I tend to consider Visionworks as just another retail glasses place, but the associates that worked with me were polite and helpful, and the glasses turned out well. Prices were on a par with other vision places, and I recommend them as long as you have vision insurance.

Went in for cl fitting today and they didnt give me any info about costs at all. It turned out to be $170. I paid the 60 to get my glasses prescription and then they literally made me take the contacts they gave me out and throw them away. Its such bs. If Id known how expensive it was gonna be I wouldnt have gone in the first place

I had an amazing experience getting new contact/glasses prescriptions from Dr. Greg Hogan. I received the PERFECT fit for my contact lenses. It took awhile and Dr. Hogan made a lot of corrections but made sure that I was able to see clearly before I left.Normally I’m used to the whole pitch of “here’s your contacts have a good one” but this was a game changer. Night and day difference!Started off with easy appointment being made to friendly customer service, (I didn’t get names at the front desk, but they were both very professional and super nice) and ended with a good experience.To sum it all up, I will for sure be making my future appointments here and definitely recommend anyone to see Dr. Hogan.

Wide variety of frames but there service is slow!

I went here to get some new glasses after my eye exam with Dr. Greg Hogan. He was very kind, very informative and very pleasant. This was probably the best experience at the optometrist Ive ever had, I would highly suggest him for your next visit. Then I went right next door and Alexis helped me find my next pair of glasses, she was very pleasant and very professional. I can honestly say I havent had an all around better experience here in Midland.. Thank you

After going to a different business in Odessa, I decided to try Visionworks in Midland. By far this place has the best customer service! Alexis was super wonderful! Enjoyed Dr. Hogan immensely. Not only was he welcoming and friendly, he made sure my contacts where at the right base curve before I left. I haven’t had an optometrist in Midland (until now) actually take the time to make sure my contacts were still fitting correctly after wearing contacts for many years. It was refreshing to have Dr. Hogan’s opinion and patience, all the while making sure other patients were appeased while they waited (great multitasking!).

I have been to several optimistics in Midland. Vision works in the Mall is the most horrible unprofessional place I have ever been. The manager is a young man with NO people skills. I called because I was running late because I could not find it. I had 3 Opponents set up in a role and they refused to take us for being late and said they would try to work one in if the could. You could not speak to anyone else just him. Horrible experience. NEVER GO THERE!!!!.

We went to Dr. Hogan for our yearly checkup and were treated very well. The service is outstanding and the medical care of our eyes is second to none. His staff is extremely knowledgeable and they have the latest in equipment for examining your eyes. We have used Dr. Hogan for a number of years and would recommend him to everyone.We also used Vision Works for our glasses and have for a number of years (in multiple states) They have provided outstanding service and stand behind their product. Emily took care of us and we were impressed with her knowledge and demeanor. She was very helpful and patient with us to make sure we got just what we wanted. I have always had an amazing customer service experience with Jacob Converse! He even takes the time to come out of the lab to help me with choosing and the fitting of my frames! Such an amazing atmosphere and selection. I’m pretty sure we spent an hour going through all their selections. That was until Lynda came up and helped me pick the perfect glasses. She was sweet, knowledgeable and definitely relatable. I would recommend this place no matter what.

When I walked in, I felt like being around family. I was met by Vanessa. She was very easy to talk to and very helpful. She was training a new employee (sorry cant remember her name) but she did a great job also. Service was excellent. I will continue to get my glasses and frames from here in the future.

I went in a little skeptical about how long I would be in there and whether I would be helped out in finding the perfect pair of glasses. As I looked around, Eleni approached me and immediately started to assist me. She was very patient with me as I tried on several frames and was very encouraging when I knew I had found the right pair. Since this is the first time I will be wearing bifocals, she made sure the glasses sat exactly where I needed them to be so I could have better results when my glasses were ready for pickup. This is the best customer service I have ever received and I will definitely be recommending Eleni and Vision Works to my friends and family. Just make sure to check your bill before you pay, they overcharged me for 2 frames, the prices were $230 and $180 based on the sticker in the frame, they ask you to pay first and then they give you the receipt, I checked later at home and they charged me $20 more for each frame.

The associates were very friendly and helpful. Noble was very knowledgeable with the different add ons for the lenses but in no way made me feel pressured on which ones to choose. He helped us get a great price on our glasses and I love that I was able to pick up a pair within an hour! Great customer service, we will be back.

I am visiting from California and my glasses broke the first day I got here! Luckily our hotel was close to the Midland Park Mall and I was first helped by Linda. She helped me pick out the right pair of glasses and was super helpful and friendly! I had to get an updated prescription and come back the next day which was busier because it was a holiday, but everyone made sure we were helped in a timely fashion. Emily gave me 40% off since I paid out of pocket and made sure I was taken care of! I definitely recommend coming here for all your vision needs!

It is so hard to find good service in the Basin. This place is a breath of fresh air. I have seen a difference since the new manager came on board. Whatever they are doing they should keep it up. I will be returning.

New eye exam, the office staff was great, especially Angel, took about 30min, wait time was just couple of minutes, picking out frames was quick and easy, Alexis was very helpful, explained everything that I needed

Have to say that when I went here for eye examination I was belittled. For how poor my eyesight was. Once from the optometrist and the other from the secretary. The most embarrassing part was my girlfriend was a witness. I have thick skin but being mocked and ridiculed for something I cant control. Was below the belt. I should have gave it a half a star. As a place of professionalism it lacks it.

Went in to look at frames & I dropped my glasses on the floor, of course I stepped on my frames and broke them. They fixed them the best they could to get me thru the labor day weekend at NO charge. THAT IS HOW YOU MAKE A CUSTOMER!! WAY TO GO & THANKS AGAIN

I took my daughter for a vision exam and she got contacts prescribed the employees are very helpful and attentive but the bad thing is that I think my daughter was prescribed a wrong graduation because she can see everything that is far away from her perfectly good but when she try to read a book or see her phone she can’t focus her vision and she says everything looks fuzzy, I don’t think I’ll get the contacts but i don’t know what to do now

First and last time Ill ever use this place again. Ive had issues with a pair of prescription safety glasses for about a month now. First they said the lenses were cut for the wrong frame, then they broke a lens, then they broke another lens. Finally got the glasses and the prescription was wrong on both lenses. I call and call about the glasses and Im told the manager would call me right back. Never got a return call. I call and ask for the regional managers contact info. I was told they could not give out that number but they would give me an e-mail address. Never got the e-mail address. All I ever get is the run around. I have learned a valuable lesson here. Dont spend money with Visionworks!

I have never had a more pleasing purchasing experience than at visionworks of midland. Emily and Alexus were so kind and helpful. I was hurting in my back so badly having gone around to several eyeglass stores and those two sweet girls gathered glasses in the shape and price range I needed while I had to sit in a chair until we found the perfect pair. Worse place i have ever been. Very first time i went to get my exam for contacts the works worl speaking in spanish talking down on customers. Then the lady got ugly to me and yelled at me in front of everyone because i didnt know if i was far sided or near sided . then argued with me through the whole exam on how i couldnt tell if i was near sided or far sided. Im blind either way so no i cant tell. Then i inform the doctor of them being so rude and he said they are just doing there job. Then i got my contacts. One eye was the wrong perscription. But when i received them they were great so i chose to put aside the differences and try again to order contacts. Well i cant do a rush on them. I was told it takes up to two weeks. And i had to buy a year supply not a single set. So after paying for them i call back two weeks later to see when they will be in. Come to find out its gonna be another two weeks which ive never in my life have had to wait a month for contacts. And while im calm trying to ask question the guy was interrupting me repeatedly..so i politely asked for him to let me finish talking. Then he began yelling at me saying that ive been yelling at him the whole time. So Finally i got mad and showed him what yelling was. They are no help and suck at there jobs. Ive never been treated so bad in my life. Very disrespectful. And dont believe anything that they tell you because it always changes.. And im still waiting on my contacts... I suggest everyone to go somewhere else and i hope this place gets shut down. I will never go to this place again.

They took great care of me, the staff were very friendly and Dr. Hogan was very attentive.

I went for a medical exam with the contacts doing well but when collecting the lenses I felt that they had too much magnification that bothered me even to walk, when I called them to report it they made me a second appointment on arrival they were so ineffective with the treatment, as if I was asking for something free, finally they changed the prescription for the glasses and when I asked if the prescription for the contacts had to be changed they told me that I have no problem with the contacts so they would not change it for me, I had no problem because the increase is more noticeable in the glass so I had to settle but I think it is very wrong to give me contact lenses with a prescription of 1.75 and glasses of 1.50 or something like that but totally different prescription pay over 250 for that type of service?
