I needed to ensure the lenses fit perfectly. Even in these new normal times having to wear a mask they made my visit smooth & seamless. Definitely recommend 👌

I live out of state and was in need of some new prescription glasses. Dr. Wilson was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain different things about the eyes and specifically my eyes. I went ahead and spent the extra $60 to have my eyes tested for glaucoma and few other things. The staff was very helpful in my selection of frames as well. If I am in need of any other eye care I will use them.

My son got hit in the eye with a football during recess at school and hadnt told me until later that evening he was having vision problems. Next day bright and early I made a phone call to the clinic and within minutes Dr. Phillips was looking at my sons eye. One week later we were back for an eye exam and it was determined he needed glasses. My son was treated great the entire visit, and was fitted with an awesome pair of Oakleys that work well with the sports he is involved in. We cant thank Phillips Eye Clinic enough for their expert care and 5 star treatment.

I have been going to Dr Phillips since I was a little kid and I am now 35. He and his staff are so nice, I never have a problem. Even when I didnt have insurance like I do now, I would pay out of pocket because I knew he was great doctor.

Great place for eye checkups. Really love everything about this place. The interiors are very classy and the people who work here are very friendly.They have found a permanent customer in me.

The prescription the doctor gave me was incorrect and he would not change it. Even after letting him know i couldn’t see clearly with glasses he prescribed. He wasn’t helpful or understanding at all. That was the first and last time I will ever go to him. Do not recommend.

I seriously love this clinic! I have been seeing both of the doctors for 18 yrs! They always take great care of me and answer any questions I might have. The staff is wonderful as well. Edited Review: After a misunderstanding about whether or not my insurance would be accepted, I ended up stuck with a $200 bill; however, when I called and discussed it with them, they were reasonable and removed the charge since Id been told my insurance (blue cross blue shield) would be accepted. I really appreciated that.
